Skills: Likely groomed to take over the Acolytes and Brotherhood they'd have skills like diplomacy, leadership, torture and numerous others
History: That depends on alignment really. If they're good they could've rebelled when they learned what their father did to Roxy, or for another reason entirely. Either way they could be trying to hunt down their sister to reconnect, maybe even allying with the X-Men. Should they go villain they could be trying to erase the stain from the family or some other thing. It's very open either way.

History: Roxy's older sibling(s). Not against there being more than one. They were older children when Roxy was brought in, but likely not by much. Roxy wouldn't admit it but she looks up to them and they might be the reason she got into crime fighting.

Powers: Likely none but in a near death scenario something could've come up.
Skills: Fighting, slight of hand/pick pocket, lock picking, everything you'd expect from someone who survived on the streets of Gotham.
History: She was in the same stable as Roxy while on the streets and Roxy's best friend. Bethany was sold off to some slave trader and believed killed for disobedience. I was thinking she was merely left for dead, but survived. She could've returned to Gotham after Roxy killed the pimp and been adopted. She took over in the pimp's stead and has created a sort of all female gang that is slowly taking up territory, think Sin City type of thing.
PB: Someone who would look to be in their early 20's. I imagine she looks older than she is and also likely has an 'unconventional' look. Maybe Ke$ha, 'Dirty-Era' Christina Aguilera, but again, WIDE open.
