It all started as a game. Cosmic Entities wanting to create the ultimate show. So they merged the Marvel and DC universes to see who was best. But it didn't quite work out that way and they lived in peace. Until the kabal of Circe, Dormammu, Darkseid and Thanos teamed up. Heroes and villains alike came together to stop them. When they were done the kabal was defeated but over half of NYC was destroyed and the heroes and villains who opposed them were left maimed and/or insane from the war. The rest were simply dead, along with millions. Now the next generation is nearly forced to step up, trying to save the world.
Apocalypse has arrived with his Horsemen and army. Titan Tower, Jean Grey Academy, Central City, Keystone City and more have fallen. Thousands, if not Millions of humans have been killed by the Plague. Human/Mutant relations are at their lowest in 15 years. SHIELD has been crippled by all the attacks and heroes are falling. Help may be coming though! CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MODERATOR. PM JJ GRAYSON IF INTERESTED! ALL CREDIT FOR CODING AND SKIN WORK GOES TO CHUCK

Oh, we could be the stars, falling from the sky
This was it, this was going to be the one. Dahlia was finally gonna get somewhere out here. Yeah, it was probably a bad idea. Was she going to get grounded after this? Most definitely! Did she care? Okay, yeah, she did. She cared a whole lot more than she would like to admit, but darn it, she really wanted to see out there! She got to live out in space, got to grow up here, grow up around people who were so different from the ones she would have been raised around had she been given the chance to grow up on earth. And yet, even with all of that in mind, knowing that she had been given this opportunity to see the nexus' of space, all she wanted to do was see where she'd come from. She wanted to go home, wanted to get a good sense of it outside of the photographs and what little bit of memory she had of it. The only issue was getting through from Knowhere. She knew how to use the system somewhat, but not well enough to get her from where she was to where she wanted to go. Getting outside of the giant skull was about as close as she's ever really gotten. She also didn't want it to be traceable, didn't want to set anyone off on high alert, so she knew she was going to have to find another way. At the moment, that other way seemed like flying around outside and seeing how far she could get.
There was apart of her that wished that A'jax was still around. That humanoid robot was such a fun person to hang with, gave her at least someone to talk to that wasn't her family, a friend she could really spend all day with and never feel bored. But he'd been gone for, gosh, she didn't even know how long and searching around Knowhere had to end at some point, right? Exactly. So, without him to have go with her, she was on her own. Maybe, by some sheer luck, she'd find something exciting out here, some sort of clue as to which way she would need to head before going home and maybe, just maybe, she'd be able to do so without her parents even noticing. Wouldn't that be amazing? Her only real worry was getting caught far too soon.
Actually, that probably wasn't so much a worry as it was something she understood would most definitely be an issue. The last time she came out here unsupervised, she had gotten maybe a hundred or so feet before literal disaster had struck. But maybe this time would be different! She'd be able to get a bit farther away! That was the hope at least. With a smile on her lips, and a heart full of hope, the magical girl flew away from Knowhere and started on her adventure out into space. She wasn't sure just how fast she was flying, but as she looked over her shoulder, she noticed that Knowhere was slowly shrinking more and more into the distance until it was no more than a speck in her vision. Her smile grew more into a grin as she turned her attention forward again only to have the expression completely fall from her face. She was just feet away from a ship coming towards her. Quickly, she veered up, her leg just barely clipping the top. The softest sigh of relief escaped her as she looked down. The ship was starting to stop, what sort of ship it was, she hadn't a clue, but it'd seen her and she could only imagine what sort of lovely people might be inside. There was a bit of a sheepish look in her eyes as she stared down at it. "This can't be good..."

Charlie was flying in a Nova Corps transport shuttle. He'd been on a fact finding mission for the last few weeks, followed by a visit home to NuXandar. After a home cooked meal with his family, he'd borrowed a shuttle from the Pride of Xandar's hangar bay and was heading home. Charlie loved that ship, so he visited it any chance he got. The old Xandarian cruiser was one of the few ships that had survived the fall of the Nova Corps.
These days, with the settlement of NuXandar and the shipyards orbiting it churning out new vessels, there was talk of decommissioning the old girl and scrapping her. It made Charlie sad to think that a vessel with such history would be broken down. He came out of his fuzzy thoughts, when he saw that he'd almost hit something in space. Jamming on the thrusters, A quick review of the sensors determined it was actually someone. Someone who wasn't supposed to be out in space alone.
Charlie tapped the console and switched the ship to station keeping mode. It would remain stationary until he came back on board. He grabbed his helmet and slipped it on, sealing it, while cycling the inner airlock hatch. A moment later, the outer airlock whooshed open. Charlie floated out of the ship with his arms crossed.
"Dahlia Andrews... I can't help, but notice that you're not allowed off Knowhere without supervision. I also can't help but notice that you're off Knowhere, without supervision." There was more a hint of amusement in Charlie's voice than annoyance. He knew the girl couldn't be expected to be cooped up forever. He remembered being her age and stealing Rocket's shuttle just to get away for a little bit. That was before he could fly in space though.
Then a crazy idea struck him. She needed an adult. He was an adult. "C'mon. I've got a spaceship. Let's go do a little patrol for a couple hours. We can be back by dinner and I'll say that I borrowed you for training or a second opinion or something. I'd rather have you with me than trying to sneak out all the time." He gestured towards the airlock with a thumb.
