T'Shan and Lydia had been back from the future or wherever and things were going pretty well for him. He'd given up Mjolnir and has been granted two axes from his father as he joined the pantheon of 'gods'. Apparently it had been his destiny all along and suddenly the constant testing of his strength made sense. But ever since all of that had happened and he'd gotten back he was much more relaxed and laid back. He'd tested his strength to the point the machines couldn't go any further. He didn't fully understand how high the number was but knew it was pretty damn impressive. He'd also finally mentioned his feelings to Aileen. Maybe not as excessive as he'd like but he made it known he had feelings for her, strong feelings. But she was getting over things with what had become known as 'Nega-James' so he'd wait.
Today he was setting in the back of a coffee shop simply minding his own business. He had an extra extra large chocolate frappe with a quintuple espresso shot. Yes he paid extra but everything else on the menu did nothing for him. So he was fine supplying his own cup as well. Skugga was off just enjoying his afternoon away from T'Shan texted away on his phone. Ginnie had souped up his cell phone so he was less likely to shatter it, or press too many things because of his large hands. He'd always had issues with minute things given his size. One would assume after more than 20 years he'd be used to it, but no such luck. Currently he was going back and forth between texts to a lot of people. His sister, a few friends, someone at the Embassy. He was also trying to set up a sort of Guy's night with some of his friends from when he was younger.
As he sent out a few messages he sipped his coffee and waited for the replies to come in. He calmly hummed to himself as he heard the chimes signal someone else was coming in. Definitely not anything of note as T'Shan looked down at his phone. Then his picked up on the scent of gunpowder, the sound of increased heart rates followed by a click of them locking the door. He groaned as he rubbed the bridge of his nose.
'This is a stick up! Everyone up against the wall with your wallets out.'
T'Shan however ignored them and went back to his phone and coffee.
'Ha!'
Then an alarm rang through the shop as the manager hit the alarm, signaling the police and probably the Avengers or whoever else may be near by.
'You just made your last mistake coffee-boy.'
The would be thief leveled his shotgun at the manager and was about to pull the trigger when suddenly T'Shan was there between the two. He reached out and simply gripped the end of the barrel and squeezed it shut.
'I thought you were dead!'
"You would be surprised how often I get that."
'Outta the way!'
The man holding the shotgun ducked to the side as the larger man who was bringing up the rear fired a massive two fisted energy blast setting his shirt on fire and sending him flying over the counter burying him halfway in the wall.
"Well then."
The man was glowing, radiating blue flame like energy. His counterpart took the opportunity to begin going through the register.

Gabe had been making one of his usual trips around NYC, at least, usual by his standards. As far as he knew, his parents had both died here, and NYC always worked as a means of remembering them. He hadn’t been looking for trouble. It was just Maximoff luck, or whatever the term for it was. He just happened to be walking by the wrong place at the wrong time.
As soon as the alarms rang, and people outside the shop saw the weapons, people started hurriedly moving away from the entrance. They’d have to be dim or amazingly brave, if they weren’t heroes, to act any way else. Hopefully some of them were running off to call the Police.
Gabe knew there was no opportunity to summon his costume without dozens of people seeing, so he just tried to do it while looking away to make him harder to recognise should any of them see him later, not in costume. Fighting through the crowds was a lot harder than people seemed to give credit in, well, anything. This wasn’t helped by one guy who tried to stop him. Definitely a dim one.
Gabe’s attempt to run past him failed and he practically bounced off. After the man ridiculosed his explanation of being a Teen Titan, Gabe sighed. He wasn’t taking insults from the guy stopping someone who could help reaching a crime scene. The guy promptly received an electric shock to the shoulder, and didn’t put much resistance up after that.
Gabe was starting to wonder now if he fell in that category. What was the plan against gunfire? And then the entire situation changed.
Gabe’s jaw dropped as he realised he was seeing the Scion. Unless this was a LMD of the Scion. Or a strange doom bot. Or a clone. Or a parallel universe’s version of him (fingers crossed not that). Or a shapeshifter. Or a temporally displaced Scion.
But no, no, squashing the firearm like that proved it. Definitely the real thing. Unless it was a really good LMD of th- Gabe caught himself there. No way, this had to be him. He’d thought everyone saying he was alive (on the internet- freakingcool.com) had been lying to feel good about themselves. This was amazing. Apart from the armed men in the coffee shop.
The energy blasts were what snapped Gabe out of his disbelief. He ran up to the door, and, trying not to attract too much attention, tried to open it. Unless this coffee shop was exclusive to the very strong, that door was locked. In the hopes that it was an electronic lock, Gabe put his hands against the lock and zapped it. Hard. While hoping there were no reflective surfaces for the crooks to see what he was doing. It didn’t work. Not a big shock there.
Gabe straightened up slightly and took a deep breath in, hoping his spell worked how he wanted. He spoke quietly, trying to avoid being heard through the glass.
”Iwantontheothersideoftheglasswherethecrookscan’tseeme, Iwantontheothersideoftheglasswherethecrookscan’tseeme, Iwantontheothersideoftheglasswherethcrmookscan’tseeme, Iwantontheothersideofthegl-“
The spell itself worked. Gabe landed on the other side of the glass, where they couldn’t see him alright. Standing on an empty chair, which would have dropped to the ground due to his sudden and uneven landing had he not jumped first. (The lady across the table from him sure looked surprised). The movement would probably attract some attention round to him.
He noticed the flaming aura then. And the registery crook. He hadn’t seen him, and had assumed they were planning to incapacitate the clients fully before actually taking anything. His spell hadn’t taken the last one into account, and if the guy hadn’t spotted the teenager, he really needed a trip to the American Optical Company. Gabe glanced quickly around, hoping that this wasn’t going to result in a gun wound and a trip to hospital or worse, then lifted his palms, hoping his electricity worked well enough over the distance to be used as a defence.

