Powers:
Warhead Form:
Becca's powers are mainly accessible when she goes into a form that's similar, but ultimately different from her father's "flame on". It takes her time (a few seconds) to get into this form, and she has to be able to focus when she does, or it'll be interrupted. In Warhead mode, her body and hair catch fire and aren't burned, and most of her natural powers are greatly enhanced (getting stronger the longer she spends in Warhead mode). The fire isn't as hot as Johnny Storm's was, and she has less control of it in general, but it's still at temperatures in excess of nine hundred degrees Celsius.
Healing Factor:
Normally, Rebecca's healing factor is very minor. When not in Warhead mode, it's only noticeable on very small cuts and bruises, which will heal up over the course of a night, or on very major injuries, which will heal a little more quickly usually.
When Warhead mode is activated, her healing factor accelerates greatly. She's able to heal anything from minor cuts and bruises to large chunks of flesh and bone being taken off. Even after being in Warhead mode for a long time, however, it still has limits. She's usually not able to heal organ damage, and her healing factor still usually takes at least a minute to deal with serious injuries.
Super Strength:
In her normal form, Becca only has slightly increased strength. She's certainly far stronger than she has any right to be as an eighteen year old, even if she is one who is fairly at the top of her physical game. Normally, however, she's not on the level of most superpowered or enhanced individuals, just stronger than the normal human. She's able to lift around three hundred pounds if she really pushes herself.
In Warhead mode, her strength increases greatly. It starts off at around 150% of her usual strength and rapidly increases, topping out at about 500-600% of her typical strength if she pushes herself, maybe able to lift between eighteen hundred and two thousand pounds with exertion.
Durability and Stamina:
Typically, Becca is slightly more durable than a normal person and has a bit more stamina. It's not much, but she can take a few more hits and still get up than most people could. She can also exert herself more, but not to any serious degree. It's somewhat exacerbated and becomes more apparent when she's pumped up on adrenaline, but it's still not to the level of most superpowered or enhanced individuals.
In Warhead mode, both of these are enhanced. However, while her stamina is boosted to nearly infinite levels for the short amount of time she is in Warhead mode, her durability increases less than nearly all of her other powers. It still increases exponentially the more time she spends in Warhead mode, but slower than most of her other powers. She's hardly a slouch, but it's still possible to kick her around (assuming you can without getting burned).
Super Speed:
This is something that Becca all but lacks in her human form. She only has a minuscule speed boost that has little practical effect. She might be able to outrun a normal human to a small degree, going at perhaps eleven miles an hour if she pushes it.
In Warhead form, her speed and reflexes are increased at a roughly equal amount and rate that makes a noticeable difference to her ability to both run and act at a faster speed. It peaks at around 250% of her normal speed and reflexes, however, allowing her to flat out at 30 miles an hour if she guns it.
Heat Immunity:
Something that is fairly consistent between normal and Warhead forms is the fact that Becca is all but impervious to heat and to fire, with temperatures in the thousands failing to harm her.
Shockwave:
When Becca exits Warhead mode, it's accompanied by a shockwave of kinetic, light and sound energy that spreads out in three directions. How strong the shockwave is depends on how long Warhead has spent in Warhead mode. If she's only in it for a second, then the shockwave is practically unnoticeable, but it increases exponentially after that. After twenty seconds in shockwave mode, the explosion would be able to throw an average sized person into a wall hard enough to knock them out, and it only gets stronger after that.

Skills:
Driving: Growing up as the daughter of a famous superhero who was also a skilled racing driver, Becca was taught how to handle herself behind the wheel of pretty much any land-based vehicle from a young age. As such, she can drive with some degree of skill pretty much anything that travels by road if she has to.
Martial Arts: Although hardly a master, Becca was trained in karate and krav maga when she was growing up, learning to mix the two if she had to. She can usually be outfought by somebody with serious skill in a martial art, but she knows how to handle herself in a tough situation, and can improvise to defend herself if necessary.
Bargaining: Despite not really doing this by necessity, Becca developed a love of striking bargains with people when she was growing up. Although not something she feels the need to do every time, she will usually try and get herself a bargain if she can, or negotiate with somebody else to try and get things in her favour.
Sewing: Something Becca took up as more of a hobby, she's noticeably competent at sewing. While hardly able to put together entire items of clothing, she's able to repair most wear and tear in clothes, with or without a machine.
Physical Condition: She's not a top-class athlete, but Becca grew up with home gyms, personal trainers, free weights, sports classes, pretty much everything she needed in order to keep herself in shape growing up. As such, while not at her peak, she's no slouch in the physical department even without powers.

