You're as cold as ice and you never take advice Eleanora's usually brown eyes seemed to have a blue gleam to them as she smirked. She had a brown sack over her shoulder as a thin layer of ice slowly started to spread down over her body, clothes, and hair, the same frosty tint covering her entire body, even the bag. She stood outside of the bank for just a moment, looking from one side to the either. People weren't really seeming to pay her much attention. Stupid Little Gothamites. They'd always been slow, though, she knew that. She'd always known that. It was pretty much lesson number one that good old Doctor Fries had taught her when she was younger. Most of them had a 'if it doesn't effect me, i don't really care what happens' policy. That was how they'd always worked. And oh how she loved it! With a smooth sort of confidence, she strutted right into the bank, whistling the 'Snow Miser' song. You all know how it goes, don't you? 'I am miss white chrismas. I am miss snow. I am miss icicle. I am miss ten below,' she thought along to her own whistling, changing the lyrics ever so slightly in order to make them fit her. They were perfect, weren't they? The lyrics? The song. Oh so beautiful. There were people inside, everywhere, not a single one even paying her a smidgen of attention. Good. That meant this was going to be so much easier than it was already going to be. Taking the bag off of her shoulder, she spun it in the air and looked over towards the doors. Her other hand came up and made a slow sweeping gesture, watching as ice started to grow nicely over the doors. Thin at first though, as it spread, grew thicker and thicker in order to keep it from being opened. She'd already done the same outside to the other exits. Sure, the ice might start to melt away slowly, but by then, she'd be done with it all and on her way. People still hadn't quite noticed, too lost in their own worlds as they talked to the teller. Good. Time for the show. "Everybody... FREEZE!" Nora shouted, one hand going out and making ice spread along the ground so that it could cover the feet of the men and woman inside of the bank. There was a twisted little smile on her lips as she started to chuckle. "Get it?" she laughed. "I'm so clever. Now, if I were all of you, I'd stay where you are because, well, anything goes wrong, I can assure you all, people will be missing you. Just not me."444 | @open | so punny, i know it hurts. |

Owen stood in line at the bank. He'd been staking this location out for a week now, making sure that everything was in place to rob it. He was wearing a nondescript baseball cap and a pair of sunglasses along with a button up over his normal armor. The plan was perfect. He would be in and out with a few grand and all would be fine. The hitch was that some crazy b*itch with ice powers just walked in the door and froze everything while whistling a song from a Christmas special.
With his feet frozen to the ground, he looked around and slipped his domino mask on, swapping out his sunglasses and then bent down to make it look like he was adjusting his shoe. He promptly dissolved the ice and slipped his feet free. He threw off the cap and the shirt, revealing his Red Hood costume. He clapped as he walked towards her.
"Personally, I always preferred Mr. Heatmiser. But maybe that's just me." He looked around at all the frozen people and sighed. "Congratulations. You just crashed my score. A week of planning down the drain and you've probably drawn the attention of the Bats. Last I checked I was here first. So before you freeze me out, I'd like to offer you a choice. Either cut me in, or walk out. But keep in mind, I tend to run a little hot, so I might take things personally."

It was always interesting being home for Dinah. She loved Gotham, she really did, and it would always be her hometown, but there was just something about it that made her grumpy. She had based her record label there out of nostalgia partially. But really it was so she could give the local economy a shot in the arm. And of course Gotham was doing well, but there was that ever present criminal element that would just not go away, even with an entire family of Bats to take them on. They were an invasive disease. Sitting at her desk, going over some newly aquired talent contracts, she was bored. Bored, bored, bored. She hated paperwork. But her normal person was on vacation, and she really wanted to know what was going on in her company. Tapping the pen on the desktop in a staccato beat, she read a sentence three times before letting out a frustrated groan and dropping her head to the desk. That's when her cellphone buzzed, an alert from a bank not too far from there. Dinah put the pen down and headed over to her "closet". She hit an intercom as she started to change into her costume. "Rita! I'm taking the back stairs out for lunch, ok? I'll be back in like an hour." "OK, Ms. Greyson. I'll hold your calls." "Thanks! You're a peach." Dinah finished zipping up her boots and opened the back of the closet to a stairwell that lead to the roof, taking them two at a time before practically kicking the roof access door open. Fresh air was amazing. Ok, let's be real, the air's not exactly fresh in Gotham, but it was better than staying inside. Nightwing took a running leap off the building and fired her grapnel from her gauntlet, swinging her way down to the bank. Within moments she was on top of the roof of the building across the street trying to scope out what she was dealing with. She frowned, noting the ice on all the doors. She blinked and her lenses switched over to x-ray to see how many people were in there. There were only two people actually walking around. And one of them had to have a freeze gun or ice powers of some kind. Fantastic. Quickly she looked over the building for a way in and only noticed one. "Ah f*ck..." she muttered before firing off her grapnel again and swinging for one of the large windows above the door. NIghtwing hated going through windows, they were always such a pain. She pulled a few batarangs from her belt and tossed them at the window just before impact, causing the glass to shatter into a million tiny harmless pieces. She landed in a crouch behind a few people and quickly stood up to assess the situation. There were two, one woman, and one man, no cold gun. Joy. Everyone else's feet were stuck to the floor. And while this would be a perfect time for a one liner, Nightwing felt more like action spoke louder. She wasn't her father after all. She started to hum quietly, subtly suggesting the innoocent people should duck as she threw a few smoke bombs followed by a few more batarangs at the two who were left standing so they'd be lost in the smoke while she switched to infrared and started to whislte now, trying to focus on just those two. Face each other, she thought. Now punch each other and let's see where the day takes us. She hoped they were easy targets, that she could control them with some effort. Then she could be back before her lunch hour was up.

