As soon as the Tower was breached the new security system teleported the Titans to a safe house on the other side of the Bay. It was a new hidden upgrade that the parents had insisted on after Adam was dropped off completely undetected. It was tough to tell just how many Titans were in the Tower at any given time, since they usually come and go randomly. It had become even more frequent with the whole Adam and Roxy thing as well as the other Titans getting older and beginning to look at the other teams. It was actually kind of sad that they were all moving on and going their separate ways. Dante and Lady Death Wail had been sleeping at the Tower before they headed back to Jean grey's the next day. However things were soon going to change, as they felt the familiar sensation of teleportation and ended up in a large empty room with the rest of the Titans. Dante sat up quickly and began throwing up. He hated teleporting, it was way too awkward for him. He quickly checked to make sure his image inducer was on as well as active. "Huh? No Lady Death Wail I don't know where we are? How would I know?" He said before standing up and walking to the large window that over looked the bay and could see the Tower. Except the Tower was currently covered in vines, definitely not good. He was just wearing a pair of shorts, which was good for others. He looked at the Tower and was about to glance over his shoulder and see who else was here as he could pick up on the other scents. But right as he turned the Tower began to glow before there was a deafening boom and the Tower was gone, seemingly vaporized. The explosion seemed to travel down the tower and come out from the center of the island itself. "Oh my god....." Roxy had just laid down when she felt a rumbling. Before she could get up and check it out she was being teleported. She had just started to reach for her collapsible staff when she ended up in a room with everyone else. She was on the floor, but quickly jumped to her feet fists at the ready. She didn't know where she was but she'd just been teleported without her permission to a strange building. This sounded like a trap if ever she'd heard one. However she wasn't alone, so that was a plus, that helped calm her anxiety a bit. She began to look around for any sign of where they might be and noticed the large window. SO they were on the other side of the bay, that made it a little bit better. But the Tower looked strange, as she examined it further she saw it was covered in vines, trying to squeeze it apart. That seemed highly unlikely, especially since it was designed to take full on direct attacks. The exterior may crack and windows break, but not much else.
Then it dawned on her, she hadn't heard Adam's quips. Surely he would've been making jokes by now. The last time she saw him was in the gym before she'd gone to bed. She tried to say his name, call to him out of habit but nothing distinguishable came out of course. Then she turned her attention back to the tower just as it exploded. The smoke, dust and debris cloud spread out over the bay and the Tower was gone. That seemed impossible, also improbable. The explosion seemed to come from the inside of the Tower, but Adam wasn't here. She placed her hands on the window, trying to fight back the tears, Adam must be somewhere, maybe in another room. She quickly wandered away, looking around for any sign Adam may have been teleported with them.

The sun was warm and energizing. Jor felt it through his protective aura, even at the edge of the Atmosphere. It had been a few days since he'd passed the trials and resolved the problem inside his mind. Jor... No. He was Jor-El now. The simulation had told him that he was the Guardian of the House of El now. And with that came a Kryptonian House of his own.
His powers were restored, though he was debating keeping the Blue and Red, he'd switched back to his original Black and Red colors for the time being. He'd ask Zoey her opinion later. He'd heard an explosion and some familiar voices. He heard a familiar heartbeat increase. Roxy and the Titans were in danger. Jor dropped from from orbit at Mach Six. He hadn't realized how much he'd missed flying under his own power.
The atmosphere ignited around him as he passed through it at high speeds. The Boy of Steel moved faster, pushing his speed up to Mach Ten. He was glad that he'd recreated his uniform to work with high temperatures. The friction would have left him embarrassed, otherwise. He stopped around Mach Fourteen, before dropping to a complete stop over San Francisco Bay. There was a sonic boom as Jor took a moment to look around with his super sight. He scanned the Tower wreckage, with full X-ray vision, to make sure no one was left inside. After a moment, he'd determined that his friends were not there, He looked around and found where his friends were, and took off at full speed.
Jor almost crashed through the window, but it opened for him as he approached. It must have recognized him as he came flying in. He landed with a thud and some cracked concrete on the balcony outside. He'd make a note to fix that later and work on better control of his powers now that they were back. He signed to Roxy that he was here to help and started checking over everyone with his x-ray and microscopic vision. He nodded to Dante. "Are you well, Kopy Kat?" And then after checking him over, Jor moved on to the next Titans, scanning them all.
He quickly signed to Roxy that he didn't see anyone in the wreckage. Everyone in this room was presently all the people who had escaped. He pulled a communicator out and spoke Kryptonese into it. The phrases were an order for Kelex to send a Kryptonian ship he'd been working on. It was small and had no hyperdrive, but he could use it for medical treatment of any of his injured friends. At least the sublight engines would have it here in a few minutes.
"We're all going to be okay." He said, switching back to English.

