Iron Maiden Suit - The Iron Maiden suit is based off of the schematics of her father's original armor. All the same colors, the suit is simply modified to be able to fit her own body, just barely hiding the gender of the person inside of it. The armor is made of a highly complex matri of molecularly-aligned fully crystallized ultra high carbon iron/steel hybrid alloys and are enhanced by magnetic fields. Over this are layers of other ultra hyper alloys such as titanium alloys and tungsten/vanadium hybrid allows and all reinforced with carbon nano-tubing that creates a pliable shell capabale of protection and amazingly high resilience. To put it on, she has two seperate process (mainly because she has multiple versions of the suit that she is constantly tinkering with. One is through the use of several machines that know exactly where it's supposed to place the armor pieces onto her hidden in various places and all voice activated through JARVIS. The second way is, like her father, she has adapted to carrying it around as a suitcase, incase she ever needs it in an emergency. While not the most effect out on the battlefield, it is quick and easy and quite to the point. She never thought to use the third method her father had tried, the use of intelligent liquid metal, finding it to be a bit too risky, especially since she is never too sure what kind of prolonged damage using it might do. The suit itself has several functions. These functions will be categorized in three seperate ways: Supportive, Defensive, and Offensive powers granted through the suit:
Support Powers
Superhuman Strength: Through the use of the suit, she is able to lift anywhere up to one hundred tons. However, this is all reliant on the amount of power left in the suit. As the power levels in the suit go down, the amount she can lift slowly decreases in order to conserve energy. However, if she chooses to attempt to lift more than she is meant to at a given power level, it will take more power from the suit. On the other hand, the amount it can truly carry is unknown, if there is a sufficient enough power supply, especially if it exceeds the 'one hundredth percentile', then it is very likely that she can lift more than that. This, however, isn't completely proven with the modifications needed to make the suits fit her.
Superhuman Speed: Whether it be through short bursts or long distances, the Iron Maiden suit is known to be able to enable to move and even react at higher speeds than most. It's as if it helps not only makes her faster but also helps with reflexes. The top speeds have yet to be worked out, though, when running on the ground, she can move at speeds rivaling that of most any car, though she has ever really pushed it past eighty miles when simply running. Not that she uses it for running often. Why run when one can fly?
Flight: The Iron Maiden armor, much like it's predicessor, is able to fly through the use of low powered repulsor energy in her feet and hands. Coordination is key in flying but she's quite used to it. With the use of the repulsor and flight technologies in the suit, she is able to fly at speeds going up to Mach 10. But, like with strength, as power in the suit starts to decrease past a certain power point (usually towards fifty percent), the speeds she can reach go down to conserve power. Pushing to reach her usual speeds can very well drawn the power much faster.
Power Cells: The suit itself is powered by a combinaton of things from solar converters, electric batteries, and a specially designed generator to make sure that the suit's power never dwindles. However, constant use over very long periods of time still makes the power slowly go down, more exponentially after fifty percent due to the fact that, unlike her father, she does not have a Repulsor Tech Generator in her chest.
Energy Conversion Power Recharge: A nifty little part of the suit that she has been slowly trying to perfect over her years as Iron Maiden is it's ability to absorb and convert energy from various sources, both close by and far away. Energies such as heat, solar, electrical, magnetic, geo-thermal, and even kinetic energy can be absorbed and converted to serve as a suitable power source.
Self-Contained Life-Support System & Environmental Protection: Her armor, much like that in which it was 'upgraded' from, is capable of sustaining its own life support system to allow for her to do missions in both vacuumed and underwater environments. It is also able to protech against things such as radiation, biological, chemical, corrosive, kinetic, and elecrical attacks.
Magnetism: As it has always been able to do, the armor can generate it's own magnetic fields when need be to push or pull metal objects.
Anti-Magnetism: The armor is also able to negate the effects of magnetism placed upon it. This was something that her father had installed many, many years ago that made it immune to Magneto's own powers. It's a skill that can be triggered when her armor picks up on next wave magnetism.