Weaknesses:
Collateral Damage: When the shockwave goes off, it hits everything around Becca in an increasingly wide radius, and she's unable to control whether it hits friend or foe. As such, she's unfortunately likely to hurt those on her side in a fight if they're too close, or to damage nearby structures.
Wear and Tear: Despite getting more powerful the longer she spends in Warhead mode, it also takes more out of her. Staying in Warhead mode, combined with the exertion of what she does in that state, and especially the Shockwave can leave her drained. After only a short time, she can find herself worn out upon returning to normal, and longer times can lead to her passing out, old injuries bothering her again, or at extremes, her falling into a coma.
Wardrobe Malfunction: While Becca's hair and skin is fairly impervious to fire and heat, the same protection isn't extended to her clothes. If she uses her powers while not wearing anything specially designed to hold up under intense heat, she usually doesn't have an outfit by the time she's done.
Warm-up Time: One of the biggest drawbacks to Becca's power is that it can often take her a long time to active Warhead mode. At best, it still takes her three or four seconds to be able to do it, and that relies on her being in a non-pressured environment in good conditions, and she has to maintain constant focus. In a more pressured environment or one with less optimal conditions, it can take her many more seconds as she still has to attain focus. If her focus is broken before she can activate Warhead mode, she fails to activate it.
Elemental Weaknesses: The cold in general negatively affects Becca. Cold weather usually leads her to become poor-tempered and cranky, and can affect her activating her powers. If she's in Warhead mode, a sufficient amount of water (far more than a bucket, for example), if it douses the flames, can force her out of it against her will, triggering her shockwave and her transition back to her normal state. Things like high winds and a low amount of oxygen in the area can also interfere with her activating Warhead mode.
Charity: Due to being somewhat spoiled earlier in life, Becca tries hard to avoid taking anything she can't justify to herself having earned in some way. However, she takes this too far, to the point where she's reluctant to accept help or things from people, even in situations that more than warrant it, and she avoids asking for help at nearly all costs. Despite this, however, she will still demand things if she views it necessary and can justify it to herself.

Personality:
Stubborn: When Becca makes a decision, she commits herself to it. If she has an opinion, she will defend it to her last breath. When she sets her mind to something, she will argue for it and isn't likely to let herself be swayed. One of the most noticeable things about her is how stubborn she is. She's argumentative when it comes to things she cares about, and she's not given to changing her mind. Ever.
Blunt: Becca doesn't see the point in saying things she doesn't mean. If she thinks something, she's likely to end up saying it, even if it's not complimentary, and she doesn't dress things up for people. She thinks that the best way to say something is as plainly as possible. She also tries to avoid sarcasm as much as she can, preferring to be straight with what she says. She will use it, however.

Proud: One thing Becca holds strongly is her pride. She doesn't forget insults easily, whether they be verbal or otherwise, and she tends to remember it for a long time if she's embarrassed. She also has a bit of a habit of seeking revenge for things like insults. Furthermore, she also tries to resist help when possible, insisting she can do things on her own.
Reserved: Not to the point she was after being rejected by the Teen Titans, but Becca is still overall a withdrawn person. She's not unsociable or unfriendly, but she tends to withhold telling people anything actually meaningful about herself, at least until she gets to know them.
Pessimistic: Despite her stubbornness, Becca tends be something of a pessimist when it comes to difficult situations. Despite her urge to never give up, she will often come to the conclusion that a situation is hopeless before she really should. It doesn't stop her fighting, but it does somewhat lessen her effectiveness as a teammate and ruins her mood.
Challenge Seeker: Becca has a habit of looking for things that she'll find difficult, so she can overcome them and prove she can do it. What she likes more than that, however, is placing bets on challenging things. It doesn't matter if the bet is anything consequential, but she enjoys the activity of gambling. Usually she prefers to gamble on skill-based activities, but she's not too picky.

History:
Rebecca was born in a rather privileged household as the child of Johnny Storm and Darla Deering, who were the superheroes Human Torch and Miss Thing respectively, although by the time Becca was born Darla had retired and gone back to her career as a pop star. Johnny, however, continued being a superhero well after Rebecca was born, and it became one of her favourite things about him.
Growing up, she was definitely spoiled, as only the kids of the rich and famous have the chance to be. She wanted for pretty much nothing throughout her childhood and much of her teenage years. It didn't matter whether she wanted a large TV in her room, to be taken out on a private track in an expensive supercar, or to be able to repaint her room on a whim, it was usually granted to her. When Johnny was home from his superhero work, he pretty much doted on her and she had him wrapped around her finger. Darla was somewhat better at reigning Becca in and managing some of her more outrageous whims, but Becca still often dug in her heels and argued.
When she was thirteen, her mutant powers developed. She was sparring with a krav maga coach when a punch suddenly hit a lot harder than she'd intended and caused him to double over and stagger away. When she'd gone over to help him, she'd felt something else, sort of like a new muscle she was suddenly able to move. When she experimented, she lit on fire suddenly, destroying her clothes, much of the ring they were training in and burning her coach. She was only on fire for a few seconds, but after that she streaked off, leaving the coach burned, and took a long shower, hoping the water would put it out if it happened again. Darla found her an hour later still curled up in the shower, terrified of what she'd done.
Her parents had her tested, and it revealed that she was a mutant, so in addition to her usual education, they also had a private tutor to teach her how to handle her powers. After their initial activation, she didn't seem to be at risk of using them accidentally, but she was still scared that something would happen and she'd hurt someone else again. Over time, however, this seemed like less of a risk, and she started to enjoy the benefits. Her parents had insisted that her mutant status be kept quiet lest somebody target her for it, so she could only use them in private, but she still made use of the enhanced strength, the speed, all of it. Still, she preferred not to go into Warhead mode when she could.
Another thing her parents expressly forbade her from doing was trying to become a superhero, despite how much she wanted to. It was a major source of arguments between them, something that rarely happened. Johnny had retired by this point, dropping out of superheroics to go back to racing cars and being a mechanic, and he didn't want his daughter getting involved in something so risky (not to mention exposing herself as a mutant).
Not used to being snubbed, Becca attempted to go against her parents' wishes. She got into contact with the Teen Titans to ask about possibly joining their team, seeing if they wanted another member. She'd met them through her dad, and thought they'd be her best chance. They rejected her, however, ostensibly because it would be going against what Johnny wanted. Becca hung back to hear what they said about her, however, and she heard more than one mutter that they didn't want as spoiled brat on their team.
For a while, Becca gave up on her chances of being a superhero. A couple of years passed, and she just carried on with life like normal. However, she started to get more reserved, more withdrawn. She started relying less on parents less, not asking them for things as much. She got a job and started to try and earn things herself. However, it got to the point where, determined not to be seen as a "spoiled brat", she started to resist any help she felt like she hadn't earned, even if it seemed like the best thing to do. When she was seventeen, she tried to ask the Titans again if they could join, but she was again rejected.
Rather than let herself be crushed this time, however, she came up with a different plan. She was a mutant, there were more options open to her than just the Teen Titans. The day after her eighteenth birthday, she left her parents a note in the dead of night, packed a bag, and ran away to the Jean Grey Academy, where she hoped to be able to get a chance to train and join the X-Men.

