Equipment and Weapons:
She's already a weapon, she doesn't need material things to help her do what she has to
Powers:
Lupine Physiology: Mari is the biological daughter of Daken and, much like her father, as well as the rest of her family, she is what they call a lupine. Her physiological make up makes her similar to creatures such as wolves and canines. This includes a small number of abilities that seemed to have been shared with her entire family line:
Pheremone Control: A unique ability she shares with her father, she is able to manipulate her pheremones, her very scent in order to make it almost nonexistent. It makes her almost impossible to track or be found when she doesn't want to be. Similarly, she can manipulate her pheromones in order to make those who smell them feel what she wants them to feel. Uniquely, this control makes her always smell sweet, even if she's been running and sweating for hours or days.
Telepathic Immunity: Lastly, but certainly not least, is the telepathic trap inside of her head. Like her father, her mind isn't on a telepath can access easily. There are walls and doors that, with concentration, she can lock and use to control the telepath who tries to look inside, assuming they can even make it through. Much like her father, she doesn't know how it came about. She thinks, personally, that she was born with it, though it's very likely there is someone else pulling the strings that put that trap inside her head.
Skills:
Skilled Fighter: While i wouldn't put her in the category of master or expert when it comes to combat, Mari is quite skilled in it. She was taught to fight at a very young age by Victor. With her agile nature and her animalistic instinct a big part of who she is, she does best in places where she can use either shadows or crowded environments around her. Her usual fighting tactic includes stealth and misdirection before charging at her target though she is quite adaptable and knows that tactic won't alwayd work.
Master Tracker: Tracking is probably one of her best abilities. Her nose is a strong weapon and she can use it to easily identify people as well as their specific emotions. So, it's no surprise that she was taught how to track using that very same scent. If she's caught someone's scent, she can follow their trail for miles. So long as the scent is still present, she can keep following it. She also knows to look for clues, footprints, ask others around to see if people have seen anything.
Master Hunter: Along with tracking is hunting. She knows how to hunt, and not just people. She doesn't need weapons to do so, not with her claws, her instinct. Stealth comes with hunting and, like it, she's a master with it. She knows how to hide and not be seen until she's ready to strike. And, with her ability to control her scent, she can do it perfectly without ever being detected.
Expert Manipulator: Manipulation is something she feels she was born to do. A gift, really, and she's sure she inherited it from her mother. She's good at manipulating a situation to how she wants it to be, using fake personas and a small mix of influencing others pheromones, controlling people and making them think her way is almost too easy.
Excellent Strategist: While it might not seem like it, considering she's a creature that runs on instinct, she is a marvelous strategist. She plans certain things through and thinks about the consequences incase she fails. Strategizing can be boring, but sometimes it's a necessity and she knows that.
Artistic Talent: She's an artist, and that's probably one of the only normal things about her. She does best with drawing realistically, liking to add the finer details in her drawings. It can definitely be seeh when she draws. Unfortunately, it can also be seen when she kills. Occasionally, she likes drawing on them, leaving pretty little designs for when they're found. Never to leave the same mark twice, though, she's not stupid enough to leave an actual calling card. Not like her mother had.
Excellent with Torture: She is great at torturing people. A true sadist at heart, she has fun with torture on every level, from psychological to emotional to physical. And considering her mother's previous 'job', so to speak, as a serial killer, she was taught all about the body to help her to torture without actually killing someone.
Bilingual: Simply put, she is completely fluent in both english and japanese.
Extraordinary Pain Tolerance: There's really no need to go into detail about this. Considering who she was raised by, she has an incredibly high tolerance to pain, almost to the point where she barely registers it or even likes it.
Weaknesses:
1.) V is for Vendetta - While usually good at hiding it, she has a hatred burning inside of her for her own bloodline. The Howlett's. Dirty creatures she really wants nothing to do with but she pretends. She's good at that, pretending. But it's hard to not want to beat the hell out of them. This hatred can easily be used to manipulate her or use her to someone else's advantage.
