Dean, or Tony, has two siblings. An old brother and younger sister. They are different from him, likely more into heroics than he was. Dean was the typical middle child, somewhat lost in the shuffle.
Name: (Clint/Wade/Clark) Rogers (Negotiable)
Codename: USAgent/Captain Liberty/Mr.America(Negotiable)
Age: 26
Alignment: Hero
Affiliation: SHIELD/Justice League
Pic:
PB: Clayton Johnson (negotiable)
Powers: Dad's peak everything. Other powers also possible as his little brother is a mutant.
The older brother is a lot like his father. He's alsways been a hero and up for doing the right thing even if no one else stands by him. He joined the Titans right away as soon as he was old enough. He'd always been the protector of the family, looking out for his younger siblings. He has the typical 'jock persona'. Big, muscular, popular and things just seem to come easier to him. Despite not being an actual mentor he usually stops by the Titans to help train them. However unlike his father he has issues as a leader. He second guesses himself and won't make the tough decisions. WHile his input is useful people usually looked to his younger siblings for guidance. They seem to understand the world more. It can almost appear as though he were sheltered, with things being so easy for him.

Name: (Margaret/Peggy/Natalie) Rogers
Codename: White Widow (Negotiable)
Age: 20
Alignment: Neutral
Affiliation: SHIELD
Pic:
PB: Emily Van Camp
Powers: Father's peak everything. Likely more espionage skills as well. Not to mention a power that potentially helps her be a spy. Shape shifting, illusions, mind control.
She works hard to prove she's not the cute little sister of the Rogers clan. She always looked up to her mom and potential name sake Natasha Romanoff. She was always up for heroics she is also interested in being a spy. This is where she differs from her oldest brother. She's more of an 'End justify the means' type of person. She signed up for SHIELD at 18 and passed every test thrown at her. While she was a former Titan she felt it didn't quite mesh with her. SHe learned a lot but felt they were too...noble to do any real good.
Note everything is negotiable these are merely suggestions and how they seemed to appear in my head.
