It was close to midnight, or after midnight maybe. Well either way it was around midnight, Olly was nearly certain of that. He was out tonight on a hunting trip, as he called it. A rogue version of him was in this universe hunting down the entire Bat family. Olly wasn't about to let that happen. Namely because the courts would have issues buying a duplicate from an alternate universe. Sure SHIELD would likely accept it, but that would only go so far. He also knew there was a decent chance Batman was on his trail. Of course Olly really didn't care. Mainly because it would draw his duplicate out and that would make things even easier. Geez, how did his dad handle always hunting down his rogue Madri? He was dressed slightly different tonight. His pink mohawk replaced with long brown hair, he had on his usual black trench coat however. Underneath it though he had on black dress pants, black vest and tie with a grey dress shirt. Perhaps he was trying to channel his inner Batman or perhaps he was going more for stealth. He wasn't entirely sure actually. He just liked the color scheme and it fit on the streets of Gotham.
Olly had a sort of supernatural tether to his counter parts. While not as strong as the one he shared with his sister it was still very much noticeable. He knew the other Olly was stationary however, which made it slightly easier. He drew his colt and focused on their tether, now quickly moving through the silent streets. He ran and jumped onto a ladder, climbing to the top of a building where he knew the duplicate was. As soon as he got to the top though he noticed the barrel of a gun was now pressed against his forehead.
"Clever."
He quickly teleported away and drew his sword. The two men began to fight with their swords. Each man was trying to get a decent shot with his gun but the other kept batting it away. Of course each man seemed to have the same kind of training so therefore they were pretty evenly matched. He used his bionic hand to catch the other's blade before spinning around and slicing the back of the evil one's thighs. He then placed the barrel of the gun to the back of his head as he dropped to his knees.
"Sorry. WHile you are extremely handsome I can't allow you to go universe to universe killing Bats."

Knowing, to an extent, what Olly's powers were helped him in keeping tabs on where this man, this 'Time Lord' was going when searching for the double. While he was doing his own recon he had Herald keeping tabs on the city looking for anything odd and when it finally popped up the comms in Thomas' cowl cracked to life. "Bats, looks like we have some activity on a rooftop not far from you... That strange energy you had me looking for just spiked that way. Might wanna go have yourself a look..."
With that Thomas dropped from the gargoyle he'd been perched on and grappling hooked his way towards the location. As he came upon it he saw the two men fighting and he knew this could get difficult quite quickly. removing a homing Batarang from his belt, locked it onto the gun, and let it fly. It would aim to knock the gun from the one Olly's hand as he would drop in, cape wrapped around him. "Now, I can't let you do that... Whichever one you are..." Thomas knew things could go sideways quickly but he needed both alive...

Olly didn't like the fact he had to kill a version of himself, but it had to be done. Namely since he would just keep coming. He pulled the hammer back and prepared to fire, only to have the batarang knock the gun from his hand. Olly looked up at the caped vigilante and clenched his fist.
"You idiot! I'm doing this to he-"
He didn't get to finish as the injured Olly spun around and slice the other Olly across the stomach. He dropped, clutching his stomach as the injured Olly rolled forward and popped up, as best he could. He held his cutlass in one hand and gun in the other. He pointed the gun at Batman and smirked.
'I should thank you Bats. Well I would, but I'd much rather kill you. The whole lot of you need to pay for what you did to me. What you did to my family. I've been studying you for centuries Batman. I've killed so many versions of you I've nearly lost count. Some begged, some fought, others didn't even know what was coming. But they all had one thing in common, they died.'
He knew Batman had body armor. But he also knew most of them had plates. Not to mention most also had one fatal flaw, the eyes. The eyes weren't protected. He took aim at Batman's right eye and fired.