JARVIS: JARVIS acts as an onboard computer for the suit, able to aid Ginnie while she's wearing it. It is able to provide strategies, background information on foes, surrounding schematics, status updates on the suit, and even prevent lock ons by other targetting systems. The AI is a useful and almost necessary component to her suit and even her life.
Sensor Array: The suit has a wide variety of sensors in it including radar/lidar, night vision, and physiological/medical scanners that can allow her to both take and monitor other people's vital signs as well as her own, including heart and brain scans. With these scans, she is provided with real-time personal physiological data as well as be able to scan atmospheri content or life-forms.
Defensive Powers
Enhanced Durability: Her armor was made to be extremely durable, needing it to be so due to her lack of any true abilities. While in her costume, she is able to withstand tremendous amounts of 'punishment' so to speak. Able to withstand high caliber bullets with ease, she is also able to get hit with things such as rockets, missiles, torpedoes, high powered lasers, and other such things taking little or no damage whatsoever. It is also highly resistent against electricity, fire, heavy impacts, energy blasts, and fridged temperatures capable of icing over the armor as well as most forms of radiation due to its refractory coating. The armor even has special circuitry that helps to guard against telepatchic attacks, protecting her mind so long as she is wearing the armor.
Energy Shield: This is an energy based shield created with Repulsor energy not to truly protect herself but to allow her to protect those around her. It is capable of reflecting attacks and has a radius of about seven feet all aroud.
Offensive Powers
Repulsor Rays: The repulsor rays are her primary energy based weapon. It's a particle beam weapon in her palm gauntlets. It can repel physical and energy-based attacks if timed just right and even capable of traveling as either a single stream or as a wide-field dispersal.
Unibeam: This is a powerful searhlight able to progect beams in practically every light spectrum. It is also able to be used to destroy objects in her path, though quickly drains her power if she uses it too much.
Tri-beam: It is a unique version of the Unibeam that runs it's power directly off of the chestplate, though it will drain the power rapidly if it's not fully charged. It's pretty much for a last resort, especially with the kickback it causes.
Multi-beam: As you can guess, it can fire multiple energies at once, though generally used to expel extra energy that she might have absorbed through the suit.
Pentabeam: A microwave lensing projector, it allows for directed beams of ultra-high multi mega-joule electrons, protons, acoustic energy, and neutrons.
Omnibeam: The omnibeam is not only used for beam based attacks but also to generate heat, blinding lights, and emit ultrasonic attacks to momentarily stun enemies. This, however, like the tri-beam, uses up an immense about of power from the suit and only to be used as a last resort.
Lasers: These are just your standard lasers that can be used for either weapons or simple weilding. They include a UV laser to penetrate through light-permeable shields.
Pulse Bolts: Very powerful plasmic discharges, they grow in strength over distances though implode on themselves if overloaded.
Energy Blade: This is a blade that was based off of the design for Captain America's energy shield. It is a laser sword that can be emitted from her right arm. It can also be flattened into a shield on her hands or even spread over the entirity of her 'body' to cover the armor in an extra protective covering.
Pulse Barrage: This is one of her usual longer ranged attacks. It's very effective due to the fact that it consumes extremely low amounts of energy.
Smart Missiles: This is able to target the weak points of a structure, object, and sometimes even a foe to einflict maximum damage with as little effort as possible.
Plasma Dischage: When the suit comes into contact with vibraniu, it gives off a plasmic discharge.
Telepathic Inhibitor: Her armor is able to block telepathic signals, making her mind safe so long as she is in the suit as well as keeping those around her safe from such signals.
