Sebastian, dressed as Brother Blood, walked up to the large dome that surrounded most of the state. He had a rune drawn on him making him invisible to technology and being dead he had little to no noticeable thermal signature. Beside him was his familiar Admiral Fluffy Paws who poked at the dome.
'No noticeable magical wards, good. Getting in shouldn't be too difficult.'
"Agreed. Ready for this?"
'Hardly. But let's do this.'
He picked up Admiral Fluffy Paws and turned to mist. Normally this would kill the cat, but he was immortal so he'd survive. He filtered in through the vents and landed in what was left of an abandoned suburb. He wasn't sure which city or neighborhood, primarily because he didn't care. Mainly he was just passing through, the artifact in question was miles away. He reformed and set Admiral Fluffy Paws down who lay there before coming too.
'Have I mentioned how much I hate dying?'
"Extensively."
He knew now that the rune was faded since he changed forms. So he'd need to move around quickly and mostly un-noticed. He was tracking down a special dagger. An ornate one that was supposed to be able to kill nearly any demon with a single cut. It was last seen in a massive mansion in the middle of nowhere. Of course it could've been moved. But there hadn't been any sign of it since the evacuation of Georgia. If it wasn't there then he could possibly find some clues.
He shifted into wolf form and took off at a powerful run. Admiral Fluffy Paws meanwhile flew along side him. As he ran he noticed a couple zombies moving down the street. He jumped and tackled one, before continuing to move on. As he ran the mansion came into view. It was surrounded by trees and had one dirt path leading towards it. He avoided the path, however he also was expecting various wards around the area he'd need to deal with. However he was stopped dead in his tracks by a fence that was topped with silver tipped spikes, probably blessed too. He shifted back and sighed as Admiral Fluffy Paws sat down beside him.
"Clever...."
He said before using one of his throwing knives he sliced his hand open. He used his fingers and began to draw a symbol on the wall. When he was done he chanted a few words and the blood began to burn through the wall. As he waited he took out a cigarette and lit it. He pushed his hood back, running his fingers through his long hair that he'd tied back in a pony tail. Admiral Fluffy Paws lifted his head sniffing and Sebastian noticed it. Keep his cigarette in his mouth he drew his sword and looked into the dark trees. The full moon seemed to have trouble penetrating the dark and twisted trees.
"Show yourself..."

In the world so many extraterrestrial or magical issues are caused and solved quickly that majority of the worlds populous doesn't even know it occurred. What has happened in Georgia is not one of them. Georgia is one of the rare occasions where this wasn't the case. It seemed however tried to stop it failed and now the whole state was infected and has gotten so far out of control that it was extremely difficult to stop. Of course SHIELD know had a dome around to stop the infection from spreading and allowing nothing to leave, which is a good thing normally, but now it's more of a nuisance to him then something helpful as it also stops things from entering unwanted. Of course the technology of SHIELD often overlooks magic as a way to by pass their security. Something Arthur could easily exploit.
Arthur was quite a distance away waiting for a favour a friend of his would complete for him. Arthur was never to great with computers especially ones so complex like they use at SHIELD and now all he needed was a distraction and an interruption in the system was all Arthur needed to hear now was the go sign. Of course Arthur had no clue what the go sign was all he knew was "you'll hear it, trust me" of course this meant whatever the sign was, it was going to be loud and/or unique sound. All Arthur could do was wait, and the suspense was killing him. He was waiting lying behind some bushes in a white shirt covered by a chain-mail shirt and a pair of heavily padded pants and combat boots with his sword in his sheath around his belt and his shield firmly behind his back.
All of a sudden from the distance a sound of something metal collapsing in on itself could be heard from the distance and Arthur knew this was his time to move. He quickly rose from his seat and rushed over to the wall, his incantation to use read and waiting on his lips. As soon as he came near enough to the wall he let the words lose "I'm moving really fast and I know doing this is dangerous and all, but please allow me to teleport past this wall!" He said as he was about to run into the wall he disappeared in a puff of grey smoke. and shortly later materialised way past the wall into a random park in the city about 8 feet off the ground. All things considered it all went better then expected. Arthur hit the ground and quickly made his way to the nearest tree to get out of reach of the dead he would have called up by the noise he made by his fall.
When in the tree he started another incantation a rather useful one which will help show him the way. "I'm completely of track to my original path, so please show me a way that isn't going to be a bloodbath." He said holding his hands in a ball as a light blue wisp started forming and grew into the size of a baseball and Arthur let it float off and show him his direction which lucky for Arthur was mainly jumping from tree to tree. Flying seemed like a bad idea seeing as he had no idea what other security protocols shield had placed and zombies aren't really known for flying. He began swiftly following the wisp from tree to tree trying his best to avoid touching the floor and any zombies until he reached his destination and the wisp flickered out of life.
He landed with a thud in front of an open gate which by closer inspection was enterally made of silver. Of course silver did nothing against zombies so he saw some of the zombies behind the gate. Of course it would be easier if the courtyard was zombie free. He took out his sword and started bashing it against the gate to make some noise which alerted some of the zombies. These zombies were easily led out of the gate, however he didn't except to have lured a zombie from behind him which grabbed him and tried to bite through Arthur's chain mail with no results. A quick punch to the zombies face loosened his bite and knocked out a few teeth as well. Arthur picked up the teeth before the other group of zombies he was learning could see and threw it across the way against a garbage can which made a metallic noise luckily diverting the group to the opposite direction Arthur was going.
Sneaking around the zombies he re-entered the gate till he heard a sizzling noise coming from beyond the wall, and Arthur could sense this was magical in origin from the power coming from beyond the wall. Arthur quickly re-climbed a tree and drew his sword and shield knowing that no zombie could do something like this. Out came a sight that was not entirely welcome. It was the blood still dripping from his hand which meant blood magic and the cat on the figures shoulders could either be a familiar, or the figure was obsessed with his cat and the later sounded farfetched. The figure seemed to know where he was and Arthur quickly jumped down the tree sword drawn pointing at the figure Arthur know saw as a man around the same age as Arthur himself.
"So, I've come to the most hell ridden area in the entirety of the world hoping that no one else would be as foolish as me to actually enter this place just for the blade. So this makes me wonder, who exactly are you."

