Equipment and Weapons:
Bat-suit: next generation body armor is virtually impervious to gunfire, even from automated weapons. It has lead worked into the lining as well to keep people with prying eyes from seeing what’s beyond the mask and costume. The cape is a carbon nanotube composite, making it proportionally stronger than steel. It is also weighted at the ends for both defensive and offensive purposes. Her cape is also coated in a thin layer of a fire proof polymer that can withstand extreme temperatures from below freezing to upwards of 6,000 degrees. Her cowl protects from blunt force trauma and is lined with a red wig which further conceals Liz's identity while serving as misdirection to her opponents. Her gloves are electrified "taser gloves" salvaged from the Electrocutioner.
Mask: the lenses have several different functions including night vision, x-ray, infrared, and ultraviolet. She can also have a mini map activated in the corner or overlayed on top of whatever she's seeing. Anything on her smart phone screen can be sent to her lenses.
Utility belt: stylized collapsible batarangs, grapple gun for quick ascents and a gas gun for ranged attacks. Her utility belt also conceals tear gas grenades, a chemical cocktail of weapons grade tranquilizer, lock picks, a gas mask, thermite grenades, several knives and a smart phone capable of long range communication, data storage, and computer hacking.
Apokoliptian blaster: Disguised as a wrist watch, Elizabeth wears it when not in costume. She can't conceivably carry a weapon most places but she keeps it as a last resort.
Resources: In addition to the Kane family fortune, she has access to a variety of criminal contacts and specialists through Intergang. She has several full false, emergency identities that she has crafted over a number of years. They have several layers adding to their reality and past vigorous background checks. Under those names she can access several offshore accounts and properties along the eastern seaboard and abroad.
Powers:
Glamour: A learned skill that Kent taught her, that has come in very handy, Liz is capable of altering her appearance with low level magics. She almost always has one on at the behest of Vandal.
Skills:
Master Combatant: Liz is trained in dozens of Martial arts by several teachers, most notable of which would be Taskmaster.
Weapons Master: Liz is trained to use a variety of weapons including improvised, long ranged and melee ranged, human and Apokoliptian. She prefers bladed weapons but won't hesitate to use whatever is handy to get the job done.
Olympic Level Conditioning: Speed, Stamina, Physical Endurance, and other physical attributes are all at the level of a competing Olympian.
Master of Disguise: expert in cosmetic alteration, capable of using stage make up and prosthetics to vastly alter her appearance. She could sit and talk with you five times in a single night and you'd never suspect it was the same person.
Consummate Actress: Liz was trained and practiced from a young age to act. She can fool the best detectives into believing her act.
Natural Leader: Liz commands the respect and fear of those who work under and for her. She is fully capable of taking command of a situation and seeing it to it's end. She can assess and command several situations at any given time and give orders accordingly, knowing they will be followed, barring any extreme circumstances.
Criminologist: In a strange twist, she can manipulate a crime scene to her advantage with the knowledge she has. She can use it to indicate any number of things, such as suspects, circumstances, and evidence.
Expert Tracker: Trained by Deathstroke, Liz can not only track whoever she's looking for, she can cover her own tracks and lay false trails.
Genius level intellect: Liz has an IQ of 189
Polymath: Liz has studied multiple subjects to approximately bachelor's degree level; Psychology, Computer science, Chemistry, Occult History, Political Science, Biology, and Forensics.
Multilingual: Can speak/read Russian, Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), Spanish, Italian, Latin, Pashto, and Gaelic.
Weaknesses: (3 minimum)
Pride goeth before the fall Liz is a very prideful person, even at the worst of times. She can swallow it though, it just takes getting beaten to happen.
And death shall have his day She is only human, so she can be shot, stabbed, poisoned, succumb to illnesses as any normal person would.
You died. Would you like to go back to last save? Liz does not have any of her memories, Circe keeps them for her own purposes and they can be reintegrated back into her consciousness though at a cost. The emotional toll would be very high, reconciling her past with her present self would be like trying to shove two magnets together with the same polarity.
Wuve, twue wuve Liz fell in love, with a rather powerful sorcerer no less. True love can conquer all, but it does help that they each have a piece of each others souls, a transfer that happened after they slept together for the first time. The closer and longer she is to Kent or their son, the more she begins to revert back to the person she was before her memories were wiped and Vandal got ahold of her. This can cause some emotional distress as the reality of what she does on her own time catches up with her.