2.) Green eyed monster - She is a creature of envy and when she stakes a claim on someone or thing, she can become a monster full of jealously, though she's good at hiding it. Remaining quiet at first, though the need to make sure people understand someone or thing is hers takes over and things aren't pretty for others. Depending on if she's in one of her more animalistic moods or not, reacting to her jealous nature can be more instantaneous and can be used again to both manipulate and keep her 'blind' so to speak.
3.) My vision goes red - She has some issues with anger and, when everything seems to go red, she attacks without thought. She goes berserk, a real animal attacking, thrashing, slashing, not caring. But she does this without thought and she can hurt people she doesn't want to when this happens as well as herself. While she may seem stronger when she's in her rage modes, she's also a danger to everyone including herself.
4.) I like my men bloody - She has this... need, almost. An urge that never really seems to be satiated. Killing... no, not just killing, making people bleed, feeling their skin tear beneath her claws, beneath her fingers, feeling bones break and blood flow makes her feel... alive and she gets urges to go out and do it. Occasionally, they strike at the worse possible moments and she feels the pull to go away, find someone, feel those things. And it sucks because it makes it hard to keep up her cover. It's a psychological need she tries her best to hide but, someday, it'll be the end of her. She knows it will.
5.) Pretty little monster - As i said before, she's a monster. Sadistic, masochistic, somewhat of a nihilist and a narcissist. On top of the killing urges, she is anything but sane. Or, at least, that's whatva doctor would tell you. She's got issues no therapist could ever deal with and they can occasionally mess with her.
6.) I love collecting pretty things - I suppose something that can go along with her envy weakness, Mari is also surprisingly obsessive. If she grows attached to someone or thing, she can grow obsessive about them and, while she's good at putting up that innocent girl act, the second it all falls down, she is easily comparative to a certain fictional vampire named Angelus in how she treats them. Watching them, sending them 'gifts', leaving drawings. And no one else is allowed to hurt them. Except for herself. Obsession can be a dark and powerful force, but i can also lead people down into a blinding tunnel for awhile.
7.) Daddy's little pup - Not surprisingly, Mari is somewhat of a daddy's girl. She serves to please and while she pretends to hate hin for her cover at school, she adores him more than anything. She's known to sneak into the danger room when she can just to activate Sabertooth's program. Just so she can see him. He's everything to her and would do anything he told her. Or if she believed it was something he told her. This is easily the best way to manipulate her.
8.) Sexy and i know it - While she doesn't try to seem it all the time, Mari is indeed a vain woman. Her looks mean a whole lot more to her than they should and she is rather arrogant about not just them but her skills as well. She thinks that she can do anything, pushes herself to do things that are far out of her strengths. She doesn't care, because she thinks she is superior, like she's at the very top of the food chain.

THE REST
Personality:
Mari is a twisted thing who seems to take after her mother the most when it comes to her personality. When she's putting up a 'show', so to speak, she is probably one of the sweetest people around. She doesn't really seem to have a grasp of personal boundaries, one to pounce on, hug, cling to, and occasionally kiss when she's around them. She seems to put off this loving vibe, acting as if she's carefree, a free spirit if you would. She is almost constantly smiling, her eyes light up with glee at the littlest if things and she doesn't seem to care if someone doesn't like her. She'll still be that sweet little angel towards them. While she shows so much innocence, she also exudes confidence in everything she does. Every move she makes, she does so as if she could do no wrong, as if she could handle literally anything thrown her way. She stands tall and proud. She's arrogant, that's for sure, but she's good at hiding it under her little ruse. She occasionally pouts out her lips or goes a little for the dramatic side of things when she's trying to get her way. She likes being spoiled and she can come off as quite the girly girl.