As the figure dropped from the tree Sebastian quickly jumped back. Admiral Fluffy Paws dropped down and ran off to some bush to hide. People had issues with talking cats, not to mention Familiars. Sebastian drew his Blood Saber and readied himself. He was all for slicing up some zombies, but fighting someone else was another matter. His cigarette stayed between his lips and he listened to the kid give his little spiel. He recognized the kid, having seen pictures and files on him. It sort of came with being a Teen Titan that you became familiar with reserves, in case someone needed help.
"You really need to pay more attention to who you ally with Knight."
He said, using the codename that would likely give him more of an idea as to what he was dealing with. It would at least tell him that he was among an ally. Sebastian would never consider them friends, primarily because he didn't really know the guy at all.
"Name's Brother Blood, I'm a Teen Titan, full member. I heard the brought you in in case I....well who knows what. No doubt they're preparing for me to end up like my father, kinda harsh though. I mean sure I've got a semi-decent body count, but, what are you gonna do?"
He asked with a laugh. He gave a light whistle as the hole continued to burn through the wall.
"C'mon Admiral Fluffy Paws. We've got a blade to get."
He said as the cat jumped into his arms. Sebastian ran towards the hole and seemed to emit a plume of fire which he jumped into. The fire portal set him in he courtyard and he found himself surrounded by zombies.
"Of course..."

Arthur heard of Sebastian before. While he never met him in person he was kinda the reason he was an on call Titan in the first place. On the good side it meant that Arthur was fighting with a potential ally on the bad side it meant Arthur had competition for the blade. Either way right now it's better to have someone to fight with in a zombie ridden shit hole then taking it alone. The Zombie saliva that was still on the shoulder of his chainmail. Of course this would only apply if he could trust Sebastian, and right now Arthur only trust Sebastian as far as he could throw him. Which wouldn't be very far.
Arthur gave Sebastian with the death stare. Sure Arthur carried around a sword, but he never used it on none magical threats and if he did he never used his sword on new magical threats it would mainly be to incapacitate or if a meta/mutant with a healing factor he would go all out. "Well if I told you what I was going to do, it would ruin the surprise when I do get called up. In all honesty I was planning to send you to the Dark dimension, but that seems a bit cruel don't you think?" He said. As long if they're going to joke about death he would joke about who he would take Sebastian down, of course it was an empty threat as Arthur would never dare to open a portal to that retched universe.
He didn't bother to follow Sebastian seeing as he could easily climb back into the courtyard. He saw that Sebastian was reckless and didn't really care for subtly as he rushed into a horde of zombies. He yelled over the zombies seeing as there was no point to being quiet right now. "Every considered not alerting a horde of zombies! Or at least being more careful with teleporting into the unknown?!" Arthur rushed into the horde, shield and sword raised, and swung his sword in an arc cutting a head off one zombie and disembowelling the other while using his shield he broke another zombies face and sending him tumbling to the floor.

