Stay true to your H E A R T (Dahl's Plotter)

The youngest member of the Andrews clan, Dahlia is a very special girl. How you may ask? Well, she is one of the rare few who was born imbued with the power of the mystical Starheart. She's like a physical embodiment of it and has all the powers that the ring bestow without needing the ring itself. She may be young, but she has had her powers all her life, leaving her with plenty of experience with them. She's an extraordinarily innocent girl who seems to see the good in every one. While she may come off as naive at times, she is incredibly intelligent, something that comes from her father no doubt. With a genius level iq, her intelligence, as well as her looks make her tend to seem older than she actually is. She's sweet to her core and loves meeting new people. If she deems you a friend, it's likely you'll get bombarded with camera flashes so she can add you to her scrapbook. She is compassionate by nature, especially towards misfits and injured animals. While she doesn't always seem to be a thirteen year old girl, it should be noted that she is still very much a child and she loves to play games still, especially things like tag or hide and seek. She's hyper as a puppy when she's not trying to focus. 

Dahlia could use them all, though friends will likely be the easiest. She has a hard time seeing anyone as an enemy due to a belief that there is no such thing as inherent evil. Every bad guy has a good side, after all, it's just hidden deep deep down and she'd be happy to help release it. She's super friendly with almost everyone she meets to so, likelihood is that if she ever makes an enemy, it'd probably end up being one sided. Meaning it'd be the other person seeing her as an enemy rather than the other way around. Considering her young age, romance is likely out of the question, though I suppose I'm always open to plots.

Wyatt Andrews - "He's my older brother, obviously. Super smart, like all of us, though he seems to do a lot of stupid things. Can't help but worry about him."

Jamie Andrews - "My older sister, duh. I wish I could be a hero like her. Maybe if I prove myself, she'll put in a good word so I can be apart of the Guardians someday!"

Charlie Rider - "I am going to convince him someday that I will make a great sidekick. Every awesome hero needs one, right? And it's not like I'm useless! I got all these cool powers, they'd be so helpful for him. He's dating my sister, I guess that's also important. And there was something else... Oh right! He's how I get to talk to Worldmind! I love talking to Worldmind. That AI is always so pleasant."

Lucinda Anders - "I know I've seen her before but I don't really know much about her. Outside of the fact that she's really into Wyatt. And I think Wyatt's really into her. Hopefully they won't be so oblivious to their feelings for each other like Charlie and Jamie had been. Then again, you can already see that they're pretty open about how they feel."

@glider - Dunno yet, but they will defo know each other. Might be another person to add to her list of protectors, might be a puppy crush, who knows? But it'll be something so might as well add him now, right? xD Not to mention, being that he is someone who follows around the Guardians of the Galaxy and she is someone who sneaks off to follow them on occasion they are bound to meet at some point.
