Equipment and Weapons:
Bracelets- similar to the bracelets of submission, they are used to deflect ranged attacks, such as bullets and missiles, and melee attacks like kicks and punches, knives and other blades. Unlike the amazonian bracelets, however, they can transform. One can transform into an energy shield with the caduceus symbol emblazoned upon it, able to increase or decrease in size at will. The other turns into a black short sword, gifted to her by Hades. It has a very fine edge, and can cut through most anything as it was forged in the waters of the river Styx. It has an aura of cold around it and those who are sensitive to such things can feel the death that clings to it.
Costume- Though similar to Donna's in style, it is actually made of darkness and diamonds. It makes it impenetrable to most weapons and self repairs. It is also mailable and able to wrap around Zoey as she wishes. Though Hades feigns indifference, he had it made especially for her.
Winged Sandals- Given to her by Hermes, her godfather, Give her the ability to fly. And perfectly match with whatever outfit she has on.
Helm of darkness- A hat/headband that allows Zoey to go invisible by giving her power to manipulate shadows and darkness to hide her from prying eyes. This means that while wearing it, Zoey can pass through walls and melt into shadows, not be touched, seen or heard by anyone.
Silver Narcissus Flower necklace- Given to Zoey by her adoptive mother, it allows her to access her mother's powers. She can give life to lesser life forms like plants and animals that are on the brink of death. In Spring, flowers bloom in her wake and she can walk through a fallow field and make it fertile once again.
Amazon Armor- like Diana, and Donna, Zoey has a set of armor that is only used for when there is a major threat. It has the following capabilities.
-Superhuman Durability: Providing protection from explosions, gunfire, electricity, and most forms of physical and energy attack.
-Flight
-Sealed Systems: The helmet has a retractable faceplate. When in use, the wearer has a protected air supply.
Powers:
Super strength: Embued with some of Hades' power, Zoey can lift almost anything. The upper limits of her strength have yet to be found. Currently it sits around the 100+ ton range while her feet are firmly planted on the ground.
Superhuman speed: Zoey can move faster than the finest human athlete and more quickly than the human eye can perceive. She can outrun bullets if need be. She maxes out at lower supersonic speeds, but has been known to break the sound barrier to hit Mach 2 in dire circumstances.
Near immortality: Thanks to Hermes, Zoey cannot get sick and die. She also ages more slowly than most people due to this.
Command the dead: While not nearly as powerful as Hades, Zoey can command the dead to rise and aid her if the need arises.
Talk to the dead: Zoey can talk to the recently deceased or call up certain individuals by name if she knows the proper way to say their name.
Shinigami Eyes- Zoey can see people's life expectancy and can tell if or when they are near death. Living on Themyscira, she usually leaves it on as no one really changes from day to day and in the underworld, she sees nothing. If she were to go to a more populated area, she would more than likely be overwhelmed with all the different expectancies.
Skills:
Master swordsman: Trained on Themiscyra by the best, including Diana herself, Zoey's skill with a sword is nearly unrivaled.
Master hand to hand combatant: Trained not only in swordsmanship but hand to hand, Zoey can take on and fend off a number of foes with ease. Her most proficient style is one developed by the Amazons called Bullets and Bracelets to work with their bracelets of submission. But Zoey is also quite adept at Greco-Roman wrestling, Judo, and boxing.
Survival training: Zoey can hunt, track and survive in harsh environments. If she were told to track someone in a blizzard, she could do it with little detriment. Cities and more urban areas might prove a bit more difficult to navigate, but not impossible. She can track a 4 day old trail with ease, and follow someone over 20 miles with little problem.
Accelerated Learning: Like her Amazonian sisters, Zoey and read and disseminate vast amounts of information in a short period, though nowhere near as fast as say the Flash.
Polyglot: Zoey knows innumerable languages, mostly ones long since forgotten. The ones she does know that people speak now is, Greek, English, Chinese, Japanese, German and Finnish.
High IQ: Having all of the most scholarly and world renown philosophers, mathematicians, scientists and artists at his disposal, Hades (at Persephone's request) had Zoey tutored by all the great minds. From Shakespeare to Einstein, Zoey has had many lifetimes to understand complex thoughts and equations and ponder the mysteries of the universe. However, the rate of technological growth has left her a bit behind in recent years.
Weaknesses: (3 minimum)
1.) Stop with the poking!: Though she can take a beating, Zoey is still able to be killed with enough force. Piercing weapons (swords, knives, needles etc) are also problematic and can damage her.
2.) Abracadabra!: While Zoey is imbued with gifts from the gods, magic stronger than her own can still defeat her.
3.) What's an Internet?: Having lived for so long both on Themyscira and in the Underworld, much of the world and technology is a mystery to her.
4.)Pomegranate's curse: Like her mother, she cannot always stay above ground in the mortal world because she ate food that was given to her in the underworld. She doesn't have to stay in the underworld for months at a time, but once every three months, she must spend a week restoring herself or else she would turn to dust as all her years would catch up with her.
5.)Small town girl: Larger cities and denser populations are liable to give Zoey a culture shock. The last time she had been out, was the western front, and that alone was enough to get her to never want to go back. And now with all of the bright lights and loud noises at any and all hours of the day after so many years of quiet is bound to drive anyone a little crazy.
6.)Earthly Tether Because Zoey draws her strength from the earth, the farther she is away from it, the weaker she gets. After extended periods in the air, say 8-10 hours, she can be reduced to the lower levels of super human strength, only capable of lifting around 5-10 tons on her own.
7.)Go big or go home Commanding the dead is only used as a last resort for Zoey. She only uses it when she knows she can win because afterwards she falls into a deep sleep as the energy output completely wipes her out.