JJ, or Blue Bat, was up late in the Hall of Justice just doing some new work on a new suit for himself. He was ready for an upgrade and was also working on a few side projects for Dinah, Rayne and Barby. Barby's Nightingale suit was nearly complete and he wanted to surprise Rayne with a Bat-family suit and some new gadgets for Dinah. Suddenly the alarm on his gauntlet went off, just a flashing 'T'. He dropped what he was doing and took off at a run. By now alarms were beginning to go off in the Hall. The Teen Titans were under attack. He quickly typed something in to the console and hopped on the teleporter. In a few seconds he appeared in the main room that all the Titans had just been teleported to.
Once he walked in the face of his helmet pulled back revealing just a domino mask. He ignored the window where the smoldering rubble of Titan Tower could be seen. By now he saw sirens in the distance and fire rescue boats heading towards the island.
"This is all part of a new security system some parents and mentors demanded I install after Adam and Roxy were....yeah. Honestly I never expected it to be triggered. Hell I figured a couple generations of Titans later would stumble upon it when they were redoing it. It automatically teleports all members here to a safe house when someone of a certain power level enters unannounced. I had to tweak it so Jor or Zoey didn't set it off when they forgot their code and just decided to break in."
He said as he continued to type. He was trying to figure out what had jut happened and who had destroyed the Tower. The cameras went to a few special terminals in a variety of locales so the records would be safe anywhere. Hall of Justice, Avengers Mansion, Bat Cave and a couple other places. He brought up the recordings and found it.
"Oh god, Apocalypse is back. I figured he was finally gone. Then we have a robed figure, Nightshade and....f*ck."
Right as he said that Adam walked on camera and joined them. The scanners were reading everyone on screen and coming up with power readings. Apocalypse's were of course off the charts, Nightshade and the robed figures were pretty powerful as well but Adam's were stronger than anything they'd recorded. He'd been hiding his own powers, but wasn't sure for how long.

Smoke and fire were all around. Marty saw the wreckage of the Tower and familiar bodies strewn all over the place. He tried to push forwards to help them, but couldn’t move. Lydia. Walt. Sebastian. Gabe. And the rest of team all lying on the ground, injured or worse. Some kind of soldiers he’d never seen before marched all over the city. The scene was like something out of an apocalyptic nightmare. The ring. Marty looked down and forced his will into it. It didn’t answer his call. He had no access to the power. The Guardians had seen to that. “What is this?”
A voice boomed around him. “This is a vision of what’s to come, if events come to pass.”
“Oh, terrific. I love cryptic riddles and visions. Thanks, Obi-Wan.”
“Martin Jordan of Earth, you have been remade. Now, you must make yourself whole again or all this will be for nothing.”
“What does that even mean?”
“The Apocalypse is coming. Ready yourself to stand against it. You have the potential to save yourself and others. Use it.”
“Fine. I’ll go to the Dagobah system.”
A rumbling caused Marty to wake up. He felt a warm presence against him. Lydia. After they’d helped Adam, Marty made her get some sleep. They’d both passed out in her bed. It was coming back to him. This was not his bed though. It was a tile floor. He opened his eyes and looked around. He was in a kitchen of a safehouse. He kissed the top of her head and tried to wake the blonde. There were other Titans around and some burn marks on the floor around them. Marty sat up slowly, extracting himself from Lydia and looked around. The burn mark on the ground around them looked suspiciously like a Green Lantern symbol, but Marty quickly put it out of his head as Jor and JJ arrived.
Their arrival moved him into action, followed by the swift destruction of the Tower. Marty still had no access to his power ring, so he was pretty useless. He began tallying all those present and waiting for Lydia to take command. Adam was missing. Walt. He had to find Walt. He couldn’t remember if Walt had spent the night or what had happened. Things were still fuzzy from waking up.
He needed shoes. And a shirt. That was probably the first order of things. Then they’d have to see who had a cell phone left or a communicator to call someone. Blue Bat seemed to have one. That might work. They’d need a command center. Gears started turning. Marty had no powers, but he’d started a plan to get things up and running.