When Arthur mentioned sending him to the Dark Dimension he gave a polite nod. At least Arthur was honest about his position in the Titans. Sure some tried to ease around it, making random comments and half-assed excuses. Arthur though, Arthur admitted his place there. To take Sebastian out when he goes rogue and the fact he already had plans on how to do it.
"Well it won't be so easy Kuh-night."
He said over emphasizing the silent 'K' in Knight. He didn't know if it would annoy him or not, but enjoyed it personally.
"I mean I'm not just some simple Vampire or other paranormal threat. But should I go rogue, I look forward to the fight. Of course I'll fight dirty because, well, Prince of Hell and all."
He said with a smirk. When he disappeared into the firy portal he emerged in the middle of a hoard. He had to move quickly, and did. He drew a symbol in blood on Admiral Fluffy Paws' head, chanting and bringing out his inner Hell Beast. He meanwhile drew his Blood Sabre and felt the usual burning in his hand as the sword drew from his own blood. He quickly began cutting his way through the group, heading towards the main house. Meanwhile Admiral Fluffy Paws helped protect his back.
"Say Kuh-night. How about in the meantime we work together to get to the blade. Odds are there's more than drooling undead between us and it. Then, we settle it like men, winner gets the Blade. Deal?"
He asked, slicing the top off the head of one zombie as his follow through cut two more in half. His sabre easily cut through the undead like zombies, proving to be little to no match for his blade.

Arthur stuck his sword into another zombies face ending it's life... unlife... he redeadified the zombie. Rekill it? He thought as another zombie made an attempt for his face, which snapped him out of it and easily side stepped the zombie. They weren't very tough, with decaying skin being super easy to slice, but then again their advantage was that it normally was 1 versus 50 zombies so they could easily overpower their enemies through sheer numbers. Of course that didn't really matter you just had to make sure they didn't mob you.
Arthur lobbed another zombies head off, then with the back swing he cut a zombie in half diagonally and curbed stomped his head splattering skull shards and brain stuff. Arthur retched at the suit as now his entire boot was covered in blood and brain stuff, but god dam if this wasn't one of the most awesome things he has done.
"Seems fair. How about we make it interesting. The one who kills the most zombies gets the blade. Seem fair?" He said smashing his shield into a zombies face sending it's jaw flying off. "But we got to have rules. The kills your familiar makes don't count, but other then that it's a deal." He said swinging his sword in a half arc cutting lobbing of one of the heads, slashing the brain of a smaller one and finally getting lodged in the last ones head. Of course the noise they were making attracted more of the zombies. This was starting to seem like a loosing battle. They were starting to get overwhelmed. Arthur started cutting his way to the front door of the mansion.
"Lets go Sebastian. The blade will be worthless to us both if we're... undead." He said opening the doors to the mansion. 'If you can be zombified.' He thought. He stepped inside and waited for Sebastian and his monstrous cat to enter and closed it again leaning against it as zombies started pushing against the door. "Quick find something to block the door." he said starting to struggle keeping the door closed.

Sebastian made short work of the zombies around him. It was fun to finally fight alongside someone who had real blade skills. Should they survive perhaps they could spar, if they survived of course. Hell Sebastian wasn't even settled on letting Arthur live or not. Sure they were on the same team and all but at the end of the day he wanted that blade. It could be exactly what he wanted and needed to free his mother from her captor. His family was more important than a slight ally he had right now.
"Alright, sounds fun. But a few ground rules. No magic and they need to be gone for good. So brain destroyed. Beheading doesn't really do the trick."
He said before slicing the head off of one zombie and catching it by the hair. The jaws however continued to snap, trying to get Sebastian. Apparently he was alive enough to draw their attention. He dropped the head and delivered a hard kick, sending it splatting into the side of a wall.
"I always told Admiral Fluffy paws I could've gone pro. He never did believe me though. He always thought that I lacked the discipline. Ok, that could be accurate."
He said with a laugh. He quickly surged forward driving his shoulder into one, knocking three others down. He began to stomp and stab, eliminating the rest that lay in his pile. He followed Arthur towards the front door of the mansion and quickly slipped inside with Admiral Fluffy Paws. He smirked lightly as he watched Arthur hold the door in place, as best he could.
"Well technically I am mostly undead already. But it seems I've already found something to block the door. It's important everyone have a purpose."
He said with a laugh before disappearing out of the entryway. With a whistle he continued to look around, trying to find a secret passageway. He came back to the entryway as Admiral Fluffy Paws threw himself against the door, helping Arthur.
"Move Kuh-night."
He said before throwing a suit of armor against the door. He fired a massive blast of hellfire and the suit began to melt before hardening to the door and wall.
"Keep that in mind."
He said nodding to the suit of armor.
"Come on. And remember, you owe me."
