Olly had a serious issue that he needed to deal with. It was one that he needed to keep SHIELD out of for the time being. After taking some personal time he'd saved up he made his way to Gotham. Of course if he was going to do anything in Gotham he'd need the permission of the Bat. While he was fine doing things without permission, hell he did it almost on a daily basis, Batman was another matter. Not to mention SHIELD was likely already on thin ice thanks to Cap being in the city dealing with AIM. When he called to make an appointment with Thomas he figured that was likely what they'd be discussing. However, Olly had an even more serious issue, well serious to him. The wind was howling and the snow was coming down hard. He'd picked a terrible time to travel to Gotham but it also meant his problem would be here for sure.
Stepping into the lobby he brushed the snow from his pink mohawk and shook off what had clung to his black trench coat. Under to coat he was wearing black dress pants, a light blue dress shirt, black vest and black tie. Using the reflection of the lobby window he adjusted his tie before turning his attention to the receptionist.
"Mr. Wayne is expecting me."
He said before heading to the elevator. He ignored the security trying to make a move to take his weapons. As usual he had his cutlass on him as well as his modified colt revolver. He simply flashed his SHIELD badge and stepped into the elevator. Once the doors closed he pulled his journal out of his coat and began to flip through it.
"Huh, apparently Turkey hasn't invaded Italy yet. Man that was a crazy 2 weeks."
He said shaking his head. He continued to flip through, trying to get re-established in this time frame. Jumping around time and universes had a tendency to make things confusing. Keeping the journal did help balance him slightly, but mistakes did still occasionally come up. The doors opened with a 'ding' and he stepped out, smiling.

Thomas sighed as he stared out the large windows of his office that overlooked Gotham City. His day job never really was his favorite part any more but he knew that he needed to maintain things within Wayne Enterprises in order to make sure things ran smoothly and that things over at Batman Inc. ran just as smoothly. He turned to his desk for a moment and picked up a mug before turning to look back over the city. As he took a sip of coffee his assistant came in. "Uh Mr. Wayne, it seems there is a strange man headed up to see you... He says you're expecting him... I don't have anything on your docket, should I tell him to leave when he gets up here?"
Taking another sip of coffee, Thomas didn't bother to turn around. "Strange how?" He crossed his arms as he listened to her response. "From what the guards told me... Pink mohawk, black trench coat, and apparently he flashed a S.H.I.E.L.D. badge..." With that last bit of information Thomas downed the last of his coffee and sighed. "Shit... No Debby, don't tell him to leave... When he arrives send him straight in..."
With that Thomas finally turned around and set down his coffee mug. As he did so he tapped a few keys on the holo-keyboard on his desk and the windows began to tint before finally becoming solid black. "Oh and Debby, once he is in my office I will be locking it down... This is going to be a private meeting and I do not wish to be disturbed... So if anyone else decides to show up, they can kindly take a number and then show them the exit for me..."
With her new orders, Thomas's assistant left his office, the glass doors also turning pitch black. Sighing once more Thomas sat down in his large chair and waited. It seems a certain 'Time Lord' had come to pay him a visit and only Olly would know exactly what it would be about... All Thomas knew, was that he probably wasn't going to like it...

He placed the journal back in his coat and stepped out of the elevator. He noticed the emptiness and darkness, not really thinking twice. He gave a light whistle before simply opening the office doors. Olly had never been the kind to knock or ask permission. Hell if anything he did whatever he wanted solely because people like manners and permission.
"Mr.Wayne, a pleasure as always. Or it will be, something like that. I've met a handful of you's a handful of times. Try not to over think it, I don't."
He said with a sigh, sitting down in one of his chairs. His coat ended up wide open revealing his gun and sword that both hung on his hip. The sword was nothing much, just a basic Cutlass that he'd had reinforced on the edge. The pistol looked like nothing more than an old Navy Colt Revolver. of course it'd been upgraded to fire more accurately and safer for him not to mention for quicker reloads.
"Allow me to introduce myself. I am Olivier Madrox, SHIELD agent. Those who I like can call me Olly, perhaps you can be one of those."
He said before leaning forwards, clasping his hands in front of him.
"Alright, first off, I want to apologize for Captain America giving Batman a tough time about Robin and the whole AIM issue. Batman has issues being over protective at times and doesn't like taking orders, believe me."
He said with a laugh. He didn't really like Captain, but he respected him. Plus Coulson vouched for him so that was enough for Olly to at least trust him.
"However that's not really the reason I'm even here, as I'm sure you're aware. I'm here to warn Batman of an impending threat, me."

Thomas sat silently as Olivier entered his office. As the door shut behind him there was an audible 'click' as it locked. The two were alone and no one outside the office could see or hear any of the conversation. This was a logical precaution when it came to possible talks about Batman or Batman Inc. Thomas listened as the man introduced himself, though he already knew full well who he was due to the fact that he made it a point to know these things. Still, it seemed 'Olly' didn't know that Thomas was Batman and that was, for the moment, his advantage. "So to what do I owe the pleasure of a SHIELD visit Mr. Madrox..."
Without missing a beat Olivier began to explain the reason for his visit. First apologizing for Captain America and his attitude. "As head of Batman Inc, I know full well how Batman operates. I also know that his being 'over protective' as you said is due to this always being his city. When anyone, even a group such as SHIELD, comes in without even notifying him... Well he takes that as a personal offense. The way he saw it, SHIELD didn't even have enough respect to let him know that they were going to run an operation within Gotham nor did they inform him there was someone running around as Robin without his knowing."
Thomas leaned back in his chair after he'd finished his little rant but as he did so Olly revealed another reason for his coming, or as he put it, the real reason. With SHIELD and with Olly there was always a hidden agenda or reason... In this case the 'Time Lord' had come to warm Batman of a threat, and that threat was Olly. Thomas couldn't help but sit up a bit at that last part and as he did he leaned forward and placed his hands on his desk. "You? What do you mean you're the impending threat? Give me as much detail as you possibly can..."