JARVIS - JARVIS is an AI program created by both herself and her father about eight years ago. Standing for Just A Rather Very Intelligent System, it was named after her father's friend, Edwin Jarvis, and able to do a number of things on his own from answers questions, do calculations, and even control certain machines in her workshop. She has a little wristband she wears that keeps her connected to JARVIS at all times. Being an AI, it is self thinking and can sometimes come off a bit sarcastic, known to question what she's doing if it seems dangerous. He can also be useful as acting as a cellphone of sorts, able to connect her and transfer calls to her desk if need be. Without JARVIS, she believes that she wouldn't be able to keep track of everything that is going on around her and, quite honestly, he is something she considers a friend, despite just being a computer program. It is also connected to her suit, as stated above.
Powers:
None
Skills:
Strategic Planning - Everything in life takes planning, frim the little things like what to make for dinner to the bigger things like how to go about a plan of attack. Planning is something that seems to be in her blood. She has always been methodical about how she does things, how she goes about them. Even growing up, games involving strategy were amongst her favorites. So being strategical about her actions, planning things accordingly comes quite naturally to her. Dare she say, it's one of her many amazing qualities. Just one.
Knowledge of the Corporate World - Being the heiress to a corporation like Stark Industries gives someone a bit of an in, so to speak. Corporate knowledge isn't something that everyone has. Most people don't even have a basic inkling as to what sort of things any corporate higher up actually does. She has an indepth understanding of the corporate world like an heiress should.
Hacking Skills - But let's be honest, when you're as smart as her, the corporate life isn't going to be the most fun allllll the damn time. So what does she do? Well, she hacks! Something she picked up from her father, too. She's on par with some of the best hackers there are, though is still working to keep getting better and better. She tends to practice a lot with finding backdoors into the SHIELD mainframe.
Engineering Knowledge - But while hacking is fun and all, Engineering is what she has her degree in and what she loves to do as a hobby. She has indepth knowledge of the engineering world, from mechanical to civil to electrical to nuclear. She has faucets of knowledge in all the areas, though her expertise is in mechanical and nuclear as they are what she uses most when designing her newest suits. As if she doesn't have plent of generations of it hidden away in the basement of her condo.
Polymath - The maths and the sciences had always been her favorite subjects in school and even outside of it. She has knowledge in a number of them, including quantum physics (and mechanics), calculus, physics, anatomy, biology, biochemistry, trig, and a few others.
Multilingual - Ginnie has been known to speak many, many different languages. She has always liked dealing with international affairs on her on and, as such, has decided that she needs to be able to speak their languages in order to do so. She can speak english, french, gaelic, german, russian, manderine chinese, japanese, and a slew of others, even including latin.
Genius Level Intellect - It shouldn't come to be a surprise that Ginnie is within the low percentile of people in this world deemed a true genius. Her mind works at levels and speeds not even she understands at times and she is constantly learning more and more. She refuses to take an IQ test, finding them trivial at best and not a true gauge of how intelligent someone truly is. Though it is believed it is somewhere either near or even possibly over 200.
Eidetic Memory - She has what some people call an 'eidetic' or 'photographic memory' and what others may call 'panmesia'. She is able to remember quite literally everything she learns, hears, and reads. This only seemed to help her when she was going to school, trying to learn all that she possibly could.
Inventor - Something that she used to like to do with her older brother and father that she now seems to do alone is invent. She loves to invent little mechanical oddities that can help her in day to day life, modify her own tech to make it both better and one of a kind, as well as make things that she may someday put out on the market for others. Though that is only a maybe. She also invents and creates all of her 'in the works' Iron Maiden suits. Who knows what MK she is up to by now.
Fighting Skills - She learned to fight from her father and older brother more than anything else, though she has also taught herself a bit with different videos. While she definitely prefers to use her own style (which is much more like free style or 'dirty fighting'), she has dabbled in ninjitsu, boxing, mma, karate, and a few others.
Piloting Skills - While she only dabbles in the piloting of planes and jets and the like, the piloting skills she has are mainly with her own suits. Learning how to coordinatate herself so that she doesn't go shooting off or hurting herself took time to learn. It's a balancing act but one she has gotten quite good at over the years and she has a remarkable skill for maneuvering at high speeds through the air.
