"I'll let you know if it ever happens. We'll get a plaque made up for the occasion."
A datapad landed in Charlie's hands and he spent some time thumbing through it and looking at the information. He noted the players around him and watched Jamie try to diffuse the situation with the Princess and the two random thugs. Charlie knew that as long as Jamie was talking, he had time to look the pad over and see what was going on. Pete had sent them on a mission. That was pretty typical lately. He knew this trip sounded too good to be true when they'd been sent on it, but Charlie decided not to voice his opinions for fear of sounding paranoid. He figured there had to be at least one time where it didn't turn out like that. Maybe next time.
Charlie was only half listening to the exchange between the siblings. It was a pretty common occurrence at this point. He gave the two thugs a look over and saw they were both packing. Probably disruptors or pulse pistols of some kind. He saw one reach towards the inside of his jacket and reached out, grabbing the alien's wrist, before shaking his head without turning away from the datapad. "That's a class-4 felony to discharge that inside a place like this. In interstellar space, you could just be thrown out an airlock. Not to mention how many laws it would violate just possessing it without a permit. Which I'm sure you have, of course." He gave a little Nova force enhanced squeeze to show he meant business.
"We'll be taking him off your hands now. I also hope that you're some kind of security officer, because otherwise this would just be awkward if I was holding hands with a criminal. People would talk." He passed the data pad over Wyatt, wanting to see what his conclusion was and if it matched up with Charlie's own thought processes. Then, Charlie released the thug's arm and gave a nod and two fingered salute to the princess.
(OOC: Sorry guys. I didn't realize I was up. Whoops)