Well that answered the main question that he was still in the process of asking himself... The injured one, was in fact, the one who wanted him dead. That made things easier for him to deal with and as such he knew the other one would be on his side as well, at least that was his hope. However, he wasn't going to place any money on that bit due to the way he'd just come in. "Whether or not you were trying to help is a moot point... You know how I do things and killing people isn't it... He needs to be dealt with the right way..."
With that Batman turned his attention to the other Olly and from that point forward his attention would be locked onto his new enemy. As the evil Olly moved to aim Thomas allowed his mind to run through the calculations and in a few seconds he noted that this foe meant business. He'd done his homework with all the other worlds and knew that the cowls eyes were unarmored. However, in all the other fights there was one thing Thomas had over them... He knew who was coming... In the time it took the main Olly to find his evil twin, Thomas had been looking through and any all records he could find of the man. Anything that could lend him some knowledge as to how he fought. He had a hunch that this evil Olly would have the same type of fighting style and he did his best in the short time he had to study that style.
When the gun fired it would find only empty air as Thomas had already started moving. He didn't know if that would throw the man off but he also didn't know how well the other Batmen knew how to fight, how intelligent they were or if they were even as young as he was, or as old in the grand scheme of things... Still none of that mattered at the moment and he knew he had to stay focused. As he moved, his mind spun up and in a split second he began forming a plan. He popped a smoke bomb from his belt and tossed it down at his feet. As the smoke rose Thomas wrapped his cape around himself and activated his active camouflage. As the smoke would clear the evil Olly would find that Batman had vanished. Beyond that, the sound dampeners within his suit would make tracking him by sound impossible.
Now he knew the next part of his plan would possibly anger the other Olly but he hoped it would end the fight before it went on to long. Thomas slipped his re-breather into his mouth, took a small container from his belt. He slowly moved around behind the evil Olly and paused a moment. A moment after his pause he would throw the small container at the feet of the evil Olly. As it hit the ground a nerve toxin would be released into the air and, if inhaled, would cause anyone effected to slowly loose control of their bodies and eventually become paralyzed for a short time.

"You are such a fool Batman. You have no idea what you're getting into here."
Olly said shaking his head. This wasn't some typical angry villain or even angry society wanting him dead. This was a man who could move back and forth in time and to other universes. There were countless things that had to be taken into account before one just tried to fight. But instead Batman was fighting him like he was some regular villain he always faced. On the one hand Olly found that very insulting. On the other hand though, it may not help him. His usual tricks might be wasted on him. Olly didn't feel like having to explain to SHIELD Batman was dead or having to hunt this guy any further than he already had. It was already exhausting and on top of that, really annoying.
As Evil Olly fired the bullet sailed through open air and likely impacted in a building near by. He ignored the groaning and likely bleeding out good Olly and looked around. As the smoke filled the air evil Olly sighed.
"Really? Always with the stupid smoke. The active camouflage is cute though. Only a couple tried that. Of course most never had the chance. Oh, I never killed any of them in their sleep or by surprise. No, I always make it a fair fight. You know, for funsies."
He said with a laugh. As the canister exploded at his feet Olly began to scoot away, not wanting to be near whatever was in that canister. Evil Olly simply looked around and laughed.
'Nerve gas if I'm correct. Exposing your ally to it as well? You really are all cut throat. But there's a small issue. You see, the atmosphere where I come from is terribly polluted, thanks to Wayne Industries. Plus not every being has the same physiology. You really should've planned something with Olly here. But now he's gonna be paralyzed...maybe even die. Won't be able to hold pressure on the wound. Fun.'
He said before coughing slightly. Perhaps he was wrong and it was effecting him. While not in the desired way Batman might've wanted it to happen, it was happening.
'Always the coward Batman, always the coward.
He said, trying to wave the invisible gas away. Olly meanwhile had reached the edge of the roof and could feel the gas taking effect. His muscles, aside from his bionic arm, were getting stiff. But Evil Olly was distracted. This was what he needed. He raised his gun and fired, aiming right between Evil Olly's eyes. He may be about to be paralyzed, but he was ending this.

