Anything Else:
Gabrielle has a pair of vast and majestic wings that span nearly seven meters. In feet, that's about twenty two feet across. Not as big as her sisters but she still has another growth spurt or two left in her. Her wings are best described by bringing you attention to the Rough-Legged Hawk's wings. The backs of the wings have much darker feathers, or at least the top feathers are much darker, a sort of brown. The further out the get, the paler they are. Folded, her wings look pretty much brown. But the downy feathers and the undersides of them are pale. When expanded, it looks like she has pretty much white wings, so long as you're looking at her from the front. The very tips of the undersides are dark like the top, however, almost a if to outline the end of the wings. Like her sister's, her wings are incredibly light-weight and flexible enough so that she can fold them up on her back. And also like her sisters, even when folded, they leave a sort of bulge if she tries to hide them. But she doesn't really try to hide them. Rather, she's modified all of her clothes so that she can fit her wings through them, including her jackets. They just make it so that it takes a lot more time to get dressed. Like any wings, they take preening to keep clean and usable and once they get wet, she can't use them until they've dried.

Equipment and Weapons:
Miss America Costume: While the Miss America costume isn't really much of anything but a symbol, it means a lot to her. She based hers off of America Chavez, though took up the name Miss America because of her father having once been Captain America. The costume includes a pair of combat boots that tend to be either black or red, depending on the day. The shorts are black and skin tight, small red stars up the sides. The top tends to be a symbol blue shirt with a white star in the middle of it. The jacket is made of a light blue denim material with a red lining and hood. Part of the front has a red and white stripe design, like the american flag. Down each arm is a darker blue material with white stars down it. The stripes end around the shoulder blades so the back is mostly just the blue denim. The holes for her wings are cut in such a way that, in the middle of them is a white star. While this is her usually costume, when she doesn't have the time, she ends up just wearing anything with an american theme. Most of her clothes are pretty patriotic to begin with. This costume serves no true purpose. It does not hide her identity, it does not aide her further in battle, it is simply what it is as a symbol. Because she is a symbol, or so she likes to think she is.
Wing Brace: Much like her sister, Gabby is in possession of a rather complicated brace that she is able to use in order to hold her wings in place and keep them seemingly hidden if she wants. Though, they can never actually be hidden. Not really. They're a bit too bulgy for to pass as a normal human, but they make it easier for her to fight in confined spaces when she needs to. The brace is constructed of a series of intricate and elaborate straps needed to hold her wings back. However, with the pulling of the right straps, she can free her wings again within seconds.
Goggles: The goggles that Gab wears function in a similar fashion to her older sisters. They are mainly meant to help filter out some of the suns rays so that they don't hurt her eyes nearly as bad. Tight fitting and often changing design, though always remaining, in some way, quasi-patriotic, these goggles also help when she's flying at high speeds as to protect her eyes from the wind. On cloudy days, she doesn't need to wear the goggles, sunglasses able to suffice, though she tends to wear them in some sort of way anyway. Call it a fashion statement.
Swift: Named after her mother, or rather, what her mother used to go by, Swift is a Merlin Falcon that has become something of a partner to Gabrielle. A completely normal bird, through her Avian Communication, she is able to talk to and understand perfectly. She has a stronger link with Swift than she does any other bird and, when it is needed, she is able to seemingly mind meld with the bird in order to see what it sees and hear what the bird hears. Her and Swift's bond is quite intricate and hard to explain completely but that's the main gist of it.

Powers:
Avian Communication and Melding: Gabrielle is able to telepathically communicate with avian life. She can talk to them and understand them in return. While they might be reluctant to take orders from her, they can at least understand her. This communication can be done over vast distances, however, she needs to have made some sort of connection with the bird prior to the distance. She is also able to seemingly meld with the bird, able to see what it sees and hear what it hears, however when she does this, she also tends to feel what they feel. This melding thing can be difficult for her, however, as birds she doesn't seem to be able to form a bond with, she cannot really meld well with. Probably because of the fact that she's still learning to use her powers. She does, however, have a pet falcon named Swift that she can meld with perfectly. They are a team, the two of them, and they work off of each other almost perfectly.
