Equipment and Weapons:
Iron Lad Armour (Locked): Armour designed and created by his older sister Virginia Stark which is based of his father's Model 42 armour sharing the same colour schematics, black and yellow, though it’s so far called the Iron Lad armour the name is a placeholder till Ned thinks of something else. The suit is made out of the same stuff that Ginnie’s Iron Maiden Armour, which is of a highly complex matrix of molecularly-aligned fully crystallized ultra high carbon/steel hybrid alloys which are enhanced by a magnetic field. Over this are layers of other ultra strong alloys such as, titanium, tungsten and vanadium alloys, reinforced by carbon-nano tubing. So far the suits only way of being put on is through the usually robotic arms placing and building the suit around him.
Offensive capabilties
Repulsor rays - The primary energy weapon on the suit and arguably the most used weapon. A particle beam placed in the palms of the suits hands. The power of the rays depends how much energy is channelled into them, at lower ends the rays are able to repel projectiles, both physical and condensed energy forms and at higher ends is able to melt through 2 inches in metal easily.
Energy whips - In the right arm of his suit is a spring loaded whip made out of a weave of copper wire and nickel. When released an electromagnetic motor powers the whip giving it magnetic properties as well as making it a devastating weapon. When used offensively the whip is able to slice through solid objects easily, and when the polarity of the motor is reversed can be used as a grapple to either be used to grapple far away objects or as lasso to catch items/people.
Smart Missiles - automated missiles, that fire and seek out the targets weakest points to cause the maximum damage with the minimal payload possible.
Pulse barrage - a low energy, long range and highly effective weapon on the suit. The basic go to long range weapon.
Pulse bolts - a long range, plasma based weapon which discharges plasma which when fired, increases in strength which implode when overloaded. The suit is restricted to fire these only at a certain distance to make sure the the bolts don’t implode to close to the suit.
Armour-piercing tasers - Placed in the left arm of the suit. They’re powerful tasers that incapacitate normal powered people at the touch and are able to pierce through kevlar.
Hyper-velocity impact - a program that allows the wearer of the suit to think, move and act at a much higher rate than normal, allowing for faster attacks. Suit is limited to do this only in 30 second intervals every 5 minutes due to strain it puts on the body.
Defensive capabilities
Enhanced durability - Like any of the armours, the suit is highly resistant to things such as electrical shocks, extreme heat, freezing colds, medium levels of radiation, energy based attacks and physical impacts. The suit can breeze through getting hit by high caliber weaponry and can take a severe beating of superhuman punches, torpedoes, rockets, missiles and just high powered lasers.
Energy Shield - A deployable energy shield that forms a 15 feet radius bubble around the suit that is able to shield everyone inside from projectiles and explosives. The more the shield takes damage the more energy it drains.
Advanced combat analysis - Intended for long fights against a foe which are more skilled in combat or more resilient in battle. The system starts to observe the suits advisory fighting style and tell tale signs for certain attacks and even kinks and weak spots that might become apparent in combat. After observing someone fighting for 20 minutes, the system will have analysed the adversaries fighting style to allow the wearer of the suit to exploit openings and dodge attacks.
Support capabilities
Super strength - Normally being able to pick up 100 tons, however it really depends on how much power is left in the suit. The suit is able to increase energy consumption to power up the suits strenght to untold amounts. As long if there is excess power in the suit the more force the suit is able to exert. However once the suit is running low on power, the strength lowers due to conserving energy and only powering the essentials.
Super speed - The wearer of the suit is able to move and react at faster speeds that reaches superhuman levels, both while movement and with reflexes. The more power the suit has the faster the suit can move. So far the default speed is 200 mph However this is rarely seen as why run on the ground when you can fly in the sky.
Flight - Through the use of low powered repulser generators in the hands and feet the wearer of the suit is able to fly at speeds of Mach 8. However due to Ned having never flown with repulser jets, the first time he wears the suit it’s likely he’ll not be able to have control over it.
Power cells - The suit runs off of multiple energy sources, such as solar converters, electrical engines and even a beta-radiation absorption system that turns it into power.
Energy conversion power recharge - One of Ginnie’s experimental and still in development. This system is able to absorb convert energies into power for the suit. This can be heat, solar, radiation, electric, magnetic, geothermal and kinetic energies which can be turned into power for the suit.
Self-contained Life-support system and environmental protection - The suit can completely protect itself in environments dangerous to human life such as underwater and vacuum environments. It also protects against radiation, chemical, biological, corrosive, kinetic and electrical attacks.
