Titan Tower, home to the Teen Titans. SOme of the Titans could prove useful and he admires the act of using children as soldiers. CHildren could always prove useful in a fight whether it be cannon fodder or attacking from inside. No one ever expected children, it made them perfect. Perhaps this new time could inspire him and bring about a sort of Junior Horsemen team. A team of children to work as a sort of distraction, or at least as a means to groom future Horsemen and Dark Rider generals. But in the mean time he had something far more important to deal with. As he approached the tower he was accompanied by Famine and Akkaba member Maximus Romuluson. They needed to take out the Titans first. Apocalypse had been examining all of the current teams and despite their young ages were the more dangerous of the team. They seemed to be even closer and stuck together than all the other teams. Taking them out first would send the other teams into a scramble allowing him to continue the rest of his plan.
As he stood on the island with Maximus and Famine he glanced over at his newest Horseman.
"Famine, do be a dear and take care of all the inhabitants."
He said before waiting patiently. Once it was done he raised his hand and fired a blast, making a hole in the wall. He slowly stepped inside and soon enough made his way to the main living quarters. Apocalypse stood there with his hands behind his back before looking out the main window and at San Francisco.
"This is a nice tower, all be it top heavy. Honestly, how does a strong breeze not knock it over? No matter, it will be nothing but dust soon enough. However it seems that we need one more, don't you agree Famine?"
He didn't acknowledge Maximus as he was nothing more than servant. Famine on the other hand was nothing more than a high ranking servant. Famine was strong and had proven their worth and value to him.
'Death, come to me....'
He sent out a telepathic message to Death, knowing they would quickly respond. He had a powerful link to all of his Horsemen. He knew it would only be a matter of time before others realized he was here and that would only cause more problems. They needed to destroy the Tower and move on.

Maximus was beginning to get used to the whole cloak thing the Clan seemed to always have going. Master Apocalypse had a thing for the old school, he and his father would get along. Well, no, they'd probably befriend and use each other before eventually turning on one another. Actually Maximus would enjoy watching that fight but smart money would be on Apocalypse. Mostly because as far as he knew even Adamantium couldn't cut through the armor of Apocalypse and his mind was too strong.
He looked ahead at Titan Tower, home of the Teen Titans. He'd only encountered one or two of them in his crimes but so far he hadn't been too impressed. However if Apocalypse thinks that they need to be removed first then so be it. He wouldn't argue it, mainly because he'd be dead in seconds, if he was lucky. He was being ignored by Apocalypse and that was fine. Maximus hadn't proved himself to him, only seen him be the beginning of his rebirth. However after destroying the Tower it may prove himself to Apocalypse as a stronger person.
As the hole was made he followed Famine and Apocalypse inside, hands tucked inside his sleeves and saying nothing. Honestly not calling the shots was new to him but this was a whole other issue. He needed to think in the grand scheme. Apocalypse was going to take over the world one way or another, it only made sense to be at his side. He could carve out a nice little kingdom for himself in Apocalypse's new world. As if he could read his mind he saw Apocalypse look at him and smirk before turning his attention to Famine.

There is no such thing as justice Serving a higher power had it's good along with it's bad. She wouldn't even dare to let herself think it, but the idea of being the underling to yet another man was something she absolutely despised, especially when taking into consideration that the higher power was making her use her powers for something she didn't quite enjoy a part of the time. Famine meant starvation, which meant the death of the very things she cared about the most: plants. However, that didn't necessarily mean everything she loved had to be killed. It was clearly selective and, in the end, she would do what she had to do. Where the bad, however small it may have been, ended, there was a lot of good. She was likely foolish to trust him, but she saw the promises held in his eyes, held in his thoughts. An ideal world where her precious plant life could finally reclaim what rightfully belonged to them. It was only further enhanced knowing the only person she truly cared about could still remain by her side. If she'd had to choose between Max and Apocalypse, she wasn't sure which way she would have gone or who would have managed to survive the end of it. Thank goodness it didn't really matter. Oh, it felt so nice to be out here, not having to bother with changing her skin tone to fit in with the world. Being true to herself for what felt like the first time in a very long time. She was a Goddess of the Green, felt like it in every sense, and it was finally her time to show just what a goddess could do. She shifted her gaze to En when she heard him speaking to her. Take care of them? As he wished. With a small nod, she brought her arms out to her sides and began to focus. Her mind open to the plants on the island below, soon feeling them grow and creep up all around her, wrapping around the building with powerful vines and ivies. A small smirk touched her lips feeling them squeeze the giant fortress, snaking their way in through cracked windows and shattered glass. Her hands then moved to her belt, grabbing a couple of her specialty pollen bombs and coaxing a vine close to make it wrap around the clusters. It wasn't long after that the balls found their ways in through broken glass and were gashed to release the sleeping toxin on the floors of the building. If anyone was awake in them, it wasn't likely they would be staying that way for very long. She was lifted up with her liege, her eyes turning for a second to the other man at her side. A soft smile touched her lips. She offered him a small wink, making one of the vines move to touch his shoulder gently. She didn't say anything, however. It wasn't the time nor place just yet. Turning her sights forward again, she looked to Apocalypse as he spoke. "This place was pitifully easy to infiltrate," she said simply. She was certain, while unnecessary, her opinion was allowed none the less. She brought her hand up to cover her mouth a moment, a somewhat forced yawn escaping it. She wanted something more fun than a fetch quest. And that was all this was, wasn't it? A fetch quest to get their Death. Why she couldn't have taken such a spot, she didn't quite understand, but it was nothing she could question. She was on the higher end of the command chain for once, and that was pretty much all she truly cared for. "It does seem as such, though. I hope they arrive soon. This place is incredibly drab. It will look so much nicer once it's gone and I can make this island a personal paradise." Though she doubted she would keep this place as her own. There were much better places in the world she could make as her kingdom. xxx | Death; Apocalypse; @maximus | whoosh~ |

