Depending on where Izzy is, she could be one of two people. Generally, in and around New York (or whenever she is off on business), she is 'Isabella Woodrue', known as a sort of contact for Max as well as his personal assistant. She's almost like his own 'Pepper Potts' so to speak. Isabella has a squeaky clean record that seems almost impossible. She's happy to seemingly keep it that way. As Izzy, she has to constantly cover up her ink and tends to wear a pair of glasses as an almost disguise. She tries to be a bit more reserved, though her aversion towards humans will always remain, however just buried under a guise of sorts. Acting is seemingly key in these situations. She doesn't want to taint Max's name.
Now, when she is in Gotham however, or doing something with her own little organization, R.O.S.E, she is known by a slightly different name. She even has identification as such: "Bella Donna". A name quite fitting for her. However, she also goes by Nightshade. She is free to be herself, the person she was meant to be. The guardian of the Green, the only child of Pamela Isley. Know one knows who her father is aside from the girl herself. This disconnect has helped quite a bit. She tends to let her skin be it's natural color here. As i said, she is herself and tends to keep herself to Robinson Park when not out causing trouble or having some fun. She is harsh, uncaring, and quick to lash out, even kill, if someone is persisitant in bothering her and deemed a threat in her head.
She is looking for all kinds of plots, from friends to enemies to even romance, though don't get your hopes up with that last one. She makes enemies quite easily, often due to a snarky and uncaring attitude. However she has a soft spot for younger people, giving them a better chance in her eyes. However, it would be nice for her to make some friends, no matter the alignment. It will probably be easier to make friends with her when she is being the perfect little assistant rather than when she is herself back in gotham.
Relationships
@maximus ~ Max is quite literally everything to her. He has been helping her for a few years now, give or take. She would do anything for him and part of her hates herself knowing that. He is probably the closest thing she has to a best friend.
Melody Talent - Issy is pretty much the only person who knows where Melody actually comes from and, for pretty much the past eight or so years, has veen keeping in touch with her. She cares deeply for the girl and all she wants is to see her become her own person, not just get trampled on by the Joker.
Josephine Lawler - Despite knowing very little about her, Izzy knows that she hates her. Everything she needs to know, she does. She's the joker and she seemingly has Mel twined arouns her fingers. And she hates that.