Anti-magnetism - a special circuit which negates magnetic forces that aren’t part of the suits capabilities from affecting the suit. Especially useful when facing a certain power set.
Telepathic inhibitor - The suit grants protection to the wearer against telepathic attacks while in the suit.
Friday - While she’s not occupied to run the suit right now, the suit does have an opening for an A.I. or program to reside in to help the wearer of the suit with controls and functions of the suit. Friday would also help my giving advice and bringing up useful information such as background checks, schematics and whatever else she things is useful and what Ned requests
Sensor Array - The suit has sensors both to measure the wear of the suit, such as their brain waves and vital signs and external sensors which can brings up the vital signs of people around as well as radar/lidar and capable of night vision. These systems are also directly linked to JARVIS so that whoever wears the suit Ginnie can execute the system lock.
Override - The suit has the capability of overcharging certain of the suits systems which if successful allows for fantastic feats that go above and beyond the suits safety precaution, however it runs the risk of the suit a complete system failure. Ginnie has limited the suits overdrive to only 200% to lower the risk of a system failure to occur.
System Lock - A failsafe put in my Ginnie that locks the suit from Ned and Friday and sends the suit to the safest location with an automated system that removes the suit from the wearer. So far the only person able to activate the system lock is his Sister.
Friday: An A.I. created by his father that was original a secretary for him, which he converted into a sort of Tutor/assistant for Ned. Friday speaks with an Irish accent and speaks in a bubbly and friendly manner no matter what the situation. She’s always being a reassuring and optimistic presence in Ned’s ear as well as a friend and a truster tutor. Friday has unlimited access to all of Ned’s electronic devices and mainly helps plan and make Ned stick to his schedule.
Notebook: Something he carries with him, a small paper notepad which is filled out with several drawings and scribblings Ned comes up with.
Powers: N/A
Skills:
Hand-to-hand Combat: Since Ned was little he loved taking martial arts classes and was enrolled in his first class, judo, when he was 4. So far he has a black belt in Judo, taken 5 years of Krav Maga, 2 years of Muay Thai, 8 years of kickboxing, 10 years of karate and boxes at a local competitive level using a switch-hitter swarmer approach.
Peak-Human conditioning: When Ned’s not studying, he’s most likely exercising to stay fit and health for the different activities he does and eats pretty healthily as well. Due to this Ned’s strength, speed, endurance, stamina and reflexes are at a peak human capacity. He can run at speeds of 23mph and bench press 250 pounds. Though he’s constantly trying to improve himself and break his personal records.
Strategy: When he was a kid he would be around Ginnie as much as possible, and one of his fondest memories of her is when she allowed him to play for a bit teaching him the basics. For some reason that moment stuck with him and since then he’s had a passion in strategy games. He mainly uses this when in matches to plan attacks accordingly. He can also lead a full stack army of the finest Roman soldiers against 5 stacks of mongol hordes, but that’s less likely to happen in real life.
Drawing: Since Ned was a kid he enjoyed drawing out the ideas he had as a kid and presenting them to his dad and Ginnie even if the science behind it made no sense. Ned still sketches designs his impossible ideas, but more for fun and habit than anything else.
Multilingual: Ned is fluent in french and spanish.
Weaknesses: (3 minimum)
1.) Overprotective Sibling: While he loves Ginnie and looks up to her as his personal hero, she does sometimes takes unncessary precautions to keep him safe. This shows up in his personal life with Ginnie keeping tabs on him and even his suit has some restrictions such as limiting some of the suits abilities to restrict and limit some of the more dangerous modules.
2.) Gonna take more than a pair of glasses: Ned was born into fame due to being the son of the first Iron Man, the little brother of the second Iron Man and also the little brother of Iron Maiden he is a well known figure in the public eye and therefore an easy target for enemies of either 3 to target him, seeing as he is the only Stark without a suit.
3.) i r Smart 2: Ned is a Stark, and with the Stark name certain things are expected from him. Mainly an intelligent mind, which Ned doesn’t have. This can lead to people overestimating his abilities and skills immensely and leaving the person disappointed and Ned hurt. It’s one of his biggest insecurities and easily exploitable if someone knows how.
4.) Am I ready?: Ned is still haunted by the memory of his Brother death and the shadows that he and his sister have cast over him. While he loves them deeply, he feels like he isn’t even half the man that they are and doubts his abilities to even be a hero, much less a Stark.