I'm a bitch, I'm a mother Liz has a son that no one knows about except her mother and Kent. Not even she knows about it, and had she known, Vandal would have used him against her and the rest of her family for leverage.

THE REST
Personality:
Before Vandal got ahold of her, she was a bright young woman. Warm, compassionate, always trying to be as serious as both of her parents and failing miserably. She always stood up for what was right and those who couldn't stand up for themselves, both in and out of costume. Liz is also very smart, always questioning everything until she has an answer that satisfies her. Something Renee instilled in her at a young age and something that drove her teachers crazy to no end. She has since learned to question quietly to herself and find answers on her own, her mind always working on something.
While out in public, Liz is always someone else. She constantly has a glamor on and tries never to be the same person twice in the same area if she can help it. It does seem to give her the small problem of not having a grasp of who she is underneath everything, but she changes to blend in or get people to do things for her. As Batwoman, she's ruthless and cunning, with little or no thought to other people's lives unless they can benefit her in some way. She wants to know how things work, how people work. She'll take them apart to see, how they work and how they break. She is always just out for herself. The saying goes of playing chess while everyone else plays checkers would easily be how she thinks of herself. She plays quite the socialite very well, convincing most people she's warm and charming, but every move is calculated. She's quite the actress when she needs to be.
History:Kate Kane and Renee Montoya had been on and off and on again for a number of years. This last time seemed different though, and they finally decided to make a go of it. Renee, after a few years, convinced Kate that it was time for a child. It took some convincing but finally Kate agreed and Kate decided instead of trying to pick a donor, they let science help them. With science advancing rapidly, procedures became available that can be used to turn egg cells into artificial sperm , and vice versa. Thus Elizabeth Gabrielle Kane was born. She was named after Kate's twin sister at Renee's suggestion. As she grew, it was readily apparent she was a very smart child. She picked up things quickly and asked a never ending stream of questions, which Renee encouraged and Kate tolerated.
Of course, being the inquisitive child that she was, she quickly found out what her parents did while she was asleep at night. And after months of pestering, begging and pleading she finally started training. Renee and Kate didn’t take her out to the streets of Gotham until they were sure she was ready. Then they let her join the Titans as Flamebird so she could learn and grow with the next generation of heroes. She made many friends there, and got closer to members of her own batfamily.
While in her civilian life, she met a boy in high school named Kent Nelson. As teenagers are wont to do, she quickly fell for the charming young man and he for her. There were a lot of firsts with Kent, and like most teenagers, Liz hoped they would be onlys. She had fallen and fallen hard. Soon she had to learn how to juggle civilian life with her hero life, and how to keep a secret from someone she cared about. It was a big struggle for her after awhile, trying to maintain her relationship but also keep disappearing when duty called. Of course, after one night of trying to make up all the nights she’d flaked, they made a rather egregious error in all their excitement and Liz had to put her hero life on hold for nine months. At 17, Liz had Chris, a beautiful and healthy baby boy. Then she had to choose between, school, motherhood, and heroing. She hung up her cape for awhile to finish school and take care of their son and all seemed to be going rather smoothly considering the circumstances.
And then New York happened. Liz watched both her mothers suit up and go, the urge to join them driving her mad. She called Kent over to watch Chris as she put on her costume, ready to tell him what she should have told him from the beginning. It seemed like the end of the world and she wasn’t going out there with secrets. She told him everything; about her, about her parents, about what she had been doing when she canceled on him all those times. And now she needed him to watch their son while she went to help.
With her son in safe hands, she made her way to the battlefield. The whole thing was a giant mess and she tried to find her parents in all of it. She found them fighting parademons in the midst of it all. As she arrived to help, and got yelled at for it, Circe turned Kate into cat who was subsequently torn apart by the parademons she was fighting. Renee, not about to lose Liz as well, grabbed her daughter and tried to pull away from the main source of the fighting. As they pulled away, Darkseid landed in their vicinity and started spraying everything with Omega beams. Liz shoved her one remaining parent out of the way and caught a beam right in the chest. She was completely disintegrated upon impact.
