My veins run cold with I C E (Nora's Plotter)

Saying that Nora is a cold-hearted woman wouldn't just be a pun, it would probably be factual. Once serious about her work and looking to make a name for herself in the field of science, she is now a devious third to a very cold trio who she has recently learned were her family. She was born to Leonard Snart and his favorite hooker, but left in an orphanage without his father's knowledge. From there, she had passed into the hands of Victor Fries, who took her in, made her think she was always his, and raised her up as the daughter he could never really truly have. She's cold as ice to the touch and was mutated in a similar fashion that the Killer Frost's of the past got their powers. Very much the bad guy, she's ready to pretty much leave an icy path behind her to ensure that she will, in some way, be recorded in the history books. Whether that be for good or bad reasons, she doesn't really care. She's a rather uncaring sort of person, thinking usually only of herself with a total disregard for human life. She doesn't care how many bodies she leaves behind, not really. Cunning and methodical, she can think things through when she wants to, though since her transformation, she's become something of a wildcard, unpredictable in her actions. In her everything. And, let us not forget, she is one who loves to abuse puns so tread lightly. Her puns can be painful to read at times.

While friends might be difficult, she is in need of some allies. She's pretty much all for anything that will financially benefit her. She's drawn to those who give off a lot of heat so fiery people beware, she might just suck the heat, and the life, right out of you. Enemies, I am sure, she will have plenty of. As she goes between quite a few places, she's pretty obvious about her actions and, well, when you really don't care what happens to people, someone is going to get hurt along the way. She could really do with an enemy or two. As for love interests go, it's unlikely, though not out of the question. If you have anything in mind, i'll throw you a bone and hear you out. Besides, i might help to heat up this cold-blooded ice princess.