Once again, Walt was awakened by his blaring communicator.
The small, circular transponder slammed against the wall of his office in New York, cracking into a small cloud of circuitry. Ginnie had been generous in both her acceptance of the speedster at her company as well as in the provision of responsibility. Gotta get a futon for this place...
He groggily eyed the neat wreckage of his broken Titans transceiver. Probably the last of of those I'll ever break, Walt thought nostalgically before yawning. Time to go meet the monster of the week. He fumbled for his cell phone, growing impatient by the time it reached his ear. Better make sure this is worth the trip. His eyes were still closed, his head still resting on his forearm.
The phone rang once, tentatively, before informing Walt that the number he was trying to reach was unavailable.
"Oh no he did not," Walt mumbled succinctly as he rose from his desk and summoned his costume, simultaneously rubbing his face.
The next moment, as he stood on the Bay overlooking the crater which now existed in place of the Tower, Walt's eyes widened and his hand fell to his side.
The safehouse. They must've made it out.
He sprinted the short distance along the coast to the location of the safehouse, sliding to a halt at the building's entrance before phasing through the door. A dozen turrets instantly locked on the speedster, rotating to face him.
"Identified," the machines blurted in a curt, mechanical voice. "Walter West. Designation: Flash." The turrets folded back to their standby positions.
"Where everybody knows your name..." Walt mumbled distractedly in a singsong voice, already tearing around the building looking for Marty, Lydia, or Jor.
He found the former two half-naked in the kitchen.
Amid the muffled sounds of panic erupting around them, Walt took a moment to observe the scene before, wearing a hurt expression, he turned to Marty.
"When were you gonna tell me?!" Walt demanded of both of them, his expression every bit as dude-what-the-hell as he could muster. Still fuming, he darted away and canvassed the building until he found a bedroom. After rummaging through a few cabinets (and taking an extra second to compose himself), he returned with a pile of clothes, which he tossed to Marty, taking pains to avoid glancing at the blonde lump rising from the ground. Leading the Lantern a few yards away, Walt lowered his hood."This place looks like the set of The Hangover. And I couldn't help but notice you blew up our house."

Sleep. Sleep seemed to be a luxury not many people could afford these days. Lydia had been just about broke when Marty made her cash in what she had and pass out at the Tower. She had jumped from one thing to the next to the next, hardly slowing down.
She grumbled. The waking world was calling. Something was off about her bed though. For a brief moment, she thought she might be sleeping on the ceiling again as sleep flying had been known to happen when she was younger. But it was cold. She cracked one eye open, intending to simply roll over and go back to sleep, but she felt the boom in her chest as the Tower exploded her on her feet in an instant. Her team was here with her but they were not in the tower. She looked out the window, seeing there was no Tower and did an entire sweep of the area, counting heads and checking faces. She usually had a running tally of who was in the Tower at any given time, she liked to know, like a good leader, who were her assets, who was available in case anything happened. But they were missing one. They'd also seemed to have gained two.
"Jor," she pointed, walking over, completely unaware she was in nothing but a t-shirt and her underwear. "Gimme a report on any injuries. Dante, can you make some tea? I know tea doesn't seem important, but tea is calming and we need calm, so trust me when I say it's important. How else do you think the British do that whole 'Keep calm and carry on' thing? That's right, boatloads of tea. You two chuckleheads," she pointed at both Walt and Barry. "No running off until we know what's going on. Marty make sure they don't and see if you can figure out a way to tell our families we're ok. I'm sure that'll make the news. And Walt, our lives are insane, we don't all move at your speed as you can tell.. Suck it up, buttercup. We'll tell you when we have time to breathe. Roxy, need your expertise over here." Lydia waved Roxy over as she walked over to Blue Bat. She'd checked twice and Lydia didn't see Adam at all, and that massively bothered her. She wasn't sure if Roxy might start punching things because Adam was one of her good friends. Lydia knew that urge quite well, but she did actually want the other girl's help. It would also give her something to focus on. She grabbed a pad and a pencil on her way over after a quick rummage around the kitchen. In between everything else, Lydia head been trying to learn sign language, but it was still rudimentary. Hopefully the pad and pencil would help.
In a lower voice, she stopped in front of Blue Bat, crossing her arms more to keep herself sturdy than anything else and asked, "Do you know what's going? Because we are missing a member. And this is the third time my team has been targeted within a few months and I'm getting really sick of it. So, I think between the three of us we can come up with A)-" she ticked off on her fingers as she went. "-an explanation. B) a plan. A good plan, not 'let's all go attack the bad guy' plan. And C) where the hell is Adam?"
She finally looked down and put a hand over her face with a groan. "And I just did all that without any pants on...Great. Just great." She sighed and looked over at Roxy. "We're gonna find Adam, ok? We're gonna find-" She heard the words Blue Bat was saying, and it sounded like he said "Apocalypse is back" but she couldn't believe that was what he was saying. She turned to see what he was looking at and gasped. She definitely wasn't hearing things, and they had found Adam, just in the very last place anyone expected to find him.