Swordsmanship - While not necessarily good at it, swordsmanship was something she learned simply to put the energy blade emitted from the right arm of her suit to better use.
Marksmanship - Again, not necessarily the best, but she is pretty good with the little artillery weapons in her suit. Though she's not a bad shot with a real pistol either.
Peak Physical Condition - Even through her busy days, she makes sure to find some time to keep up her physical training. She is trying to learn to rely a little less on it and a little more on herself. Her strength, speed, and stamina are all at their peak levels, as well as her reflexes though she is often pushing herself to try and manage beyond these levels, which can tire her out. Her speed, at max sprinting, is nearing twenty miles an hour, she can bench press about two hundred pounds, and she can keep going for quite a while. But that is pushing it for her and she is constantly pushing herself. Constantly.
Weaknesses:
1.) Living with Humanity - Despite having an assortment of neat little powers that comr from her suit, Virginia herself is completely powerless. Not even a little bit of power is under that suit that is her own. And being that she is just a normal human with no enhanced attributes (besides the natual gift of intelligence she was blessed with), she can be killed in any human. She tires out just like any other human. It's all shr really is, though don't tell anyone. She likes to think people see her as a super something or other.
2.) It's pretty simple, I'm just better than you - She can be rather cocky at times, especially when she is in her Iron Maiden suit. She knows she is amazing, knows that she is good at pretty much everything she tries her hand at. So what is the big deal with it? It's that she thinks she can do anything. And that is dangerous. She pushes herself knowing (or thinking) she is better than everyone else and thinking she can keep going, too stubborn and arrogant to give up. And that is a big no no.
3.) Don't you dare touch him! - Her family is her biggest weakness. Especially her little brother. She can't stand the idea of anything bad happening to him, not after she lost her older brother in The Battle. She can't stand the idea of losing anyone else. Were she to lose her parents or Ned, she would break completely.
4.) I don't need it, it just helps! - Being that all of her powers come from her suit, she relies far too heavily on the mechanical world. She uses electronics for practically everything. Hell, her best friend is an AI computer for crying outloud. If she couldn't fall back.on mechanics, she would have literally nothing to fall back on. And she would probably have a hard time coping.
5.) Are you sure you would like to initiate Override? - The Iron Maiden suits all have an override protocol that she can activate to use the suits to their biggest potential. Though this is a dangerous thing for her to do. Because the suits aren't meant to breech the set limits that they have. Usually activating this protocol is only for life or death situations because, well, it becomes a suicide mission for herself when she activates it.
6.) You're chipping away at me - While her armor is meant to withstand a lot of duress, it is no where near invincible. Suffering barrage after barrage of attacks both starts to drain the power as well as the suits durability and can even start breaking through the armor, especially if she is going up against things of extraterrestrial origin. Her suitcase suit tends to breakdown far easier than her proper one and, well, once that's to pieces, she isn't left with many other resources, aside from normal hand to hand combat skills. That's not saying she isn't in peak physical condition, though. But she prefers her suits to her body.
7.) The public's watchful eyes - Being a Stark, as well as publicly being known as the Iron Maiden, the press and the public in general always seem to have their eyes on her. Meaning it is harder for her to get away with things that most people could without it winding up on the news or in the papers. Makes life hard sometimes, really.
8.) No such thing as a secret identity - As stated above, she has no secret identity. Everyone knows who she is. Meaning it's easy to use her personal life against her. Her enemies could easily use those she cares about against her. That's why she keeps the location of her home a secret from most.
9.) It's like my brain won't ever stop - Being a genius in and of itself has its drawbacks. For one, her brain is constantly working, which can be a distraction at times. Going through the motions of being a normal girl is just daunting on her. However, alcohol can help sometimes. It is a dampener on cognitive thinking after all.