Getting blasted into the wall was quite annoying. Did it hurt? No, well not terribly. The heat was bothersome and seemed to destroy his shirt but that was more annoying than anything. Luckily for them, he was used to his clothing getting destroyed. It did happen on a regular basis. Burns, cuts, bullet holes, all kind of damage. He'd been offered more stable and durable clothing but opted against it. He liked some sense of normalcy, or as best he could tell. His concept of normalcy often involved epic battles and large beasts. But either way, he was used to losing clothes and being thrown around.
He suddenly got a quick prick of magical energy in the area, something most would ignore. However growing up in Asgard around the likes of Loki and Leif one learns to pick up on magical energy. He picked up on the different scent and heart beat but did the best he could to not look at him. He didn't want to tip his hat. He was fairly certain the newcomer was an ally, or at least really hoped he was. The man at the register noticed him too and quickly turned. Luckily for the newcomer, and a few civilians, the shotgun was destroyed. The man prepared to charge him only to receive an electric blast that knocked him on his butt and sent the half full bag of cash rolling across the floor.
That same moment of distraction caused T'Shan and the flaming man to have the same idea at the same time to charge each other. Only problem for the other man was he was going against a god. So one flaming punch was quickly caught by T'Shan's hand.
'B...but I burn at over 3 thousand degrees."
"Is that all? Adorable...."
T'Shan brought his free hand up and flicked the man in the forehead sending him crashing to the floor. The fire went out and a large welt began to form on his forehead. The man who was just electrocuted quickly tried to scramble for the door but suddenly remembered it was locked. He continued to twitch, likely from the first jolt.
"He is all yours."
T'Shan said motioning towards the man fumbling with the lock.