FAMILY:
Mother: Virginia ‘Pepper’ Stark Nee Potts (Marvel, Alive, Retired)
Father: Anthony Stark (Marvel, Alive, Retired)
Siblings: Howard Stark (OC, Older Brother, Deceased), Virginia "Ginnie" Stark (OC, older sister)
Children: None
Extended family: Isaac Stark (ancestor), Howard Stark, Sr. (great grandfather, deceased), Howard Anthony Stark (grandfather, deceased), Maria Stark (grandmother, deceased), Arno Stark (uncle), Edward Stark (great uncle, deceased), Morgan Stark (cousin)
THE REST
Personality: Even as a kid, Ned has been the same bubbly, optimistic and just overall positive person. He has great love for his family even seeing his sister as his own personal hero and aspiring to be as great as she is and as great as Howie was. However in the stride to be like them, through long periods of studying, taking various martial arts lessons and exercising, leaving very little free time. He does this to reach, what some might see as impossible expectations, of what he perceives Ginnie and Howie to be equal to how they were when the started. He does this as his dream is to be a hero just like his siblings are.
However, in the goal to be like Ginnie and Howie, he’s developed somewhat of an inferiority complex. He isn’t smart as smart as Ginnie, he isn’t as talented as Howie was and feels like he’s the runt of them so he tries to be as good as them setting unrealistic goals for him to accomplish and sets himself up for failure and when he inevitably fails reaching them just makes him feel more inferior to them. Sure Ginnie, Friday and his parents try to convince him otherwise, but this is one of the few things Ned is stubborn about.
Ned however has a joy for life. He treasures every opportunity of free time he has either by spending times playing his favourite games, going out and socialising and meeting new people, playing Natalie and trying to teach her new tricks to show off too Ginnie and calling Ginnie whenever possible. Though no matter what he’s doing, when inspiration strikes he will draw the impossible idea in his notepad, It’s something he prefers to keep private and rarely even showing Ginnie only if he thinks it’s a good idea that might work.
History: Ned, even as a kid, was different than the other Starks. He was a bit slow even at that age then Howard and Ginnie had been. It took him a year before he said his first word and took almost 2 years before he started to walk. This continued most of his life, always being slower than average, but at that age it never bothered him. When he was young he’d usually pester and follow Ginnie around and try and mimic what she was doing or just drawing a picture to show off proudly to Howie and Tony and that was majority of Ned’s early years, living in blissful ignorance taking joy in the little things.
At that age he did find the one of the things he loved the most in the world. Martial arts. He fell in love with it when he was 4 years old and sneakily watched Enter the Dragon from a slightly open door, of course this was late in the evening and fell asleep in the doorway so didn’t see all of it. Though the movie stuck with him and ever since then he hassled his parents to let him join a class. They eventually wavered and Ned joined his Judo Class and one of the few things he excelled at.
It hit him hard when he actually realised the problems he had in life and how everyone else in his family was succeeding or successful. Howie was Iron Man, Ginnie was graduating high school at 14 and then there Ned was close to having been held back a year. It was the lowest he ever felt but he got through. Even if he was a bit of a pest to Ginnie, she helped whenever she could and even Howie and his dad helped him. With this love and support he studied his damned hardest and vowed to never fall behind in his studies again. And so he did. He mixed studying, with his activities even joining a karate class when he was 8, and watching what Ginnie and Howard were doing and just be with them, sure majority of the time what they were doing and trying to teach him flew over his head.
Then the battle happened and Ned’s life got turned upside down. He wasn’t allowed to watch the battle and instead stayed in his room playing and hoping that Howie was going to come back from this alive. He had no idea that Ginnie had snuck out to join the battle and when the battle ended, he was even more so crushed at just the news of Howard’s death but also that Ginnie was in a coma, and while he wasn’t the smartest he did understand when a doctor said that she might not make it. Ned was absolutely devastated. He had already lost one of his heroes and brother that day and with Ginnie in a coma it seemed like he was going to lose her too. The happy, bubbly positive kid that he was, was gone in that instance. There was only despair.
But then his birthday came around and his dad had a special gift for him. He gave Ned his first phone with a little surprise inside, an A.I. called Friday. While he found it weird in the beginning, Friday somewhat filled a hole that was missing inside of him left by Howie and Ginnie. While it wasn’t the same, it was nice to have someone else to help him study and someone else to whisper him better plans to use in one of Ginnie’s strategy games and someone to answer his endless questions about whatever came to his head. Friday was just what was needed to take Ned out of his gloom. His positive vibe came back slowly. He visited Ginnie everyday at the hospital and even slept there whenever he could wanting to be there when she woke up. He even asked his parents to join kickboxing both as a way to relieve more stress and distract him.