10.) Oh hush, JARVIS, that is besides the point - Like with mechanics, she relies heavily on the AI known as JARVIS. He is pretty much always there, talking away in her ear or helping her with calculations and other such things. She has actually said that she doesn't know what she would do without him and, well, he is probably the single most important thing to.her, next to family.
11.) Why couldn't i save you? - She has a bit of a hero complex. She wants to save people, wishes she could save all of them. But she knows she can't. How can she? That eats at her sometimes. Especially when she starts thinking of her older brother, the sacrifice he made. "Why couldn't i save you, Howie..."
12.) I can't ever stop - She is a bit of a work-a-holic who thinks that she doesn't have any limits, that she can't even find out what those limits are or else it might be the end of someone. Because of this, she is known to strain her body beyond it's natural limits and needs to recuperate for a day or two, though when that happens, she also needs to be somewhat forced to stay at home simply because she wants to keep working.
13.) Dreamed a little dream of you - Lastly, Ginnie suffers from insomnia and nightmares of the war. Most often is because she dreams of her older brother, Howard. Howard had once meant the world to her. She looked up to him, wanted to be just like him. And she believes that she can be someday, if she keeps working hard. But being she was there when he died, saw him take that death blow, it haunts her. And it probably always will.

THE REST
Personality:
A Genius - Virginia is a genius. She doesn't just think she is super smart, she actually is as smart as she thinks she is. Her mind seems to work on a very different level from most peoples. Her thoughts are something that can be a distraction to her as they go at a million miles per hour. Because of this, she is sometimes known to daze off into space, her hands moving as if she is directing a symphony or drawing pictures in the air. She can be asked almost anything and give a correct response to it. But being a genius, she doesn't quite always understand the proper way to interact with people. She can be a bit weird to them. But that's just who she is. It's a part of her. And it's something she would never change.
Blunt - She is a very blunt individual. She isn't one to sugar coat anything, especially if you are someone who is starting to get on her nerves or piss her off. She will tell you how it is, even if it starts up a fight. She is even more liable to do such a thing when she is drinking. She doesn't drink to forget anything, doesn't drink because she is a party girl, she drinks to try and be normal, slow down her cognitive processes. And when she is drinking, her bluntness is ever more present than it usually is.
Stubborn - She is a very stubborn individual. She doesn't take no as an answer very well and is known for not listening to reason when she has her mind set on something. She will go ahead and do what she pleases when she honestly believes that her way is the better way. While not always the best attitude to have while a part of a team, it is a great attitude to have when dealing with other corporations and trying to broaden Stark Industries' horizons.
Cocky - She can be quite cocky, often thinking herself better than people, though she doesn't often verbalize it. It's an unwritten truth everyone ought to already know! However, she will mutter about it to JARVIS, who often gives derisive retorts. When drinking, though, she is much more verbal about what she thinks of people as well as herself. It's no wonder she doesn't have many real friends.
Workoholic - Ginnie can be a bit of a workoholic, fully immersing herself into her work. When she does this, it can be hard to draw her attention away from her work, though it can sometimes be necessary to do so. She can stay up for days on end, simply working away at a proposal or tinkering with a new suit that is near completion. She pushes herself beyond those limits she is meant to have and doesn't quite know when to stop. She can even think that she needs to keep on working or else it will never be finished! However, in her heart of hearts she knows that isn't true. She just needs a bit of a push in the right direction or rather, ne dragged in the right direction to get distracted from her work.
Take Charge Attitude - She has a very 'Take Charge' attitude, as if she knows what is best for the group. She has strong leadership qualities and a usually level head that make her a good leader. She will even listen to suggestions! But even when she isn't in charge, she is known for taking charge, or trying to. She has a hard time differentiating when she is truly the leader and when someone else is. Her knack for taking charge of a situation might be useful in some situations, but it isn't always.