Gabe was grateful that T’Shan didn’t turn to look at him, or he would have been, had he noticed. He was a little preoccupied with making sure the crooks didn’t attack him too.
Gabe was a little stunned at how well his electricity had worked but was ultimately glad it had. Aside from a heavy fall, the crook seemed okay. Or as okay as he could be after having been blasted with electricity. He hadn’t been expecting that to work as well as that, but he wasn’t complaining.
Gabe almost instinctively (and unnecessarily) mumbled an apology to the woman at the table before walking away from her. He looked up to see the men charging at each other and let out a little sigh, glad he wasn’t the one doing that. If that went wrong, with a half-Asgardian and a pyrokinetic (Gabe guessed he must be a pyrokinetic even if he hadn’t seen any of that yet) slamming skulls in a coffee shop, the results would not be good.
Most people would be impressed at the statement of his temperature (though apparently not half-Asgardians) but Gabe instead was wondering how the criminal had got his hands on a pyrometer to measure that temperature. It was a bit of a higher league to be stealing one of those instead of cash register money, after all.
And The Scion tanking that was impressive to say the least.
Gabe had to shake his head to stop himself staring at the Scion after how easily he just tossed a person.
He nodded slightly at the suggestion. His way of handling subduing someone was distinctly calmer. Gabe crouched near the man, as close as he was willing to, and stretched out one hand closer to the man, so that the palm was touching the man’s shoulder. He first zapped him again with electricity, aiming to be slightly less brutal with it, which greatly reduced the twitching, and then started his spell.
”Iwantyoutosleep, Iwantyoutosleep, Iwantyoutosleep, Iwantyoutosleep, I-“ The man keeled over and started snoring. It wouldn’t have been particularly effective without the zapping. Nobody here had to know that, though. Meddling with people’s states of consciousness was hard.
Gabe removed his hand, waited a second to see if the crook would wake, then stood up when the snoring continued.
He turned to look at the half-Asgardian. ” I’m not too good at actual fighting, sorry, Scion. We should, er, should move him away from the door.” After Scion’s display, plus pretty avidly following the Avengers in the news, Gabe was pretty sure it was better to leave that task to the super-strong one of them.

With the two men now incapacitated, one from a blow to the head and the other from a spell, things seemed to calm down. Sirens could be heard in the distance as the police were finally responding to the coffee shop's alarm bells. T'Shan grabbed the unconscious man by the door and threw him onto his unconscious partner. T'Shan unlocked the door and the people inside made a run for it. T'Shan meanwhile walked back over to his table and grabbed his phone and his drink, taking a sip.
"You do not know how to fight? I shall have to have a word with Captain America and Blue Bat. The first thing they should teach you is how to fight without powers. People always seem to lose their powers."
He downed his drink before stepping over the unconscious criminals and heading for the door.
"Come Thaumaturge, I am going to teach you how to fight. It shall be so much fun. Even my cousin was taught to wield a sword. While their skill with it is open for debate, there is still training there."
Once outside he nodded to a roof across the street and jumped from the sidewalk to it. He skidded to a stop on the roof before stumbling a step or two. He was still getting used to the whole leaping thing. How the Hulk did it and made it look so easy he never understood. But at the same time, he had to practice. With his axes he could fly, but he didn't always have them. They were awkward to carry, compared to Mjolnir, but he also knew it was a case of getting used to it. He looked down at the sidewalk and was waiting for Gabe to join him. He knew it was entirely likely that Gabe wouldn't go for it. T'Shan hoped that wouldn't be the case. After all getting to learn to fight from a god could always be fun.

”Not the first thing. Probably should have been taught though.” Though Gabe would have skipped any of those sessions if they had been anywhere near the start of training. He didn’t particularly need people getting to know exactly how unfit he was not long after meeting them. ”Not so much my family. It’s actually more my family which causes the power losses.” He mumbled. He knew the Scion would probably hear it, and that his attempt at barely voicing anything would have little impact to that.
Not wanting people to be introduced to him by his unfitness was definitely applying now.
”You’re going to teach me to fight? Have you seen me?” Gabe was extremely sceptical about this, for obvious reasons. Was Scion seriously even considering it? And what was that about having any cousins who used swords? It didn’t seem much like anything a Black Panther would do, and Gabe was pretty sure there weren’t any surviving Asgardians in the current generation who weren’t related to Wakandan royalty.
Gabe looked up at T’Shan jumping up to the roof and his disbelief grew massively. He’d seen GIFs of things like that with him in the last few days, but they’d always been awful quality, so he’d assumed they’d been faked from past footage somehow. This was so cool. So, so cool. He didn’t even seem to have had to fly up there.
Gabe shook his head briefly, then jumped up, and focused his thinking, forcing the air to hold him stable nearby. His flying-with-magic was definitely slower than the jumping idea, but it was still pretty quick. Not to mention easier to maintain in mid-air.
Gabe stopped, floating a little away from the edge of the building, and just over a metre up- if his spell started to slip he should be able to get himself onto the roof before he went plummeting anywhere.
”Now, hypothetically, assuming I wanted to end up in hospital, what sort of fighting training would this be?” He was only doing this for curiosity’s sake. He didn’t think he’d stand a chance against a single one of T’Shan’s blows- in fact, a single punch would probably send him falling downward more effectively than gravity itself.