He listened patiently to Thomas' rant. It was acceptable and he had a very good reason for giving said rant. People had come into his city and messed with his Batman. He understood the reason and sat there calmly listening. He absent mindedly brushed some more snow from his coat as he leaned back and listened.
"Well I can assure you that for one, SHIELD didn't know about Robin. Or at least the majority of us. The rest who did likely assumed you knew. We looked into it and Captain America had no previous ties to her. Plus the action was spur of the moment. He had a good lead and had to act quickly. Either way no offense was intended."
He said with a nod of the head. But later they came to the matter at hand. The real reason he was there. Primarily because there was a major threat and he didn't feel like dealing with it alone. He knew it'd be dangerous. Plus Batman was in danger, that was the primary reason for his presence.
"Alright, well not me in the strictest sense. It's an alternate version of me from another universe. Usually we don't go on hunting trips but he went too far. Either way in his universe Batman was responsible for the death of his wife. SO he of course killed that universe's Batman. He's now going universe to universe killing every Batman he can and anyone close to him, or in some cases her. He's in this universe now hunting this version of Batman. He's also likely to go after Batman Inc. He's made short work of about three or four Bat-people so far. Meaning he's highly trained. He likely uses similar weapons as I do. Cutlass sword, colt revolver, or has futuristic tech. Depends on the version really."

As Olly began his explanation about how it was him but not him, Thomas couldn't help but feel his left eye twitch. Everything about this would make any normal persons head spin but his father had run into multiverse theory instances before and had extensive notes on there possibly being more than what he and the original Justice League had encountered. He sighed lightly as Olly finally finished and slowly began tapping his fingers on his desk.
"So what you're telling me is that there is another version of you out there... Running around and jumping between universes and killing off not only the different versions of Batman, but also targeting alternate versions of Batman Incorporated... Which means not only is he in danger but any and all associated with him... Including myself..." Thomas was understandably irritated. He'd just been told that everyone he cared about would most likely become targets of this mad version of the Time Lord. He shook his head for a moment and finally stopped tapping, getting up and turning to look out the now tinted windows of his office. Olly was sloppy, if he had any sense he would have cut this off at the pass much earlier. However, as was with most cases, Batman would have to clean up another persons mess.
"Is there any way you could track this alternate you... Anything you could tell me that would allow Batman and Batman Incorporated to track him... Hell, is there any strange sense that you get that would lead you to him that we could use..." Thomas knew the odds of any of those questions being answered with a yes were slim. Hell, he didn't even really expect Olly to help track down and stop his double as, in some twisted way, it would be like turning him himself. Either way, he had to ask. "In any case... At least we know he's coming which means Batman will have time to plan and prepare..."

He sighed and stood up, beginning to pace. He was trying to figure out the ideal way to word the entire situation. He knew what he was about to say likely wouldn't end well. However at the same time he also knew that what he said head to be done. He needed to end this whole problem before it went any further.
"Not so much going after Batman Inc. More so if Batman Inc gets in their way. At the end his only target is Batman. Sadly I can't fault him for it. Revenge is something everyone seems familiar with, especially in this city."
He said shaking his head. He started to realize exactly where this was going. Thomas seemed to want Olly to ask him to ask Batman to take him out. That was extremely the wrong way. Of course Olly couldn't blame him, it seemed like an obvious route.
"Oh I can track him down in a heart beat. Stopping him gets tricky. The thing is this other me seems to strike quickly and without giving Batman time to properly prepare. But I'm not here to really ask you to get Batman to help stop him. If he shows, awesome. Just let Batman know I'm going hunting in his city. For his own good, steer clear of me, mainly because it might not actually be me."
He said with a smile before taking hold of the modified Colt he kept in his underarm holster. He nodded politely to Thomas and then stepped back into a purple portal, vanishing.
-----
He knew it was likely deemed rude to disappear like that, but damn it he loved the dramatic. Plus that was a solid exit, not his best but he liked it. Top 10 at least, well, depending on how you ranked it he supposed. But in the end he'd sent the best kind of warning he could to Batman and now it was hunting season. Olly was walking down the quiet night street. His pink mohawk was down, now as long pink hair. The hair was mostly hidden with a bandanna and the collar of his coat turned up. He could feel the comfortable weight of the cutlass on his hip. As he walked he whistled calmly, looking for any sign. Suddenly he felt that familiar tickling sensation in his chest. He followed that, knowing that the evil him wasn't too far.

Thomas sighed as Olly up and vanished. There wasn't much for him to go on but a heads up was more than enough for him to start. He felt his teeth clench and his jaw tighten as he stood and moved to leave his office. As he walked past his assistants desk he said only one thing. "Debby... Cancel everything for the rest of the day... I'm heading out of the office. I have business to take care of..."
The woman knew better than to ask so she simply did as she was told and began canceling all of the remaining meetings for the day. Thomas, on the other hand, would make his way to the Batcave and begin preparing himself for whatever may come his way... [Thread End]