You're as cold as ice and you never take advice Nora smirked as everyone seemed to stay in their places. Everyone but one, that was. She was pretty ready to just turn him into an example when she actually got a good look at his... costume? Oh, he had a costume, that was so adorable. Sure, she could invest in one of those someday, it'd probably be a good idea, but she didn't really care for one. A small mask over the eyes seemed to work just fine, or that's what everyone else in the world would have you believe when you saw what constituted as hiding your identity. How those little dynamo masks even worked the way they did had always confounded her. But oh well, this wasn't the time for such things. She could tell who he was without needing much of an introduction from the costume alone. That was probably the only real perk she could think of to having a costume. The notoriety. She had to stop herself from giving a small bow to him at the applause. What could she say? She liked to have some bit of showmanship! Her fingertips were frosted over, and she was ready at any moment to use them if she had to, though his words had a small bit of appeal to her. She kept that devious little smirk on her lips as she looked him over. "Ooooh, did I ice your little plans? My bad, didn't realize there was a schedule up for who was hitting what this week," she chided, thinking over his offer as she took a couple of steps towards him. Now, she wasn't planning on sharing any cut, but if he was being serious, she knew how much easier it was to pull something off with a partner or two. It was a lesson she learned from her older brother. Then again, that was also the same man who tried to lecture her on morals and on the taking of people's lives. SO, really, what did he actually know? Still, they could each take what they wanted and get out of here easier with each other working together than with them fighting. Before she got the chance to properly answer him, she hear something, like the shattering of glass that caught her attention. Her eyes quickly turned away from the man. "See, this is why you don't mention 'Bats'. I bet you just jinxed us," she mused, though she'd be lying if she said she wasn't absolutely ecstatic about this. Her and Leandra had spoken to great extent about catching the eyes of a Bat, any Bat, really. Hell, they even had a plan to throw the big Bat a party with invitations and everything! But that was something set long down the road. This, however, this was just a pleasant little surprise. Just as she thought she spotted the heist jumper, ready to focus some of that thermoenergetic cold energy towards them, a smoke bomb rolled over to her feet and went off. A hand instinctively went up to her mouth, the other trying to wave the smoke away. Whistling started to fill her ears, a tune ever so familiar to her. She'd listened to it often when she was just some meek little scientist. It'd been easy for her to work to, honestly. But that was besides the point. What bothered her was the sudden urges filling the back of her head, ones she was sure weren't her own. Still, she listened to them, slowly turning to face the Red Hood. "You help me with the Bat issue, i'll happily split the take with you," she said with a grin. Her fingers curled into fists as ice formed around them. "Also, duck." Without much thought of her own, she went to swing at him. She knew for sure that she wasn't the one wanting to do it, but the urge was so strong in her body. Didn't mean she couldn't warn him first. 661 | Owen Merlowe, Dinah Grayson | I really hope this is alright xD Her muse wasn't working with me at first, but i wanted to get her posted in here for you two |

This was not Owen's day. He stared blankly at the ice queen. "You're kidding me with those puns, right? They're so bad they make me wince and that says something." He stared at her for a moment, quietly assessing her. He knew she had cryokinesis by this point. It was rather obvious from the layer of ice on everything. This frosty b*tch was going to be a definite issue if she didn't split the take. Even then it was questionable.
"Well, clearly, if you'd checked the schedule, you would have seen this was my day. Look, 50/50 work or do you want 60/40? You clearly have powers and frankly at this point, I'd cut you in for more since you can get us a bigger score, by cracking the vault."
When the window shattered, and Nightwing flew in and landed, Owen took a look at Nora. "Right. It was me that jinxed us. It wasn't the f*cking glacier that you used on the door or any of the other subtlety you used here. Must have been me speaking at a normal volume." As the smoke filled the room, he reached up and tapped his domino mask, switching it to infrared vision. Smoke would be the first thing, then she'd probably throw... Yep. There they were. He could see the spinning disks that were her batarangs. Red Hood managed to dodge a couple, but one grazed his scalp and caused him to start bleeding. He could feel the warm, sticky blood tricking. That was annoying.
"Sold." And then he saw a much cooler fist fly towards him and the word duck came out. Owen raised his arm to block the blow, but he only managed to diffuse it as the ice on her hand shattered over his shoulder. The man winced, and his concentration lapsed. His right hand balled up in a fist and he brought it up from the floor in an attempt at an upper cut. "Back." Was all he could say. Why had that happened? What was going on?