After the battle was over and in the ensuing chaos, Circe was the one who found her essence and pulled her back together, sensing something powerful about her. What she sensed was the piece of Kent’s soul Liz had collected after she and him had consummated their relationship. (obviously it was a two way street and he had a piece of her as well). Extracting her memories, Circe knew of Kent and his fate and decided to keep Liz’s memories for her own devices. Then she set a memoryless Liz loose in the world. And Vandal was the first one to find her. He knew her for who she was, having kept track of Kate for many years. He knew of her usefulness to him. And he took her in, feeding her lies of her past, crafting her for his own purposes. She would make a good match for his son, providing he taught her and trained her right.
Now she roams the world, completely ignorant of her former life, betrothed to a man she despises but sees the benefit of having him close. Her and Julius both compete and cooperate on schemes to slowly take over the world by subverting and infiltrating high levels of government to shape the world as they see fit. Soon she will reveal herself to the world as a creature of Vandal’s making, subverting her own mother’s and the batfamily’s legacy as “The Batwoman”.

It was hot, humid and dark. The only light came from a small fire but it didn't give Liz any indication of where she was. There was indistinct shapes just beyond the reach of the fire's light, moving, throbbing undulating with a constant drumbeat. The sound reverberated in Liz's skull, thump-thump-thump, a slow rhythmic beat that stirred something deep and primal in her. Then the chanting started, indistinct and low, like a rumble off in the distance.
Liz tried to look around, tried to move at all, but she simply stood there, naked and frozen, her body captivated by what was going on around her. She felt hot breath on her neck just before someone started chanting in her ear. Though she heard it more clearly, she still didn't understand what was being said. The language was unlike anything she'd ever heard before, but somehow, deep down, she knew it was for something bad, evil. It made the hair on the back of her neck rise and sent divers down her spine despite the heat.
Long fingered hands appeared on either side of her, black as death in the fire light. Long spindly arms disappeared back behind her and a sudden terror gripped her as to what was whispering in her ear. The fingers drew closer and she could see they ended in sharp, jagged claws. Liz wanted to scream, shout, run away, but all she could do was stand there as the claws dug into her flesh, scratching at her stomach and pulling out her womb.
She fell to her knees, clutching at her stomach, feeling the gaping hole the claws had left as they pulled away, tossing their takings into the fire. Liz really did scream then.
And then she sat up in a cold sweat, still clutching at her stomach. It took a few minutes for the sound of her rapid heart beat to fade from her ears. It was then that she noticed she was not alone in her room. Her eyes snapped to the corner just beyond the reach of the moonlight, barely able to make out a silhouette in the darkness.
"What do you want?"
"I came to collect what I am promised."
"I promise no one anything." She snapped, her hands feeling around under her pillow for her knife. A face was suddenly in front of her own and she jerked back away from it on instinct.
"Ms. Kane you promised me your first born. I've come for him. Where is he?"
"I did no such thing!" Anger roared inside her though it was mildly tempered by reason. This man in front of her moved so fast and she couldn't begin to describe him. His features kept shifting, making it impossible to define him.
"You did. I have the contract, signed in your own hand, with your own blood. Though, at the time, you were rather compelled to do whatever Vandal wanted."
Liz's stomach turned as her hand found the knife. She had a feeling it would be utterly useless to her right then, but the handle still brought her some measure of comfort.
"What's to say I even had a child? Wouldn't Vandal have given it to you by now?"
"Do not lie to me, Ms. Kane." His eyes flashed dangerously.
"I have no child here."
"Then tell me where he is."
"You should have come for him sooner. He is not mine to give." His hand reached out and gripped her jaw, starting to squeeze painfully as his nails dug into her skin.
"A mewling baby is of no use to me, girl. A child just coming into his very considerable talent, however, is very useful. So you will tell me. Where. He. Is."
"He is safe." He tossed her from the bed and Liz landed hard on the floor with a grunt of pain, something cracking as she crashed.
"One week, Elizabeth. I will give you one generous week to produce him and then...if you do not..." the man was gone in an instant, Liz rising from the ground to find her wrist broken. One week. She had one week to figure out how to get out of this deal. One that she didn't even remember getting into.