Then the miraculous thing happened. The day that Ginnie woke up and that is one of Ned’s most happiest memories. He had his hero back and he was ecstatic about it. He helped her the next few months, even though she insisted that she was fine and he didn’t need to after the 1st few times, in anyway he could. He’d make her food when she was too busy studying, he helped her pack her bag when she needed to go somewhere and whatever else he thought he could do to help her. He never wanted to lose her again and maybe more clingy than he was before.
Of course when he mellowed out and calmed down about his overprotectiveness to Ginnie when he started puberty. It was an awkward stage of his life, he joined another a fighting class, Krav Maga, seeing it as a ‘more adult like’ fighting style and actually gained ambitions to become a hero. Everything he started to do was to get to the level he thought he needed to be to become a hero. He studied extra hard to make sure he’d at least get a B- or higher in his grade even joining a Muay Thai class when he was 16 to hone his fighting skill even more.
So far he’s still trying to prove himself that he’s ready to be in a suit. Proving to who exactly might be hard to find, but until he feels ready he’s going to enjoy life, study hard, be a socialite and whatever else he feels like doing.

Sample RP:
Ned was feeling good. He was almost done with his workout and the last 10 minutes was basically trying to teach the Iron Canine a new trick to show off to the Iron Maiden. Though in the process of teaching her, Nat got a bit wound up and started trying to chew and bite his face. He was trying to calm her down to try the new trick again which took a while but he managed it eventually with a stern voice and looking her dead in the eye. If there was one thing he could do it was calm down Natallie when she was wound up.
"Alright Nat" he said the the golden retirever infront fo him. He did a push up and held out his right hands which Nat gentled placed her left paw upon. He gave her head a good scratch as a reward. "good girl" he did it again but raised his left hand which she agains placed her right paw upon but with more energy. "Alright calm now" He did another pushup and held out his right hand again. Nat got confused and used the right paw to put on, "wrong paw Nat" Ned did it again and she did the same thing but this time with more whines and becoming more restless. "Come on Natalie at least do it three times" Ned tried again but as he was pushing up Natalie was alright on him biting and licking his face. Ned just gave up half way and grabbed Natalie and stroked her in the way she enjoyed to be scratched.
"Ned the cheerful irish voice played through his speaker now is not the time to be messing around. You still need to get showered and changed. You have that event celebrating the new mayor to go to. I hear that a certain Ms. S-"
"Cancel it, Friday. Have a physics test on monday and have been slipping lately, could use the time for more revision." He said cutting off what Friday was going to say next. It wasn't uncommon of her to look through the list of people going and trying to excite him for it by mentioning somebody she think he'd be excited to see. Usually if there was no one he has mentioned before she'd just chose a random name he'd know. It was a nice gesture and she encouraged going out, but it sometimes was odd when she brought up someone he barely knew.
"What are the odds of me getting higher then a B-?" he asked standing up and moving to his bathroom taking off his shirt and throwing it on a pile of laundry.
"Depending on how difficult Mrs. Willis made the paper I calculate a range of getting higher between 47.63% and 54.23%. The phantom voice said in her usually peppy manner.
"Is that both with the added time with the cancellation of the event today?" he asked. There was a long silence which Ned assumed meant she had forgotten to take that for account. He turned on the shower, turning the temperature down to , taking off his bottoms and stepping in. He enjoyed the cold water going over his body. It was a nice feeling even if some people found it strange to do, but it helped with lowering blood pressure and cooling down his body.
"Sorry about that. Yeah with that new added it falls more around 65.34% to 72.98%.
"What caused such a big difference?" he asked a bit confused knowing even that was too large a difference then what she normally gave afterwards after he changed plans. He was happy about it, but he was also really confused by it too. Of course he couldn't put his finger on it but Friday could never lie to him. She could try, but she always cracked. Maybe it was just a personality kink that she had. Ooorrrr it was her programming. He wasn't entirely sure how that worked.
"Oh that? Well seeing family history... how do I say this... I calculated you getting absolute smashed and being unable to study much in the morning and afternoon afterwards."
Ned just shrugged. It was a fair assumption to make seeing as the track record both his dad and Ginnie had. If it had anything that dopamine addiction being genetic or whatever it was that Friday told him about. It was a risk he had to look out for. "I mean... I see where you're coming from, but please next time leave out getting shitfaced from your calculations. Trying to avoid alcohol at the moment at least." He said turning off the shower and drying himself off.