Flight: Her ability to fly comes from the fact that she has actual wings. With her wings, she is able to keep up with everyday traffic, able to go up to eighty or ninety miles an hour if she really needs to, though that can be somewhat exhausting from time to time. When she is doing dives, she can reach speeds nearing 240 mph with ease and can then use that momentum to help her continue to glide at that speed until she naturally starts to slow down. While she is able to go at high speeds, as stated, these speeds are exhausting. On average, she is known to fly between fifteen and twenty five miles per hour to keep from tiring too quickly.
Birds Eye View: Due to her more avian like physiology, Gabby's sense of sight is also highly enhanced, like a birds. Nay, like a hawks. There are four sets of cone sells in each eye that allows for things such as an ability to see freely through ultra-violet lights. This also allows her to detect paths of various magnetic fields and polarized light. Don't know what that means? Well, in simpler terms, it means she is able to see perfectly at night. However, usually she sees in blues and whites. An odd sort of trade off but it's also worth it. The light-sensitive cells around her retinas are five times denser than the normal human beings. Due to an indented fovea, she is also able to seemingly increase the magnification on something she is focusing on, just like a hawk.
Enhanced Strength: Gabby is able to lift about three hundred and thirty pounds, that's a little less than triple her weight. As she grows older, it's probably that her strengths will increase, however she doesn't really need to worry about that. No, she because lifting isn't really what she uses her strength for. Rather, it can be well used with adding power behind her punches and kicks as well as to aide in her wings lifting her off of the ground. She could also carry someone with her as she flies with her wings, so long as it doesn't seem to break her lifting limit. The strength isn't really needed for anything else other than propelling herself through the air. Which is probably why her power level is seemingly so low.
Enhanced Durability: Due to the powers that she got from her mother, Gabrielle is highly durable to various things. First and foremost being her resistance to extreme temperatures and high pressures. Which is quite good, considering the fact that she often flies at higher altitudes which means high pressure and temperature changes. She can also resist blows dealt by low-level weapons like clubs as well as super powered punches without feeling much in the way of pain. She is not, however, durable against things such as guns or blades.
Enhanced Healing: She is able to heal from almost any damage that is caused to her rather quickly. Bruises seem to vanish in no time with cuts and deeper tissues can take up to an hour or five depending on the severity. Breaks can still take days to heal from and more sever wounds can take about just as much time. However, attacks that could be quickly fatal will still very well kill her. She can only heal fast, after all, she is not invulnerable or immortal.

Skills:
Aerial Fighting: Due to her ability to fly, she was taught how to fight while flying first from her dad and then more from her sister and mother, after her father had passed. While she still needs a bit of work until she is able to be at the skill level her father once was or that her sister currently is, she is quite proficient and can hold her own against any number of people, especially in open spaces. While her sister still beats her on a regular basis when she challenges her, she has been known to beat most other opponents in Aerial Combat. She has mastered dodges and has a pretty good grip of quick maneuvers to help her dodge attacks, though she is still working on her skills. She'll probably be working on her skills for quite some time to come.
Hand to Hand Combat Skills: Her parents had both been quite keen on teaching their children how to fight. And not just fight, but fight ruthlessly at that. After all, her father was trained by such people as Steve Rogers. Skills like his had passed down quite excellently in training. And after her father had passed and her mother got better, she continued the training. Being that she was trained the way Sam was trained, she has a high level of understanding and skill in regards to American Boxing and Judo as various bits and pieces of other martial arts, including Tae Kwon Do and Karate.
Athletic: Having had federal agents for parents, from a young age, she'd been brought up to keep herself in peak physical conditions and has grown to be quite athletic, especially with running. She is quite gifted with parkour. Despite having wings, she finds some sort of thrill in free running and does it quite often, though she does have to use her wings to help from time to time when she messes up a roof jump. And, while she isn't an expert in it, she is also a pretty decent skateboarder as well.