Underneath the innocence is a monster with a lust for blood, among other things. She uses everything she has to her advantage. She's smart, cunning, stealthy, good at remaining perfectly quiet and still for exuberant amounts of time in order to watch and prey on others. She likes playing with her prey, toying with them on every level possible, from emotional to mental to physical. She is a serial sadist, as well as a murderer and she understands that, she knows that, she even loves that about herself. She finds an odd amount of pleasure in bringing people pain and making them miserable, but nothing will bring her more glee than finally ending the Howlett line. But, of course, everything has to be perfect. The most... disturbing part of her is the fact that her little act of innocence isn't as much of an act as people think. That little smile she puts on, that light girlish giggle, all of it is how she acts even when she's out to 'play'. Sure, she has her moments of seriousness, but that innocent act is more apart of her than any could expect.
The only times she isn't like that is when she's gone into her berserker rage, which happens a bit more often than she would ever admit to. Anger fuels her and, while she isn't one to talk much during it, she is defitely one to ravage any that get in her way. She strikes without fear, without thought. Anything and everything she does, she does without even a care in the world. She lacks the control she usually has, of course. She has excellent memory of what she does, though, and she can be brutal. However, she knows how to focus on small things, triggers if you would to bring her back to the more lucid side of things.
History:
Carolina had never been all to right, but she was good at covering up what she did. The lives she took were lost forever and no one was tracing it back to the model. Oh no. Even during the small breaks between deaths, no one suspected her. Not even the animal that was Daken when she first met him. She was in Kyoko for a shoot when they met and something about him attracted her. She wouldn't say it was love. Far from it. Just a lot of lust and an excitement brought about by his danger. They had some crazy nights but, for her, it never meant anything. To him, it was everything. He fell in love with her and she wasn't going to complain, not when she got to keep looking at his handsome face in the morning. She stayed with him, though it made her more careful when she went to kill as she didn't need his nose picking it up. She hadn't thought of the dangers of thr attachment until she became pregnant, however.
When Mari was born, Carolina felt trapped, like she couldn't do what she wanted to anymore. She tried to settle down, stay with Daken, but she hated it. Every last second of it. They started to move around a lot, Carolina insisting they had to so she could continue her work. Daken wanted to marry and she put up with the ring, pretending to be so ecstatic. He didn't seem to sense the lie in any of it, blinded by what he thought was love. During their travels, Carolina had a chance encounter with one Victor Creed and she took to him so fast. Through him, shr could get out of an unwanted marriage. And that's exactly what she did. One night, she left the door unlocked and that night, he came and he took care of her little.... problem. And, with the right words, she convinced Victor to take her with him. She could give him something he wanted. She could give him Logan, all she had to do was get closer to her sister.
Mari was maybe three when it all went down, but she doesn't remember any of it. The story she was told was that her mother was taken forcefully by the wretched son of Wolverine. Said he wanted to have a taste of a Church himself and she had been lucky that Victor had found her. He had saved her, though regrettably, Daken had not made it. Or not so regrettably. That story she was told is pretty much the foundation for the hatred of her whole line. That hatred would only grow as she grew older.
Victor started training her daughter from an early age. Taught her how to fight, how to track, how to hunt, even before the girl's mutation activated. And she was... horrible. She could never seem to keep up and when she messed up, she was hit. She grew up getting battered and bruise by her father and yet, her admiration for him never faltered because in her eyes, he would always be her mother's savior. Carolina, on the other hand, took it upon herself to give the girl an eduation, though an impractical one at best. She was taught to read and write in both english amd japanese. They said someday she would need it. Mari didn't understand why back then. On top of the basics, though, she was taught anatomy and about the human body. The more she learned, the more intrigued she was about it. Her parents went back and forth with the training and teaching.
When she was about ten, her mutation activated. She had been arguing and fighting with her mother. Over what, she couldn't remember, not anymore. What she does remember was that one minute it was just a normal fight, and the next her vision seemed to haze over with red. Pain seared in her fingers as claws extended from them and, were it not for Victor grabbing her, Mari would have killed her mother. She never understood what he even needed Carolina for anyway, but she supposed she was happy she was stopped. She was restrained until she calmed down, though she suffered from quite a few injuries from her father's own claws and powerful grip.