THE REST
Personality:
Much like her adoptive parents, Zoey is slow to warm to a new person. She is quiet and reserved, mostly observing people and their interactions. She can seem cold and calculating, almost cruel. She usually thinks with her head more than her heart, as Hades had taught her, making most of her decisions seem cold and unjust but is particularly honorable, always weighing the pros and cons of everything for the outcomes of her decisions, knowing they would have lasting effects. But once she warms up, she's quite like Persephone, bright and vibrant and full of smiles in a personal setting. She respects oaths and the laws of morality and takes any promises she makes very seriously. Grudges can be held for a very long time, especially if someone has broken a promise or an oath to her. She likes being alone rather than in large groups of people. Most of her life has been spent around dead people or a small group of women and all the hubub of the “Patriarch's world” causes her to become more withdrawn.
History:
Back in days of old, when the world was just at the dawning of a new age, the Middle age, Demeter and her daughter Persephone were nearing the end of their yearly cycle, the harvest was starting and the last few days above ground was spent walking the fields with each other. Upon coming to one such field, Persephone found it on fire, as the village it accompanied was sacked and destroyed by raiders who came in on boats. This was nothing new to either goddess and they were about to move onto the next field when Persephone heard a small child crying. Hermes seemed to be busy with guiding the souls in the village, so she went to investigate the sound finding a little girl, barely three, wandering about the field, covered in blood and soot. If she was left there, she'd burn alive. She took pity on the poor child and picked her up just as Hermes came to get her. The winged footed god at first was impatient with the Queen of the underworld, but he too quickly became enamored of the small child.
Hades, of course, was less than pleased when she brought the child home. The girl was still a mortal and was a massive disruption in the flow of the natural order of things. How was she supposed to live in the land of the dead? Hades was not having any of it. However, he did so love his wife that he acquiesced, though he left the care of the toddler completely up to her, with the understanding that she was not to eat anything from the underworld. He figured this would be just another blip, a passing fancy as mortal lives often were. He did not count on Hermes giving the child gifts, like extended life. And he would bring her food from the mortal world every time he visited. She quickly became his favorite, causing all sorts of mischief in the underworld. When Hades had tried to be intimidating, sitting on his throne, she would toddle out effectively disrupting such a menacing image.
As she got older though, she got more curious, venturing out past the Elysian fields and into the more dangerous parts of Tartarus. Of course this lead to trouble, as in one moment she was unsupervised and had her first taste of food from the underworld. Obviously this was bad for all involved. The child, much like her adoptive mother, was now of two worlds. Persephone's interceding on her behalf was the only reason she did not simply join the legion of the dead. Hades, by now figuring that this was not just a passing fancy of his wife's, knew she needed a purpose and proper training. He could feel his influence slowly starting to wane on this plane, and he would not be taking her with them when they finally moved on. So he brokered a deal with Hippolyta to continue to raise the child, to train her as an Amazon while she also learned and watched by Hades' side, learning his trade as god of the dead. She was paired with Donna Troy to teach her the ways of the Amazons and to guard Doom's Doorway and hunt down the creatures that escaped as the centuries passed.
One of her few trips to the outside world was during World War One, when the flow of people into the underworld hit an all time high, she went with both Hades and Hermes to guide the dead off the battlefield. This was both the first and the last time she would willingly leave either the underworld or Themyscira. Even being surrounded by souls for most of her life, she had never seen such death and destruction. Though she did as she was bade, helping guide the souls to the afterlife, she vowed she would not rejoin the “Patriarch's World” unless there was a threat big enough to destroy even her adoptive home.
Now that she was learning the ways of the Amazonian warrior, Hermes requested on her behalf for the blessing of Zeus, just like he had given Diana, Donna and Cassie. He staunchly refused, saying his brother's ward did not deserve such a blessing. So, being the god of thieves, he simply took things, like her bracelets and armor. Donna, bemused by the support this girl had from the gods, taught her the specifics of their battle style; bullets and bracelets with her new found gifts. Teaching her to use Hermes' winged sandals was an interesting lesson all on it's own.
Though in the past, the island of Themyscira was open to the rest of the world, after the great battle, it was once again sealed off and hidden from the world. It cannot be found by even the most advanced technology. Only those who have been there before and have memory of it can find it. As such Zoey lives out most of her days on the island, knowing there's a larger world out there, but unable and unwilling to see it. For now.

Mud squelched underfoot as Zoey wandered around No Man's Land. Barbed wire and spent artillery shells littered the ground around her and they outnumbered the dead and the dying by a slim margin. She tried not to think about how the blood had soaked into the dirt so far that it had created this difficult terrain. It hadn't rained here in some time. All around her, gunfire erupted in a constant back and forth, land mines exploding as they were triggered by stray bullets or stray feet. The whole scene was horrifying to her.
A young man caught her attention, his quiet pleas reaching her ears as she got closer. He was stuck. He had tried to get back into the trench and become entangled in the barbed wire, a perfect target for opposing forces.
“Go. He needs guidance. And I'm sure he would not mind seeing a nice face as his last.” Zoey turned to look up at Hades before slowly nodding.
“He's so young,” she said quietly. “They're all so young.” Hades simply nodded in agreement with her assessment, going back to his own charges. Zoey worked her way over to the young man, careful of where she placed her steps. He did not have long. She knelt down and unveiled herself to him, caressing his face.
“Sind Sie ein Engel?”
“No,” she replied to him in his mother tongue. “But, I am here to take you to the afterlife.”
“Not to heaven?” the boy looked panicked. Zoey brushed his cheek again softly, calming him.
“That is not for me to decide. Come.” She held out her hand to him and he took it. His last breath left his body and he stood, holding her hand as she lead him away.