Acrobat: Extremely flexible (though likely due to having hollow bird like bones), and quite dexterous, Gabrielle is pretty proficient with aerial acrobats as well as gymnastics, something that she's used to help train and keep herself in tip top condition.
Tracking: While she ins't the investigator that her sister is, Gabrielle is quite the little tracker. It probably helps that she has the wings and eyes of a hawk. She had picked up her tracking skills from her mother and, given the right amount of time, can eventually track almost anyone down. Or so she likes to tell herself she can.
Cooking: Gaining these skills mostly from her mother, she is an amazing cook, especially for such a young age. While not on the MasterChef level, she is slowly seeming to work her where there. Chinese is her specialty, thanks to her mother, though she dabbles in various different cultural recipes and the like. She likes to expand her horizons and often experiments with food when she has the time.
Singing: Her musicality tends to range between first alto to second soprano, though she is able to reach first soprano notes, however not as well as she would like. This is something that she is slowly working on.

Weaknesses:
1.) The Bird is the Word - She has a strong affinity with birds of any kind. From pigeons and parrots to vultures and falcons. And because of this affinity, when she sees things like birds being abused, she just can't stand it. She can get violent pretty fast just to defend the birds. And don't even think about touching Swift. She might actually kill you. Ironically, while she doesn't like the idea of seeing birds being killed, she actually doesn't mind eating chicken or turkey all that much, so long as she hadn't been the one having to bring it harm. This is probably more so because of the Chinese influence in her culinary pallet. They do have quite a bit of fowl based delicacies.
2.) I reeeeally don't like being cornered - In extremely confined spaces, Gabrielle starts to get very, very nervous. She's semi-claustrophobic, for starters. Being used to really vast and open spaces, smaller ones seem to freak her out. Occasionally, she starts to like the walls are closing in on her as well. However, not only does she have a small case of claustrophobia, she also has a bit of a disadvantage in combat in spaces that are extremely confined due to her massive wings. She can still fight, but her wings and her aerial combat skills become nigh useless.
3.) Birds don't belong in cages - She has a bit of a phobia of cages. Whether this is because of that time in which she herself had been mind melding with Swift and he had been then caged had brought it about, or the nightmares she had had there after made it actually so, she has a fear of them. Smaller cages are fines. Ones she or her Falcon can't fit into are wonderful! It's just when they start getting bigger that she starts to freak out a little. It's also possible that this fear comes from her claustrophobia.
4.) They're a bit bulky - Her wingspan covers about twenty two feet, making each wing about eleven feet wide. Such a fast expanse means that, when folded up, they're pretty bulky. After all, they aren't the kind of wings that can be be summoned at will. No, they are always there, constantly. No matter how much she may sit there and wish on a star that her wings could come and go as they please, that's not how that works. Because of the near impossibility of hiding her wings, there's pretty much no need to hide her identity.
5.) Birds don't like water either - If her wings get water logged, she can't really use them. They become too heavy for her to fly. While it takes a bit to actually do so, falling from great heights straight into water can do it, as can a hydrokinetic with ease.
6.) Flying on tattered wings - Unlike her body, her wings aren't nearly as durable. While if something happened to her wings, they would always grow back, however painfully so, with even just a few feathers out of place, her ability to fly can begin to be hindered.
7.) Sticks and stones and hollow bones - Like a bird, her bones are hollow, meaning, while there might be extra mass around the bones, they are still easy to break.
8.) Blinded by the light - Her eyes are extremely hypersensitive to light due to how enhanced they are. Extreme and sudden changes in light can be very painful to her, hence why she tends to wear goggles or sunglasses.
9.) I can feel it's pain - Whenever she melds to see and hear what her birds see, she also feels what they feel. Were something to happen to them that would injure them in anyway, she feels it just as bad.