From that day on, her training took a turn. As did the way her mother saw her. Mari's thoughts kept taking dark turns. She would look at her mother and imagine all sorts of ways she could end her. She put up a smile, though, and kept it up as she stuck close to her father. Her fighting started getting better, with the help of her nose she was beginning to be able to track almost perfectly, and hunting, finally using her natural instincts, started going a lot more smoothly. Almost too smoothly.
Her instincts started leading her away from the house. She was fourteen at the time. Some kid she met when she went out for a walk was being annoyingly aggressive. She knew she wasn't going to be in that town for very long, so she tried to not let him bother her. But that whole day, all she could think about was that asshole and how easily she knew she could break him. It helped that she had his scent. She snook out that night and followed it until she found him. The next evening, he was on the news in a few less pieces but the Creed's were long gone.
Mari had a hard time with controlling her urges after that. She would go for walks at night and find... pretty things to play with. Her parents didn't stop her. Carol was almost proud and Victor seemed to just not care. He liked the viciousness, that knack for not just the kill but the efficiency of leaving no trace of herself behind.
A couple of years went by, she honed her skills and her mother taught her the importance of control and the importance of putting up a front. The family was always on the move, they needed her to act accordingly. Her act was perfect, and the innocence seemed to be all too natural. They loved it.
It was a few months ago that she was told about her so-called cousin Edward. She knew he was Wolverine's kid, or at least that was what her parents told her. That fact alone sickened her. Her father wanted him dead. And while he knew he could easily do it himself, he thought it would be better if his 'little girl' was given the opportunity. It wasn't long before she went running to the school, a well practiced story in her head. She cried, said she needed help, she needed someone to keep her safe from her psychotic parents. And with her immunity to telepaths, no one could prove she was lying. She's been clinging to Ed ever since, they were family after all. Family she would one day rip apart. And she didn't plan on stopping there. Then there was May. And eventually Laura herself. Every last one of them would be wiped out by her hand. She was sure that she would be making her father proud.

Accelerated Regenerative Healing: Mari is able to heal at an astonishing rate. Cuts go away in a matter if seconds. The smaller, the faster, of course. Minor abrasions such as rags and small cuts heal in seconds. The deeper they go, the slower they heal. Breaks can take a few minutes however the more breaks she suffers, the longer it can take. She has to be able to set her bones fast, though, or else they'll incorrectly and she'll have to rebreak them so she can make them heal correctly. Were something cut off, it would regenerate if she was unable to reattach the body part. If would take several hours to days for body parts to regenerate, though, all dependant on the size of the piece missing.
Extended Longevity: A subset of her healing factor, actually, she is going to live a very long time. Look at her grandfather, for example. Logan Howlett has lived for god knows how long! And if he's anything to.go by, she's going to live a very long time. And, more than likely, her aging is going to be slowing dramatically very soon.
Retractable Bone Claws: Like any good lupine, she's got claws, though hers manifested in a bit of a different way from most of her family. No, instead of coming out between her knuckles, her claws are long and thin, coming from her fingertips. They're thought to be an extention of her fingernails though that is completely false as they extend from under them. When they extend, the skin along her fingers can be seen seemingly rippling as they move. While thinner than most of her family's claws, they are long and just as strong, though incredibly flexible. She can control how much of her claws come out, so occasionally she looks more feline than lupine, considering they can look like they're simply small retractible claws.
Reinforces Skeleton: While her bones aren't inforced by adamantium, they are incredibly strong and thicker than a normal humans bones, making them much denser as well. Even her thin claws are dense and sharp, difficult to break because of the state of her skeleton. Her bones are tough, able to stop blades and even some bullets depending on where she's shot.