In spite of the ruckus around the tower, Adam could be found holed up in the gym, dressed in loose shorts and a hoodie, looking something like the stereotypical 'boxing' gym-bro as he bent at his knees, grasping the barbell lying before him. Intellectually, of course, he knew something to be wrong. He'd spent weeks being tortured, cut and recut. Taken apart and put back together... somehow. Then he'd come home, he'd had to convalesce, deal with everything that entailed. In all, Adam had hardly had time for himself, let alone time to train.
And yet... every movement he performed...every weight he lifted... instead of trying to work back up to his old best, he was meeting all of his old personal records with ease. He was beating them with that same ease. Oblivious as he might be, Adam could tell something wasn't right. And so, he'd returned to the tower to work out. To push his body as far as the equipment and his own human frailty would allow.
He wrapped his hands around the bar, knees bent as he flexed and tensed the muscles of his legs before exhaling... and lifting the weight up from the ground without as much as a grunt.
Seven hundred pounds, and I'm holding it as easy as Nemesis would... He considered, trying and failing to notice any strain in the activity; but all at once his experiment was ended. The weight slipped from his fingers with a clatter that surely would have brought attention to him anywhere else if a blaring warning klaxxon wasn't drowning everything out.
Adam shook his head once, twice. Trying to clear his thoughts. He didn't know what OCD felt like, but imagined it was like this. He could hear something calling to him, demanding his presence and slowly he walked, putting one foot in front of the other. Then he jogged. Finally, though, he was sprinting. As he ran, he pulled the hood up over his head on impulse.
The growing debris and wreckage in the tower wasn't concerning him, where he thought he might be in danger he simply held his breath. In the end, when he judged himself close enough to the source of his... compulsion, Adam tested his body once again by hurling himself from the window. Once again he noted intellectually that he should have been rusty and that even with a flawless breakfall, a perfect roll... he probably should have broken SOMETHING when he popped back up to his feet, staring at the trio in front of him.
Noting the cloak on the middle figure, his hands went up to touch his own hood a moment. "...What's with the Palpatine look?" He asked at last separated from the Tower's assailants by perhaps two yards' distance. Close enough that they could all clearly see the cartoonish Grim Reaper on the front of Adam's hoodie.

"The security of this society is pitiful compared to Celestial technology. Circumventing it was simple for someone of my talent."
He said calmly in regard to Famine's comment about how easy it had been to break in. Of course the system was far more advanced than anyone could have guessed. After the mishap with Roxy and Adam a new system had been demanded, especially by the parents. The Titans hadn't been informed, the fewer that knew about this the safer everyone would be. Whether Apocalypse didn't know or simply didn't care was unclear. But as soon as something was picked up in the ventilation system and a wall was breached everyone inside the tower was instantly teleported to a safe house in San Francisco owned by JJ, well, in a round about way. Technically it was in Babry's name for when she turned 18 or became a Titan, whichever came first. However Apocalypse had found a way to circumvent it enough to leave Adam there as well as to ensure that Famine's pollen had no effect on him.
"We have not decided what will be done with this island or how your lands will be divided up. In the meantime we need to focus on the task at hand."
With that Adam, Death, showed himself. Apocalypse looked at him and his eyes flashed briefly. Death had been living in there since Chari had created him and Apocalypse had 'fixed' his mind, it was a case of waking it up.
"Come Death, it is time we put an end to this Titan nonsense. Famine has weakened the structure and your strength combined with Maximus' ability will be enough to leave this as nothing but rubble. Then we shall move on to our next target as well as acquire War and Pestilence. Do make it quick, come Famine."
He said pressing something on his wrist as a large portal opened near them. He turned and walked into it, leaving it open for Famine and Death to follow.

As the vine touched his shoulder he turned his hooded head towards her and smiled a bit, revealing his adamantium canines. It was refreshing to longer have to hide. Maxwell Regem of FriendLink was now officially dead, or would be soon enough. He knew the time was coming and had been preparing for it for years. He had it set up for his fortune to go to a variety of charities, he himself actually owned. FriendLink itself would transfer to Izzy, or barring that to a few other higher ups in the organization. Still really not much and the site was doomed without it, he'd see to it. He'd be viewed as a one of a kind visionary whose genius would be lost to time.
As Apocalypse mentioned his genius being what took down defenses Maximus simply nodded his head. He knew better and stifled his laugh. It may have been Apocalypse's tech that part was true but it was Maximus' hacking skills that made short work of the systems and allowed him to both pinpoint and exclude Death from the teleportation mechanism. Not a terrible plan really, crude and simple, but decent.
"Yes Lord Apocalypse, your tech allows the best that the heroes have to offer to look like nothing more than a crude barricaded door."
Of course given enough time Max himself could've taken out the security but that was another point entirely. As Death approached Max simply nodded his head in greeting. This time he had trouble stifling the laugh was harder. He subtly nodded his head towards Apocalypse, implying it was his idea.
"Palpatine is a pop culture reference to a science-fantasy movie series Lord Apocalypse."
As Apocalypse presented the plan Maximus removed his cloak. Underneath was a simple pair of jeans and a plain black T-shirt. He grabbed Famine's hand and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.
"I may be gone awhile my Green Goddess."
He said to her before turning his attention back to Adam. He knew he didn't have long before the poison took effect. Yes he'd been exposing himself to a variety of poisons and toxins for this reason but she'd been made stronger.
"Hitting me allows me to absorb the kinetic energy and transform it into explosive energy. Give me your best shot Death. But I need to stay conscious so....work the body."
He said motioning for Adam to hit him.