Thomas felt himself caught between a rock and a hard place with only a split second to make a choice. He either stopped the evil twin from being shot and let the good Olly fall, or he kept Olly from falling which meant the evil twin would most likely get a bullet between the eyes. He felt for his belt and hoped that maybe he had something that would help him do both but then he remembered what both Olly's could do. Their abilities would make capture difficult. Even if the nerve gas took effect he had no where to put him that would be able to hold the 'Time Lord'. He gritted his teeth but he knew the choice he had to make and lunged for the good twin, grabbing his arm before he fell backwards and helping him down to the ground slowly.
As the active camo shimmered and deactivated, Thomas pulled what looked like an epi-pen from his belt and stuck Olly in the arm. "That's an antidote for the toxin... It should only take a moment to work." He sighed as he stood and turned to look towards the evil twin. He had a feeling he knew what he'd find but there was still a part of him that hoped it wasn't the case...

Olly's muscles were stiffening. He could either hold onto his wounds or use what strength and movement he had to eliminate this threat to all Batmen everywhere. He raised his hand and fired, the kick back ringing through his stiff muscles and sending him falling back. He felt, or kinda felt, Thomas' hand on his bionic arm as he was saved from falling back. He was fairly certain he would've survived somehow. Since he could've made a portal half way down and ended up pretty much anywhere else. He felt the needle jab into his arm and sighed lightly. He knew eventually he'd begin feeling the feeling and sensation come back to his limbs.
He looked down at the gun that he'd dropped after firing. He looked from the gun across the rooftop to where the other Olly lay dead, blood pooling around him. Evil Olly had begun losing consciousness and feeling long enough for Olly to take advantage. It wasn't how he'd intended the fight to go, but it would do.
"So is this where you try and arrest me Bats?"
He asked with a light smirk. As he sat there he reached into his coat and grabbed a cigarette, lighting it. He knew Batman would likely try and arrest him, which would be humorous charge. He'd simply use his SHIELD badge and get out of it. Not the first time he'd been found with a dead body and arrested. He was just glad it was in a time when being a SHIELD agent was useful. It hadn't done much to thwart the ancient Samurai from throwing him in a dungeon or something else.
"Because if you're gonna arrest me let's get it over with so I can get home at a descent hour."

Thomas sighed as he looked Olivier over for a moment. Feeling confident that the anti-toxin was well on its way to working he took a few steps away from the man and looked out over Gotham city. The part of the city they were in, he knew the gun fire would go unreported. He also knew who the man was, oh yes, by this time he'd had plenty of time to do his homework and he knew as much as he could about Olivier Madrox. He took one more moment to look over his city and finally turned to look at Olly.
"We both know SHIELD wouldn't allow you to spend more than the time it would take to make the phone call in a cell... We both also know that even if you didn't have that badge tucked away, you abilities would allow you to make your escape without so much as a struggle..."
He shook his head and sighed lightly as he crossed his hands over his chest. "I'd tell you that the other body stays with me but I highly doubt you'd let that happen so I'm simply going to say this... SHIELD or not, you take your doppleganger, you leave Gotham, and I never see you here again unless I ask you to come here..." With that he walked to the edge of the rooftop, pulled out his grappling hook, and after firing it disappeared into the night. However, he didn't go far. He simply went to another, higher roof and continued to watch and wait to see what Olly would do.

He had a point. Sure he could TRY and be a good boy and simply let the system do its job. But even then SHIELD would release him before they'd even finished filling out paperwork, let alone printing it off. As soon as they got word a SHIELD agent was arrested they'd move. Plus he was right, he could simply teleport away and forget everything. It wouldn't be an issue. He listened to Batman's order and simply watched him swing away.
"That was so awesome....."
He said in awe as he watched him disappear into the night.
"I really need to work on my exits. I mean sure my entrances are awesome, but still, I got nothing on a Bat."
He said with a laugh. He simply sat there and smoked his cigarette relaxing. He was also waiting for the toxin to leave his system. He sat there looking at the evil version of him and sighed lightly. He'd killed so many, likely as many as Olly himself had. However he then began targeting Bats for his own reasons. But losing love could force anyone to do a terrible thing. He finally stood up and sighed, flicking his cigarette away from him. He grabbed the body by the wrist and looked into the direction Batman had gone.
"Ya know Bats, telling a time traveler not to do something has flaws. Primarily because I'm certain that I've come here in the future from the past...which does explain a lot now. Oh well, probably see ya down the road."
He said nodding his head before opening up a portal and dragging the dead Olly into it.