Open Book - She likes to think of herself as an open book. She isn't one to really hide things. After all, what does she have to hide? She's a genius, a billionaire, a hero, and a philanthropist! So why hide anything? While she might have a few select things she hides, like certain thoughts and small secrets about what goes on in her head. But aside from that, she is open about everything! You simply just have to ask. If it is something that she doesn't want to share, she will quickly change the topic, but you will usually get a straight answer out of her.
Methodical - She isn't just a genius, she is a methodical one. She is always thinking, alwayd planning. Being methodical doesn't mean she is a bad person, though. She just goes through different methods and plans inside her pretty little head constantly. And it honestly has nothing to do with her intellect either. No, it has to do with experience. After her brother died, after she almost died in The Battle, she learned she had to be methodical, had to plan, plan, plan. And it has started shaping her, hopefully for the better.
Sweet - While she can come off as a bit harsh at times, deep down she is actually quite a sweet girl just looking to make a difference in the world. She is known to give away her money and other such things who clearly need it more than she does. She tries to be sweet on other people as well, even a little flirty, but it's always weird to her. But kindness? That comes much easier to her. She just doesn't want to see anyone else hurt. If she gets hurt, that's her own fault, and she knows she can handle it. She knows what kind of life she has taken. She just needs to make sure others stay safe. This almost naive kindness can be a dampener on herself but at least she tries to be the best human she can possibly be.
Somewhat Sarcastic - Sarcasm is a defense mechanism of sorts for her. Well, when she is trying to hold back. After all, it's not really a fair intellectual fight with most people. So she can come off as sarcastic towards people, especially when she is seriously annoyed. Or when she is trying to be playful. Playfulness isn't something she quite understands fully, though. Not human playfulness. Animal playfulness, like how Natalie plays is something entirely different though.
Helpful - She is a pretty helpful person, through and through. She likes to help people, even if they are beyond her help. She will do whatever she has in her power to provide a helpful hand to those in need, even if it means putting herself into some modicum of danger. The safety of everyone else comes before her own. Which is something that worries her family greatly.
Iron Maiden - When she is in her suit, she tends to be much more confident in, well, everything she does. She is much snarkier and she lets herself be who she thinks she really is on the inside, despite not actually quite knowing who she truly is yet. She doesn't hold back on anything and sometimes it is even a little easier to talk about things that she doesn't always want to talk about. She likes to think that Iron Maiden is who she really is, that Ginnie Stark is her mask, the one she hides behind. But it's not her. Not really. Or at least not in her head.
History:
Born November Fourteenth to Tony Stark and Pepper Potts, Virginia was named after her mother, something that Tony had seemingly insisted upon. Growing up, however, the only time she was ever actually called Virginia was when she was in a lot of trouble. No, rather, she spent her life answering to Ginnie. After all, having two Virginia's in the house could get confusing, though neither actually went by their proper name. Ginnie grew up with a brother who was eight years older than her but he was also quite a bit of inspiration for her.
Even at a young age, it was quite obvious that Ginnie was a special one. She showed a lot of signs of Autism growing up. She was quiet, didn't quite understand things as she ought to, and became rather focused on certain objects. These objects tended to spend a lot of times in her hands being moved about and taken apart, put back together. She had no interest with playing with people at a young age. But she did understand the things that her parents said to her, understood what others said. She was simply... different. But boy was she smart. She liked trying to be alone as a little kid. And when she wasn't taking apart and putting simple things back together, she was sneaking into her father's office, trying to read through his grown up books, learn what the pages had to say. Howard was often speaking for her. He had an understanding if her that most didn't seem to. It wasn't that she was necessarily scared to talk to her parents, she just didn't need to. And where she didn't have to talk, she often wouldn't.
Though it did seem to worry Pepper the way Ginnie acted at home. She had eventually had her daughter tested for Autism, as well as a few other mental disabilities, but there was nothing truly wrong with Ginnie. She was just weird. She was about six or seven when she started talking properly for herself. It started with smaller words, a softet voice. She didn't like repeating herself, so Howard was often having to repeat what she said back to her parents. Despite being so quiet and odd, she seemingly excelled in school. She soaked up the information faster than. The teachers could teach it. And she ended up in special classes with much older kids because of it. She skipped grades, practically speeding through school.
