Full Name: Adam Emerson Sato
Codename:Tiger/Judomaster IV (Depending on who you ask)
Aliases/Nicknames: Mister A, Gary (really a corruption of the term 'Gari' from several judo throws)
Birthplace: New York City
Hometown/Base of operations: San Francisco, California

Gender: Male
Age: 16
Alignment: Hero
Affiliation: None yet
PHYSICAL
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 155 lbs
Hair Color/style: Black,
Eye Color: Brown
Anything Else: N/A
Equipment and Weapons:
Bulletproof costume.
Where he obtained it is uncertain. In all likelihood, another little favor called in by Sonia herself when Adam began talking of superheroics. A thin costume, focusing more on maneuverability it is, none the less, capable of resisting small arms fire and most bladed attacks. This does NOT however, mean that he can't still be harmed by the kinetic force of the attacks and can still be bruised, or even have bones broken by sufficiently powerful weapons.
Pre-paid cellular phone
Not much, but about the only other thing he carries on his person as Tiger. Used, obviously, to call the authorities when he's wrapping up a 'case' so the proper arrests can be made.
Car
Nothing special about this, just your average sort of used car, one his mother helped him get and which he occasionally uses when longer distance travel is required for Tiger's work. (After altering or removing the license plates, of course.)
Powers:
Death Powers:
He has been upgraded by Apocalypse as well as Chari. How much is natural and how much is manipulated is open for debate.
- Strength: His strength has been upgraded to 5 tons which has also increased his durability.
- Death increase: For every life he takes his strength doubles for 5 minutes. He is able to increase it exponentially but the time also decreases by half. (i.e. Kills 4 people his strength is now 80 tons but only for 45 seconds)
- Dead manipulation: He is able to manipulate, summon and control the physical dead. He has shown no ability with spirits but seems to animate corpses. The corpses function as an extension of himself. The range is unknown but so far seems to be within 1 mile.
Healing: he has regenerative healing capabilities and seems to heal quickly from a variety of injuries, even seeming to re-grow limbs and organs.
Skills:
Judo!
You'd be hard pressed to call yourself Judomaster if you wern't any good at Judo. Adam's level of proficiency is roughly equivalent to a Second or Third degree black belt
Assorted Martial Arts
In addition to his training in Judo, Adam is well versed in several other methods of hand to hand combat, including a degree of boxing training from none other than Ted Grant himself. While his degree of proficiency isn't as great as his skills in judo they're still nothing to sneeze at.
Strong as an ox!
Adam has taken to a physical training regimen since starting his efforts as Judomaster that are heavily inspired by Masahiko Kimura's workout... who was himself regarded as one of the strongest Judo players of his time. Adam's own strength can be compared to an aspiring Olympic weightlifter.
Physical abilities in a nutshell
In addition to the other benefits of his workout, this has allowed Adam to develop a degree of speed, coordination, and muscular endurance on par with many competing athletes. One could compare his training towards an olympic hopeful for Judo in fact.
Detective work for fun and profit!
He may not be an expert sleuth, in fact most of hi detective skills are derived from instruction books... 'Detective 101', 'Be Your Own Detective', 'The Private Investigator's Handbook' as well as others purportedly about, or even written BY Sherlock Holmes. Most might scoff, but he is at least enthusiastic about 'on the job training'.
Computer work
With all the little nuances of superheroics, Adam has taken it upon himself to also take a few new computer classes in the hopes of picking up SOME sort of useful skills for it.
Bi-Lingual
He is fluent in both Japanese and English and is capable of reading and writing in Kanji, Katakana, and Hiragana
Above Average Intelligence
While it might be hard to call him a genius he is well educated and of an above average intelligence.
Weaknesses: (3 minimum)
1.) Not quite bulletproof
Most people wouldn't think of it as a terrible weakness, but Adam IS an ordinary human playing at superheroics. Bullets, knives, and blunt trauma can injure and even kill him in sufficient force.
2.) Limited resources
It's one thing to not have powers, but quite another to be playing superheroics on a budget aproaching that of the average high school student without those powers.
3.) If born after this day on...
Adam is not a legal adult. This means there are certain things he can't do, vote, drink, have a credit card... places he can't access due to his age...
4. We're looking for a more experienced applicant.
Adam has only just started his heroic career, as such he lacks much of specialized training and experiences of his peers.
5. A man once asked David Devant how many magic tricks he knew...
Devant replied 'I know about eight, but I know them very well.' Unfortunately, this is a problem in the superheroic community, as it means Adam lacks the versatality of skills that other heroes would possess.
FAMILY:
Mother: Sonia 'Judomaster III' Sato
Father: Grant 'Damage' Emerson
Siblings: N/A
Children: None
Extended family: Due to the genetic manipulations of Vandal Savage upon Adam's father, Adam himself could be considered a 'relative' of pretty much the entire roster of the JSA.
THE REST
Personality:
Enthusiastic is a good word to describe Adam's personality. After all, with only a single encounter to his name, he threw himself wholeheartedly into the idea of being a superhero. And he's dedicated himself to his physical development as a martial artist with what might have been single-minded dedication if he hadn't had a concerned parent to try and make certain he lived a fuller life.
He's also quite helpful and friendly, taking the Judo philosophies of 'Maximum effect for minimum effort' and 'Mutual Benefiti' to fullest extent, believing firmly in helping others with whatever assistance he can provide. He tends to be rather outgoing in his daily life and might be called 'curious' once things pique his interest. At the moment, this mostly means instructional books to learn skills (especially detective work and computers.)