THE REST
Personality:
Gabrielle is generally very caring towards other people, especially those who she sees as her friends. She likes to crack jokes, play games with them, and do all sorts of fun things with them, including giving some of the lighter ones the chance to fly. She's often smiling and playful around them though, unfortunately, she takes quite a bit after her sister and can become a wildcard at any moment if she feels that her friends and those she loves. She becomes extremely defensive and, at times, doesn't really think before her actions. However, unlike Kayleigh, she's very happy having her friends know just how highly she thinks about them. She can be very sweet and is often laughing at one thing or another. She's like the more innocent version of her sister, with just about as much of her ferocity as well. She can be charming when she wants to be, though it's never really her intention to charm anyone. It's all in good fun. And, on occasion, just to see what comes of it, though she's not really much of flirt. It's just amusing, okay? And a girl needs to have fun some how, after all.
She has a lot of pride in her country and a lot more pride in the title she has taken. While it wasn't originally her intentions to take after the previous Miss America, taking the name more as an honorific to her father who had been Captain America for a small time, she has pretty much adapted to the last Miss America's appearance. She's patriotic to the extreme and anything that even seemingly starts to try and dishonor her country brings out an almost quiet rage that will start to slowly burn and eat away at her until she snaps. She's quick to defend her country and her pride in it has also made her a bit prideful of her own skills. She isn't exactly an egoist, but she seems to get her snarky attitude and insults towards those who either bruise her pride in herself or in her country from her sister.
Now, there is one thing that can get her to the point where she's ready to either punch you hard in the face or fly you high up into the air and drop you into water. That one thing is suggesting in any way, shape, or form that she is what some people may call a 'token minority'. Much like her sister, she's a strong anti-racism activist and, above all, a quasi-feminist. She doesn't take kindly to chauvinists that believe that, just because she's a female means that she can't handle herself. Because that is simply not true. She's strong, she's a fighter, and she will happily put anyone who says otherwise right in their place.

History:
The story of how her parents got together was one she was told many times. It had happened when the words had merged, Shen had appeared in the middle of New York, seemingly torn from her universe and, as a way to try and help her adjust, SHIELD had assigned to her Sam Wilson. At the time, it had seemed like the logical thing to do, given Shen's avian mutations and Sam's, well... seeming affinity for birds. Not to mention, they needed someone who could teach the confused Shen that non-metas weren't all that bad. That they could live in what would seem like perfect harmony. But not only that, they needed someone that they thought could restrain Miss Li-Men were she to grow rampant for any reason. However, while it wasn't meant to be a set up, the two grew close and a sort of fondness grew between them that would eventually lead to marriage and a family. First came Kayleigh, who was quite unique in that, in the end, she became the next reincarnation of Hawkgirl.
Three years later came Gabrielle. When Gabby had come around, the doctors were a bit better prepared for her odd protrusions and seemingly hollow and brittle bones. After all, it wasn't Shen and Snap's first child. They had learned when Kayleigh was born. Gabby had never really grown up around her father being Captain America, though she had heard plenty about it. And she loved hearing about it as she grew up. Even as a child, she remembered saying "Someday, I'll be Captain America. I'll make my daddy proud." It used to be a dream of hers. When she started school, she used to brag about how her daddy was Captain America or how he worked for SHIELD. She was extremely proud of that fact. She'd always been proud of it.
Throughout her early childhood, her wings grew, much like her sister's had. However, unlike her sister, she had never really been worried about hiding them. She was proud of her wings, though other kids didn't seem to be as appreciative of them. No, in fact, they seemed to almost think it made her a monster, a freak. The words used to hurt, but she didn't let that hurt show. Rather, she took to the methods she'd seen her sister use: insults and the occasional punch to the face or kick to the nads. After a bit of bullying, she'd gone to her mother about a brace like Kayleigh's and, once again from the help of the Worthington's, she was able to start hiding her wings, though only slightly. If it wasn't the wings she was picked on for, it was the fact that hiding them almost made it look like she had a hunched back. That was something she really didn't like.
Gabby had been seven years of age when the Battle had happened. Both her mother and her father had taken part in it. But only one of them had made it. Her father had died quite early on. She had seen the events on her Uncle Gideon's television because, being so young, her parents didn't really want taking part in helping. She wasn't even allowed to help with maintaining some sort of border to keep civilians safe like her sister. Seeing her father die had hurt her far worse than she ever thought it would, though what had hurt more was when she thought her might might die as well. She'd been so gravely injured that she didn't think she might make it. She might have been young, but she was quite mature for her age and, well, she'd been taught to have an understanding of death early on.