"Aye, I have seen you."
He said looking Gabe up and down, examining him. He tilted his head slightly, his eyes picking out his weak spots and he knew that above all he likely more resembled a lion stalking prey as opposed to a trainer. Of course that was simply how he behaved. He was a warrior above all else. He was always focused on fighting and saw an inner warrior in everyone. In some, people like Gabe and Leif, it was harder to find, but it was there.
As he waited on the roof he quickly came up with a potential training regiment for Gabe. Yes he was weak looking, but he knew it was there. Gabe needed to learn how to fight. Sometimes powers were more difficult than they were useful. Yes T'Shan could stop a thief with one punch, he'd also leave them with no head or torso. He would never admit it but he understood why his evil self, Berzerker, obtained so much power. A few tweaks here and there and T'Shan could be no different.
"Relax, I will not be hitting you, well not yet. I can dial down my strength if need be. It is how I keep from crushing my phone and how I kept from breaking pelvises. But the training would be simple combat training. Boxing and wrestling. I will train you in a modified Asgardian way. Primarily because I do not believe you would survive the true Asgardian training and I would rather not make an enemy of your family."
While it might appear to most he was making a joke in reality he was being serious. It had nothing to do with strength and more to do with style. He might not have it in him to handle a true Asgardian training session, yet. When T'Shan was done he would be known for his skill.
"We will start simple, I will show you form. We will wait before we go into straight combat. So first we go with form. I assume you at least know how to throw a punch without breaking your wrist."
He said looking up at him before holding his hands out. There was nothing for awhile before his two axes came and he caught them. Yes he was trying to intimidate her, he wasn't proud of that, but it worked.
"Now will you come down here or do I have to come up there?"

”And you still think that I can manage fight training with an Asgardian?” That eyeing him up and down made Gabe very nervous. If he was looking for weak points, T’Shan would find them. Many of them. It did mostly look like he was an animal watching prey, though.
”yet? You’d… snap me like a toothpick.” Gabe was not at all reassured by T’Shan’s speech. He had to put thought in to not crush normal objects- including people’s bones. That was not the sort of thing that should be proceeded by a “yet”. It wasn’t just T’han who was thinking he wouldn’t survive Asgardian training, thanks to that. ”Avengers have done a great job of that in the past.” Gabe muttered. His family was pretty exemplar of heroic groups making enemies of a particular family. Or, it would be, were most of them more vengeful.
Of course, skill is frequently more useful in a fight than just pure strength, but, really, Gabe, in fighting terms (or in the strength point, in any terms) had neither of these.
Gabe shrugged at T’Shan’s question. He did know how to do that, yes, but he hadn’t done much of it himself. He always tended to be on the opposite end of a punch. It didn’t make him especially fond of fighting now.
Gabe took in a deep breath of air at the axes, and seemed to shrink down at them coming out. That was pretty intimidating, especially from someone who could- as far as Gabe was aware now- still summon lightning and was definitely incredibly strong. T’Shan coming over to him would not end well. ”…I’ll come down.” Gabe alighted on the edge of the roof. He jumped down onto the lower level, but kept himself back, close to the edge.
”W-we can stop whenever I say, right? A-and no punching or hitting stuff unless I’m okay with it.” Making clear rules for something against an Avenger was also pretty terrifying. This was not helped by Gabe’s gaze having settled onto those axes.

"Thaumuturge, if I did not believe that you could survive this training, I would not have suggested it."
He said calmly. He understood Gabe's reluctance, especially when it came to an Asgardian training regiment. T'Shan wasn't known for his easy and laid back training methods. He had a tendency to go big and demand best. It was the main reason he wasn't allowed to run the sessions except for on select times when they needed a specific scenarios dealt with. It usually resulted in him throwing his team mates around for a few hours under terrible conditions. It might help explain why Aileen was so awkward around him. Between what she dealt with, whatever else bothered her and the time spent throwing her arrows back at her couldn't make for a good relationship foundation. Then again with James and Ginnie they seemed to handle things pretty well. Most likely it was him, he probably came on too hard, especially with the whole confessing his love for her and all.
He shook that thought from his head and focused on the matter at hand. Namely the whole thing with training Gabe how to fight. Perhaps they needed more mentors than just the two. When he was a Titan the Avengers, Justice League and solo heroes were always dropping by. Now though it seemed the Titans were left to their own devices, except for when Captain America or Blue Bat showed up.
"Nay, no hitting anyone or anything till you are ready. Then we shall find a suitable sparring partner for you."
He turned and threw the axes with a simple flick of the wrists and they buried themselves in the ledge of the building. He turned and cracked his neck before moving his arms a bit to loosen his shoulders up.
"For now we will go over form. Simple. Certain things like practical use and everything come later."
He said beginning to pace back and forth, examining him. He had what it took to be a decent combatant, perhaps he just didn't know it though. He'd seen his type. Spent so long focusing on magic or other skills he was told, and believed, that physical combat wasn't his style.
"For now, come show me a few punches. I need to see what I am dealing with."
He said holding his hand up for him.