Of course, this isn't to say he's without his flaws. Specifically, even though he knows where he stands with his peers he's got a bit of an inferiority complex, frequently seeking new methods to push himself into a place where he can keep pace with them.
A mellow type of person his humor tends towards the dry and occasionally sarcastic. But, all in all, he seems a decent person who just happens to have decided that wearing a costume and punching people is an acceptable hobby.
History:
Adam's life almost never happened. It was a very narrow thing between one Grant Emerson and Sonia Sato. Not because they might not have desired one another, no their attraction was perfectly evident. Rather... Grant died shortly after the conception, murdered to provide power to the Black Lanterns functions. But, shortly before that had happened Sonia and Grant had... well... enjoyed one another's company for an evening. Nothing unusual there, until the morning sickness came in. It had certainly changed Sonia's priorities a bit.
The fund left to her by Grant helped provide not only a legacy to those who had been harmed by Damage's past... damage but also... it formed the start of a life with her son. A home and an ordinary-ish upbringing.
As ordinary as one might have when they're the child of a superhero duo at any rate. For most of his life the closest he came to battle was being hidden in the safety of the JSA brownstone during the 'battle' that leveled such a substantial chunk of New York City. After that, Sonia chose to relocate elsewhere... eventually settling on to San Francisco after a few misadventures of her own.
Adam grew, he learned, and he even took martial arts classes... because when you're mother is an acknowledged expert in the martial art, why wouldn't you learn from her? Even if only for the exercise it provided? Regardless, Adam was an adept pupil and found himself enjoying the competitions immensely. In fact, the start of his 'heroic career' started because of a competition, as he was on his way back from a local tournament, stopping in at the gas station to pick up... well, gas and snacks. It was at roughly the same time that another man entered the station looking for his own purchase... of cash!
The altercation in and of itself wasn't much to write home about (at least, by the standards of a former Justice Society member). The would-be robber had drawn a knife and was threatening the cashier. Adam interposed himself between them when the man started threatening him, as robbers with knives are wont to do. However, Adam was quicker, and a firm throw into the (closed) doors of the gas station itself took the majority of the fight out of the man. More so the work placed into pinning him to the ground until authorities arrived to make the arrest.
As said, it would have been nothing... less than nothing to some superheroes out there. But it was his first taste of such heroics. The adrenaline... the challenge of it all. It was a different ball game from his tournaments and he wanted more of it. A long talk with his mother ensued, as one might imagine. To an extent, she agreed to allow him to pursue a career in the superhero business but there were rules. Largely contingent on his grades maintaining at least a B-Average... and specialized training.
Favors were called in, and former Heavyweight Champion of the World Ted Grant was called to provide additional combat training. There was also much debate as to what to let the boy call himself. 'Damage' was briefly considered, but the lack of superpowers (not to mention the 'jinx' of the previous user of the name's death) eventually resulted in it being discarded. Judomaster IV was considered, but vetoed by Sonia herself. While 'mostly retired' she still felt that until Adam was ACTUALLY a 'master' in the art of Judo that he shouldn't advertise himself as such, considering the use of the name a challenge to any other hero or villain with a 'martial arts' gimmick to come after him.
Long debate came to a close as 'Tiger' was suggested by... none other than the Wildcat himself. A link to the Judomaster legacy... and a challenge for the boy. To remove the stain of the original Tiger's eventual change from 'Sidekick' to 'Yakuza assassin'. And a place-holder until he is really read to be the 'Judomaster'.
As it stands, Adam's experiences are... lacking. But he is a quick study and is eagerly trying to teach himself the skills he feels he'll need to succeed as a superhero.

Sample RP:
Adam was breathing heavier than he would have liked as he shifted from his stance into a more relaxed standing position, resting his weight against the wall a moment as he fumbled with one of the looser parts of his costume, before retrieving a phone. Around him a number of people lay strewn about in various states of unconsciousness. "Right," he admitted to himself, still working on putting his breathing under control. "fighting that many people at once is a very different experience than one on one."
That said, he pushed away from the wall at last, looking around himself. Oh, boy was he moving up in the world. He'd gone from stopping gas station robbers with knives to... whatever the heck this was. It was set up like a sweatshop, and once he'd burst in most of the employees had quickly fled. And now all that was left were some piles of ill-gotten gains and the merchandise itself... shoddily made blue jeans.
"Oh, you are kidding me." He groaned, dialing the phone now. "all that work and it's not even fake Rolexes?" The would be hero mumbled to himself. Sure, he hadn't expected drugs, or anything quite so illicit. No, those would probably be hidden better than he could find with a few random remarks he'd heard around town. "Boy, you're really making a name for yourself." He sighed before clearing his throat, intentionally trying to make his voice sound deeper to prevent any chance of it being matched with his... for all the odds that he might be matched to that recording.
"Hello, I'd like to report a counterfeiting ring." He finally spoke up, delivering an address to the officer on the other line. "er... yeah, just a concerned citizen. Name? Uh... Just call me 'T. Iger'." The boy asserted, thinking the sudden pseudonym rather clever as he pushed open the doors. "Yeah, I'm sure you'll find your way." And with that, he hung the phone up and tucked it away.
"Not exactly glamorous, I guess... but a good night's work regardless." Adam, or 'Tiger' encouraged himself, taking off at a run. "Gee, maybe next I'll take down some vandals." He laughed.