She and the rest of her siblings stayed with her Uncle Gideon after that until her mother was healed and able to take them back. She never stopped practicing and training until she came back and, more determined than ever before to be the next Captain America, she got her sister and mother to help her. She was about ten when Cerebro found her and she decided to go to Jean Grey's school of her own accord. They could teach her more, she knew that. And it made her happy to be in a school that wouldn't judge her for what was probably her proudest feature. Three years later, she was joined by her sister, Kayleigh.
Soon after Kayleigh came to the school, however, Gabrielle got a wonderful idea. If she wanted to be an Avenger someday, she would need a head start. Right? And what better a way to get a head start than by becoming a Teen Titan. She'd talking to her mother, who then talked to the school, and it was agreed upon that she may join the Titans, so long as she also found the time to do her school work, even if she had to send it in via email. On special occasions, her presence would be needed and, so long as she came back every so often for training and the like, they were fine with it. She took on the name Miss America, at first not knowing that there had once actually been such a girl. After learning that, however, she seemingly fashioned her look after Miss America Chavez. For the past two years, she's been balancing the Titans and school perfectly. And, someday, she hopes with all her heart, to take up the mantle of Captain America among the Avenger's. But for now, Miss America will do just fine.

Well, she was an American girl raised on promises
Gabrielle stood on the edge of the Titan Tower, her eyes scanning the vast expanse of the world around her. She could see a good bit of the city from her little perch. Her eyes liked to focus in on where they occasionally played drive thru movies to see what's playing, figure out whether or not she wanted to fly over there and actually watch. On other occasions, she liked to come up here and be a look out of sorts, see what sort of crimes her eyes could catch as she tried to see what she could, well, see. Still, there were simply times in which she came up here simply to relax, get away, be by herself and whatever bird may find there way up here. Very few aside from Swift ever seemed to. It was peaceful to her, honestly. This floating fortress of a tower was a wonderful place. And someday, she'll have a room in the Avenger's tower rather than this one. That was a day that she looked forward to.
Just as she thought about Swift, her eyes caught sight of him off in the distance. She focused in on him, trying to see if he'd found anything of interest to her. She was almost disappointed that there was nothing in it's beak. Oh well. She blinked her eyesight back to normal as she put her left arm up and out in front of her for her friend to land on. Swifts talons seemed to dig lightly into her skin, though she didn't complain. She was used to it by now. For a type of bird that was usually aggressive, Swift had always seemed to be quite lovable, at least around her. Her right hand came up to gently stroke the top of the birds head. She could hear a small trill escape it. "Where have you been, Swift? You almost had me worried!" she chuckled to the bird. She listened to his thoughts as he talked about how he'd went to the park to hunt. He'd at least made a nice meal out of a dove, that made her shake her head. How birds could eat other birds had always revolted her. "Okay, okay, I don't need to know."
Gabby stopped her petting as she leaned forward slightly to look down towards the water. They were several meters high, maybe even several hundred, she'd wager. She'd never really had much of an idea the exact height. Maybe someday she'd ask. Or try to actually calculate it. But today? There was no real need for it. Looking at Swift, she grinned. "Ready to fly again?" she asked Swift stretched his wings out before seemingly giving a nod as he took off. He started to fly out a bit before waiting for her. But what she had in mind had been just a little different. Slowly, she leaned forward more and more before she was free falling from the building. She made sure that she was going straight down, like an arrow, feeling the wind against her before her wings spread out there vast expanse, pulling her back up several feet into the air as she laughed, gliding out towards the water before pulling back up. "That never get's old," she laughed before she flew up towards one of the windows. This one was right where what seemed to be the living room was located. She knocked on the window a few times as Swift came up towards her, hovering just over her shoulder. "Hey, anyone home?"