”And if I don’t believe I can survive it, I won’t do it.” He trusted his sense of realism more than… whatever it was the Scion seemed to be trusting in him. It seemed like the best sort of rule for training with an Asgardian; just don’t do anything that seems risky to your survival. Hopefully he wouldn’t need to use the rule a lot with the Scion.
Gabriel would definitely have benefitted from more mentor presence to the Titans. Someone a while ago would have noticed his complete lack of hand-to-hand ability and actually made him train then.
”That m-may take a while.” Gabe resisted the urge to ask if his training partner was just going to be a punching bag, given there was no way he was going to even last a few seconds with anyone with any training, he was sure.
He couldn’t help following the paths of the axes with his eyes. He gulped slightly at the sight of how easily the axes lodged in the construction. Not intimidating at all.
”For now?” Gabe was pretty sure form wouldn’t be “simple” for him, at least, and that it would definitely be a logner time scale than what Scion seemed to think.
Gabe looked over at the hand that T’Shan had held out, then down at his own. This had to be among the weirdest things that had happened to him since- since that event he’d really rather not remember last year. One of the Avengers offering to train him in fighting forms? Yup. Proof he was going nuts.
Gabe shifted his feet, trying to copy what he’d seen many people do just in front of him before. He was still really not in a sturdy position. Gabe lifted his hand up, curled it up and then tried to make himself swing at the hand in front of him.
He couldn’t do it for a few seconds. This felt ridiculous, and he was sure the Avenger wouldn’t even feel it. Plus, he was fairly sure that staying close to the edge of the roof could be a really bad idea, potentially.
Gabe took in a deep breath, bracing himself, and swung, hitting the palm very off-centre when he finished his swing. Really, it was more like two of his knuckles clipped the side.

Gabe seemed apprehensive to spar with someone like T'Shan. That was something T'Shan simply couldn't understand. He had jumped at the chance to train with someone of a higher skill set at Gabe's age, even if it meant he'd get hurt. Then again he was able to heal rather easily. But still, this was going to be tough. As the punch barely grazed his hand T'Shan simply looked at him.
"Alright....we have a lot of work to do. How much training have you had? But watching movies does not count."
He knew you could learn a lot from watching others but he preferred to do things on his own and learn by doing. He moved and stood beside him.
"Mirror my moves, we will go over form first, since clearly you need to work on that. At this rate you are likely to break your wrist as opposed to damaging the opponent."
He brought his fists up in a typical boxer's stance.
"Keep the foot of your non-dominant side forward with your back foot at an angle, on the balls of your feet. Bring your dominant hand forward, twisting on the ball of your foot. It will add more pressure to the punch. Your fist needs to turn but ensure it is leveled once you connect to ensure you do not hurt yourself. Keep your fist and wrist loose."
He said before demonstrating the same thing he'd just described. He threw a few punches, keeping it simple. Eventually they'd get more complicated as they added more punches to it. But for now he was simply throwing punches.
"Always ensure that when you punch you have one hand up to block. Next we will do a combo. A 1, 2, 1. Make sure you hit the same spot."
He said before delivering a right, left, right combination. He would make a warrior out of Gabe yet, but even when he taught Leif he had some basic training. T'Shan was suddenly grateful for immortality, he may need the time.