Sample RP:
"Good, stay on your toes," The call came from Becca's krav maga coach as the two squared off in the ring her parents had had installed. Becca was the only person who really used it. Her dad had gone a few rounds in it before, but it was mostly dedicated to Becca's martial arts. Becca didn't raise her gloves to her face, but kept on the balls of her feet as she waited for the instructor to make a move. He waited a few seconds, and then went for an easily blockable right hook, deliberately arcing it to give her more time to react. She instead swung a fist to catch him in the crook of his arm, throwing the punch off course, and then followed it up with real strikes to the ribs and wrist, and then simulated strikes to the throat and solar plexus. That, of course, left her open for a nut shot, so she aimed a simulated strike there as well.
Of course, in a real fight, she wouldn't use simulated blows. But as krav maga was a high-impact martial art that consisted of trying to disable your opponent quickly, it revolved around strikes you couldn't really do in a training environment without injuring somebody. As such, training was done while wearing padding, helmets and gloves, and any punch that could lay a person out had to be pulled. Sometimes that really bored Becca, but she knew not to push it.
"Very good," The instructor grunted after Becca's counter-assault, and Becca took a couple of seconds to relax. That was her mistake.
Another key element of her krav maga training was situational awareness, and Becca's lack of such led to her not noticing the punch her instructor aimed at her ribs. It wasn't a hard blow, but she still doubled over instinctively, which allowed him to aim again at her head. This one was even softer, and deadened by the helmet, but it still made her stumble.
"Hey!" She called angrily as she straightened up, but didn't move to tap out or leave the ring. She raised her gloved fists as he approached again, but without him giving her a chance, her counter to his punch came too late and too weak, and her fist merely tapped the crook of his arm as she was spun around by the blow to her shoulder. She tried to recover and aimed for his solar plexus, followed up by a knee to the groin, but even with the adrenaline now pumping through her, she was unable to connect and he turned out of the way, hitting her shoulder again.
Becca grunted as she dropped to one knee to try and punch upwards into his solar plexus, but the angle was wrong and she got the muscle of his abs instead. He stepped back, giving her a chance to recover, and she stepped into his space and prepared to swing, but she felt something else. Not something she could explain easily, but it was like that time she'd learned she could move her ears, and was suddenly aware of another whole muscle she had access to. Even though this wasn't the right time to be experimenting, Becca attempted to flex that muscle, really hoping she wasn't just going to end up moving her ears, and-
-and as she watched, flames erupted around her. She cried out in horror as she fell to the ground, expecting to feel agonising pain. She watched her instructor stumbling back, his clothes burning as he dropped to the ground. Becca looked down and saw her own clothes had been all but vaporised, but she couldn't feel anything. No heat, no pain. She couldn't feel her hair crisping. Her adrenaline-rushed mind tried to come up with an explanation for what had happened. It was like somebody had fired a flamethrower at her. But as she looked, taking advantage of not feeling pain, she saw that the fire seemed to be emitting from her. Perhaps it should have occurred to her sooner, but she'd only seen her dad's powers in action a few times, and she'd panicked. She was almost relieved to not be in danger, but then she looked at her instructor, who was on the floor and in a bad way, and she felt nothing but horror. The flames died down, and Becca sprinted away, going for the bathroom. As soon as she reached it, she flicked on the showerhead and sat under it, hugging her knees and shaking, terrified the flames would appear again.