And as Ginnie went through school, achieved the attention that she did for her scholastic work, she slowly started gaining more confidence, grew louder. And Howard was always there to encourage her to be better, to be herself, everything she was meant to be!
By the time she was eight, she had a little brother who Tony named Edward. However, his siblings often called him Ned for short. Ginnie was to Ned as Howard was to her, it seemed. While Ginnie was constantly trying to hang around her older brother, be more like him, Ned wanted to be just like Ginnie. However, neither of the boys really seemed to be much like Ginnie, no. She accelerated through school, about fourteen when she graduated high school and went to college. Of course, she had to be driven there by either her parents or her older brother day in and day out. Still, she was a fast learner, picked up on things rather quickly. So it was no big deal to her. It was also around this time that she really got into building things, creating little mechanical doo dads. It was her older brother who inspired her. He had become a mechanic, though that wasn't all he did with his time. And Ginnie soon learned that, while her father might have steppes away from the Iron throne, her older brother had taken it up himself.
Such realizations shouldn't have been that much of a shock but they were. And boy did she like bugging him about his escapades, his little adventures. He assured her they weren't adventures though. But she didn't quite believe that. She begged and pleaded to be allowed to join but he refused to build her a suit that would fit. Which was fine. Finding some of her fathers old schematics, she started building her own 'Iron Man' suit, though at that time, it wasn't nearly as effective as her current Iron Maiden suit nor was it quite the same colors. It was simple black and silver and she decided to go out on her own. The Iron Lass is what she called herself then. She thought it was a good name. But she barely lasted a night before she was caught by Howie. Her determination wouldn't die and he finally gave in, promising that, if she could keep her grades up and in college, he would teach her what dad had taught him. Hell, Tony even helped a bit, impressed with the suit she had made. However, he warned her the second anything became too much, she was through. He didn't want to lose a daughter. So she promised.
Everything had been going so smoothly. She was working towards her Masters in general engineering, dipping her toes in various engineering categories, as well as minoring in business just to gain a better understanding of her mother's company. And where she could, she went out as her brother's little sidekick. She left Ned fascinated with how she could do it all, and she loved the attention her little brother would give her. Ned struggled with school, though, so she would help him where she could with his classes between everything else. Her busy schedule left little time for herself, however. But that was how she liked it. It meant she didn't have to really let herself think too much, let that genius mind wander.
But then the day came that everything would change, the day The Battle took place. She was supposed to stay home, stay home with Pepper and Ned. Even Tony stayed home that day. Not because he wanted to, though. But because he had a seventeen year old daughter, an nine year old son, and his wife he wanted to make sure stayed safe. And he had stepped away from the hero life many, many years ago. Howard was Iron Man now, and Howard could handle helping in the Battle just fine. But as Ginnie sat in front of the Television, watching the fight, something pulled at her. Howie couldn't do it, not alone. So against her father and mother's wishes, she had been sneaky and made her escape, getting her suit on and flying to the Battlefield. But when she got there, it was practically too late. She watched as what she thought was impossible happen. Thanos practically tore Howard's suit apart and attacked him. Ginnie fired what she could at the Mad Titan to draw his attention away before flying off, Thanos leaving Howard's body alone. She was smacked out of the sky as if it were nothing, as if she were a fly. And that hurt. Boy did it hurt. The armor wasn't really ready for this kind of fight yet, but she didn't care. Had it not been for a girl she would later learn was names Rayne saving her, she probably would have died that day. When she finally had the chance, despite her own injuries and lack of armor on most of her body, she made it to Howie's body. He was just barely holding on when she get there. And she did her damnedest to make sure nothing else happened to him. He was going to make it, had to.make it. It's what she kept telling herself. But he wouldn't make it. And he wasn't too pleased about Ginnie being at the Battle that day. But he did say, before the light left his eyes, that he was proud of her, that he loved her. Howie was her hero.and she watched him as he died. That hurt. By the end of the Battle, it was thought she might have died too. She couldn't remember what had done it to.her but something had hit her, something hard. For weeks she was in a coma.