Gabe tried a grin at his failed blow but probably just looked embarrassed- because he was. He shrugged slightly too.
”I haven’t done much myself but I’ve, uh, I’ve seen it a lot.” Rather, he’d barely ever done any himself, and had gotten some experience from healing spells as a result of the little he’d had. His visual experience had been rather first-hand too. He at least knew a tiny bit about dodging.
T’Shan was actually pretty close to the truth with his safety warning (not just the barely hurting an opponent bit). Gabe hadn’t managed that, but he had sprained his wrist the last time he’d turned to that in a fight, which had been a long time ago. And did it even really count if he’d only managed to even get in just a couple of actual hits?
”…Okay.” Gabe shifted his feet around to match T’Shan’s footing. He’d seen a similar pose before from the other end a few times, but T’Shan seemed to fit it a lot more naturally, and the explanation itself was helpful.
Gabe copied The Scion’s movements, going a lot slower and a bit hesitantly, looking over, waiting for confirmation about what he was inevitably doing wrong.
He drew his other arm up against his chest, the wrist near his throat. That seemed like it’d work to block, probably. If someone knew how to do that, at least. Gabe copied T’Shan’s movements, or at least, tried to copy, again, hesitantly. He didn’t twist nearly as much as his demonstrator, delivering far less power, for instance. The blows were all vaguely around the same area, but really not all the same spot.

"Aye, well watching combat is a good start. It is what we suggest for younger children. However that may not work for you. Nay, we will need to do a crash course in combat. Magic is fun sure, but will eventually fail you. It is the same thing I told my cousin. One must be prepared for a variety of circumstances."
He knew a lot of people, especially when magic was involved, didn't like hearing that. But one should always be prepared for a variety of scenarios. Sure T'Shan knew with his strength he could accomplish a lot. However eventually it may be matched, or even surpassed. In which case he'd need to be ready with other skills. That was where his weapons and fighting training came into play. However it also helped that he could throw lightning around. While he certainly had lost a few levels with it, it was still lightning.
He watched as he did his best to try and mimic T'Shan's own movements. To say he succeeded would be an understatement. He was getting the hang of it though, it was just a slow go. If T'Shan had to guess he focused more on mental acumen as well as magic instead of physical activity. Sure he had the physique of someone who had some sort of regular activity but still not too much. He needed better, regular training.
"Not....bad...."
'That was terrible.'
Skugga said landing on the ledge and watching the two work.
"I think perhaps that we need to focus on your speed. Something to better utilize your size. You need to work to get inside your opponnent's defenses, work the body, weak points."
'Cheap shots.'
"Nay. It is simply a case of using your size to your advantage, especially when deemed a weakness."

Gabe was pretty sure T’Shan had misunderstood the circumstances of his seeing any combat, but he wasn’t about to correct that. And, as he said, it hadn’t exactly worked out well for him. Gabe was sure he’d be doing much crashing on this course, even if it wasn’t meant to be literal. And he knew plenty already about how awful magic could turn out- a quick glance at his family tree was plenty of warning.
”Right, like the boy scout motto.” Or whatever the Asgardian equivalent was. It didn’t really fit him well, and T’Shan clearly found that much obvious, as did those of the Titans who knew him decently.
”Not bad ‘cos it was awful?” It was a little worrying how in line with the bird he seemed to be thinking. And that he could hear what the bird meant.
Gabe was not surprised in the change of tactic. He wasn’t so sure about it being utilised, but if the Scion was saying it, there was bound to be some merit in using it.
The bird was right, but Gabe doubted he’d make any other types of shot.
It would probably be deemed a weakness for a good reason. But he’d come in this far, and he was still going to refrain from doing anything at all ludicrous- basically anything T’Shan would normally try to train people with. It looked like he’d managed to avoid that, which was a good sign for his bones. Whatever this change would be had to make it more manageable, and probably safer. ”So, how are you planning to do that?”

'Yes T'Shan, how are you planning on doing that? I know I am DYING to know myself.'
Skugga said with a laugh. Scion hated when Skugga laughed, it was creepy. It seemed to go against his natural behavior as well as the fact it was telepathic.
"Well that is quite simple. We are going to spar...eventually. We may need to work on your agility first. Being able to react and dodge punches is key."
He said crossing his arms as he examined him. Gabe was small but if he could be quick he could be quite dangerous in a fight. Especially since people would generally think less of him in a fist fight. He could easily use that to his advantage and exploit that.
"Of course one key aspect to this is also working on your ability to take a punch. The longer a fight goes on the more it is in your favor Gabriel. Larger opponents require more oxygen, it is simply a case of out lasting them. A good start would be working on your endurance. Knowing how to throw a punch does not mean much if you can not last."