Continuing to whistle her little tune, Nightwing moved around all the innocents trapped by the ice. She went as fast as she could, using a small laser to cut through the ice around their feet and pointing them to behind the teller windows. It was slow goings. But making the two would be robbers fight with each other was her main focus. Her lips were becoming dry as she made her way to the last few people, her need to keep breathing becoming more of an issue. She was going to have to fight these idiots sooner or later. She was just so very thankful for her breathing exercises that had helped her with singing. She knew they'd be helpful in this kind of scenario too, she just never really had to go this long.
She knew who at least one of them was, or had heard about her. Frostbite. She'd be the major issue. The other asshole was running around in just a domino mask right now. Nightwing didn't like that they were still talking to each other. She put more power into her song, urging them to fight while she tried to find a way out from the bank. The emergency exit was frozen over but she could fix that with her laser. That seemed to have run out of a charge. Fantastic. Maybe she could just blow it open. At her behest, people moved away from the door and she tossed a few batarangs at it and the exploded the door outward. She was rather concentrated on the ice queen and her dancing partner at the moment. She pointed at the door. No one moved. F*cking Gothamites. No wonder she hated coming home.
"Ah f*ck it...Move it people! Out the door! Let's f*cking go," she yelled, knowing her control was gone and preparing for it. She put herself between the people escaping and the two assailants.
"Alright Frosty and her little snow man...don't you know, every day is a bad day to rob a bank in this city."

You're as cold as ice and you never take advice She tsked at his questioning of her puns. Oh no, she never joked about puns. They made everything seem so much better, and at the very least, they always made her siblings smile. Her and Leandra would have pun wars occasionally. Those usually ended horribly as pun wars turned into an ice sculpture contest. And, well, everyone new that ice sculptures, or sculptures of any kind really, always seemed to turn out better when you had a model to go off of. Everyone wants to look good forever anyway, they were just doing them all a favor! But that was something she could talk about in more detail with Hood once their little Bat was taken care of. The snarky retort back, however, was amusing. "Well, i'll be sure to skate over to 'Bank Robbers Weekly' next time before picking a place." She didn't remark on the take split, though. No, she had better things to worry about. Like trying to lean back enough to get out of the way of the punch. She wasn't nearly quick enough as the edge of his fist caught her chin. Thankfully, she was fast enough to make sure it wouldn't really do too much damage. Something wasn't right here, something was making her do this, that much she knew. And she didn't like it. She hated, absolutely hated being in someone else's control. Just whose yet, howevere, she wasn't entirely sure. But hey, she had an idea. "Hey Hood, you're gonna need to break the robber's code and trust me a moment," she started, frosting her hands up again to throw another punch. "Try and catch the fist." It seemed like enough warning as she threw her other fist at him. She also started feeling the strong urge to knee him, but that she was able to control that a bit better. What she also didn't like was that what she actually wanted to do was being trumped by what someone else wanted for her. Multitasking wasn't really tricky for her but something just wasn't letting her do what she wanted. She could have frosted over the Birdbrat's feet easily, watch it spread over her body, but oh no, not when all she could feel herself wanting to do was beat her current so called partner in crime up. "Oh isn't that cute, Red? She called ya my little snowman. Yeti's a bit more abominal than you think." Yes, she only did it just for the pun. Shut up. xxx | Owen Merlowe, Dinah Grayson | the end to this post is a bit blah but hopefully it works. not much she can honestly do until they stop having to fight ^^; |

"Yes, that's a good idea. Then you can take out a f*ucking ad in the paper to go with the rest of your subtle schtick. And lady, if I'm giving you tips on subtle, we're in big f*cking trouble."
After a few moments, Owen put the pieces together. Bat-Broad or whoever she was, was using sound waves or something to control them. It seemed obvious to him now. He wondered if Frosty the Snow Queen had put it together. He did as she asked and caught the fist. "It's the Bat. She's using some kind of control." Sonic frequencies seemed the most likely choice. They were amplifying his anger. Making him want to beat the snow queen down. He slipped a sonic batarang out of his belt and threw it, altering the course just slightly so it flew past Nora.
The batarang missed and bounced off an angle, impacting the floor near Nightwing and sticking in the ice. Then the batarang let out a sonic burst to attempt to disrupt any other sounds for a moment. It was all Red Hood needed. He grabbed a few flashbangs and threw them towards Nightwing. He'd have to keep her off balance and hope that Frosty the Ice B*tch followed his play.
"Less singing, Bat-chick. More shutting the hell up." Red Hood drew his Colts and fired at Nightwing. He was tired of his caper being foiled by both of them. The quicker they could end this, the quicker he and Killer Frost could split their score.