By the time she came out of it, everyone was worried. They didn't know if she would make it or not. Surprisingly, she wasn't as injured as they had thought. A few broken bones that were already set and healing was it. It was more so the shock than the trauma that had induced the coma. She put down the Iron Lass suit for a bit, focusing on graduating college and slowly learning from her mother the ins and outs of Stark Industries as she started showing more interest in the business side of things. It was also shortly after she came out of her coma that her and her father started work on and completed JARVIS.
She was about Twenty One when she took up the Iron throne again, not as Iron Lass but as Iron Maiden. She didn't keep it much of a secret either. She had just completed her schooling when and was starting to spend more and more time in the office. But she couldn't seem to get the images out of her head, couldn't seem to forget how many other people out there needed help, needed a hero. So she decided to provide them with one. And that's pretty much been her story for the last four years. The life of a hero, the life of a CEO (her mother having recently passing it down to her), and the life of a genius. It's one hell of a life if i do say so.

Ginnie stared out the window of her office. While she was supposed to be writing up her proposal for a joint venture with Queen Consolidated, she found her thoughts were drifting off elsewhere. She didn't quite feel like she was really here today, didn't quite feel like herself. Which was odd because she always felt like herself. She knew why it was though. She had spent so many of the past few days awake, wide awake working on this proposal and yet it wasn't done yet. It should be done but it wasn't. It wasn't yet perfect. It needed to be focus but she couldn't focus on making it such perfection.
"Might i suggest something, Miss Stark?" came a voice in her ear. It made her jump. She hadn't been expecting it, not by a long shot. Then again, she rarely did when she was lost in her thoughts.
"What is it, JARVIS?" she asked, her fingers finding their way back to.her keyboard as she typed away. Deleting and rewriting passages of her proposal.
"Perhaps getting a bit of sleep might help."
"I don't need any sleep. I'm doing perfectly fine."
"When exactly was the last time you got even a modicum of sleep, Miss?"
"I said I'm fine. I just need to get this done. I will get this done. This is important for the company and i will not let it fall through. It's due in a few more days," she huffed. Her fingers had finally gotten back into the motions, typing away, bit by bit. The proposal shouldn't take that much longer. Unless everything she wrote was utter crap. And as she paused to read over a passage she just wrote, she found that it was turning out that way.
"Yes, and you were saying what now, miss?" she could almost hear it laugh. If it could, she was sure it would.
"I do not need sleep," she muttered. She yawned, though. Her body was trying to tell her otherwise but she refused to listen to it. She would be just fine.
"Then perhaps a break? Go get something to eat, possibly a coffee. You're going to need it if you don't want to sleep."
Now there was an idea. A small break wouldn't hurt, she supposed. And JARVIS usually made a good point. Sighing, she deleted the garbage she had written and saved the document before shutting the computer off. "I suppose you're right. And what is a little break going to hurt?" she asked herself, getting up to slide her coat on. As she moved to grab her 'suit'case, she heard the voice speak up again.
"Perhaps you should leave that behind."
"Perhaps you should mind your own business just this once." she made a motion as if about to grab the case but, ultimately, she listened to JARVIS. What was she really going to need it for anyway?
It didn't take long before she got out of the building and started heading towards a little cafe she frequented when she needed a goof cup of coffee to refreshen herself. But as she was about to open the door, an explosion could be heard. She pursed her lips. "Why do.i ever listen to you?" she muttered to the AI before running off towards the sound. She might not have her suit but that didn't mean she couldn't help.