Superhuman Senses: Her senses are at levels that far surpass even the most sensative humans. Her nose, especially, is a powerful thing. She can smell anything, able to use to track a specific person's scent for miles. Not only that, but she can discern the smallest differences in the pheromones coming from someone's smell, making it possible for her to smell the emotions that people feel. She can see almost perfectly in the dark and hear a pin drop from what seems like a mile away (though it's more like two or three football lengths). She can concentrate her senses as well, such as her hearing, to hone in on specific people. It may be hard, but with enough focus it's possible. Uniquely, her senses are about as acute as her father and she can easily use smell combined with her hearing to tell when someone is lying to her.
Superhuman Strength: She is incredibly powerful, able to lift up to 700 or even 800 pounds when exerting herself. She doesn't use these strengths for lifting, though. That's what other people are for. No, she uses them to tear people apart, put extra force into her attacks, break things she shouldn't be able to break. People are the funnest, she likes how it feels to snap a bone in her hands.
Superhuman Speed: Like her cousin, when she runs at top speeds, she can reach thirty five miles per hour, possibly even fourty. Though, usually, she onlys goes at twenty to twenty five. Uniquely, she can not only run at these speeds on two legs, but also on all fours. Like an animal, she was raised up by one after all. This speed makes her exceedingly agile and puts her reflexes at their peak. If she knows that someone is shooting at her, she can dodge a bullet. Dodging another's attacks is a lot easier.
Superhuman Stamina: To out it simply, she can run off of fumes for days. While she does need to eat a bit more than the usual person to keep up her energy, she doesn't need to necessarily sleep as much. She can keep going for a few days without needing to rest, her muscles not releasing the usual fatigue toxins as most people's do.

Everything was set and ready. The pieces were all lined up. Now all she had to do was find the right time. That could be weeks from now or months, she wasn't entirely sure which. Which was a shame. But she knew once the time was right, she would know it. She sat in her room, thinking about it as she drew. Her picture today was of someone special. You could say he was her first and she still remembered every single details. She hummed softly to herself as she drew, her mind going back there for a moment.
She remembered that ripe, disgusting scent of his. The kid had maybe been a year older than her at the time, fifteen or so. She hadn't been able to get his face out of her head and boy did she want her revenge. Petty, she knew, holding the pushing and minor bullying over his head but it made her tick. He had been lucky that she hadn't snapped then. Or maybe he wasn't, considering what she was going to do. She remembered following that scent all the way to his home.
Quiet as a mouse, she broke into his room, a smile on her lips as she waved her fingers at him. "Good morning, Starshine!" she had chirped, keeping her voice quiet. Before he could scream, she was pressing a hand over his mouth. "Sh... shhhh, don't be scared. This is only going to hurt a lot!" She began to giggle as she raised her other hand, her claws starting to slide out. He tried to scream and get her off of her, but she was much stronger than him. Claws dragged down his front, tearing through his clothes and just barely piercing the skin.
She let out a happy sigh as she drew the pretty designs on his chest in her book. The arms and legs looked like they were small bit away from the body. The legs were crossed at the ankles and his arms were spread out at his sides, like a cross. She remembered the way it felt and just the thought of it made her urge start to pull at her. The more detail she put into it, the hungrier she felt herself get before she finally decided to stop, dropping the pencil on the side of her bed. She licked her lips thinking about what she could do to someone. But she knew deep down she wasn't allowed to.
Tearing the picture out of the book, she held it up a moment and kissed it lightly. "Oh i will always remember you!" she purred before she tore the image up into little pieces and tossed them into the trash. Even though she knew she shouldn't go out, she hid her book. The only images in it were harmless anyway, along with giddy and girly diary entries to help keep up her act. She slipped quietly out her dorm room window and, without so much of a thought, her legs started to take her way. She wanted to have some fun, after all. She just needed to find the right man to pick up the poor defenseless hitch-hiker. And the next morning, his body would be long gone. The only trace of him the missing person's report his wife will file.