Dante was rather offended he was just being thrown to the kitchen to make tea. But at the same time when he thought about it, it made sense. In the grand scheme of things though he wasn't the most useful in this instance. Once Lydia had began shooting out orders he quickly nudged up beside her. She was really the only one on the team who knew all his secrets, just like some of the faculty at the school.
"Umm, Liddy McLidderson, when you get a chance ask Blue Bat if there are some of..."
His cat came up between them and meowed. He shushed her and shook his head.
"I'm asking. Ask him if when he stocked this place he put some Carbatrol in one of the rooms. My pills were in the Tower with my bag. But now, tea."
Dante and Lady Death Wail walked into the kitchen. He smelled burnt tile and saw a lantern symbol burned into the floor. He shrugged and continued with his mission. He figured he might as well stick to what he was useful at and cook. He began going through all the cabinets and began filling a kettle with water before placing it on the stove. He then began to go through the fridge. He couldn't handle fighting Apocalypse or investigating the Tower, so he might as well cook. He couldn't assist in anything else, so he was going to make breakfast.
"Ya know Lady Death Wail, for an emergency safe house this place is amazingly well stocked with fresh food."
He grabbed a knife and began cutting up some onions and peppers.

Sitting in the throne room next to her father, blatantly not paying attention to the proceedings as she read a book, Zoey found herself growing listless for the first time during her tri-anual sojourn back to the underworld. Normally she was happy to come home, see her parents, watch the goings on of her father's court. This time was different though, as she kept thinking back to her friends, her teammates she had in the world above. After four days, she already wanted to go back. For once in her life, she was keenly feeling time's slow and steady march. She wanted to get back to everyone, but to Jor most of all. He was her first friend outside Themiscyra, and she would consider him one of her best.
Bored with her book (a shocking turn of events that even caught her mother's eye), she tried to listen to the poor soul in front of her father try and justify that their time in Asphodel Fields had been served, that he had achieved great things with his life and he deserved to go to Elysium. Zoey scoffed to herself which earned her a look from her father. Then she felt a cold shiver run down her spine and made her freeze. She felt, as Martin liked to say, a disturbance in the force.
"Father, what was that?" She sat up, curious and anxious.
"Something old and powerful has made it's presence known. None of your concern." Hades waved away her worry, though it did little to dispel it.
"What was it?" She asked again as she stood, her worried thoughts now turning to her friends, and them dealing with whatever it was on their own. She did not like that idea at all. But her father gave her a warning look, trying to get her to drop it. She put her book on her seat and left the room through a shadowportal. One way or another, she would have answers.
"Zoey...you know you shouldn't leave. You still have three days." Her mother appeared in front of her, gently resting both hands on her shoulders.
"I cannot just sit by and do nothing. I do not know what is going on up there and I will not just abandon my friends. Or their world. It is my world now too." Persephone sighed and shook her head then lay a kiss on Zoey's forehead. She felt a rush of energy enter her, her mother's protection and embrace.
"Go, I do not know what will happen if you leave early, but I hope that my gift will be enough to ward off the worst consequences. I will deal with your father." Zoey hugged her mother and then made her way to the surface, coming out in the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge. What she saw made her falter in her steps, grabbing onto the bridge for support. The tower was gone, a massive crater in it's place.
"...no." she whispered in disbelief. Her eyes searched the surrounding area, trying to find the cause. She spotted a portal open on the edge of the crater, about to close. The air around her dropped in temperature, causing ice to form on the bridge support as anger flowed through her veins. Her sword and shield appeared in her hands as she stepped out from the shadow of the bridge. "You will not get away. She leaped from her resting spot toward the portal, fully intent on taking whoever was on the other side of that portal down with her.

The alarm system blipped on James' desk. He tapped the icon and scrolled through it. Someone had breached the Titans Tower defense grid and triggered the failsafe teleport. James tapped more icons. All of the Tower internal sensors were inactive, but the safe house was registering life. His concern for the other charges under his and Blue Bat's tutelage began to gnaw at him. James pulled his mask up and activated the teleporter. "Safe House, Titans, 01. Code: Omega Black."
James appeared inside a beam of blue light as he stepped out of the beam. The computer announced James' presence: Identified. James Coulson. Designation: Captain America. JJ was already there doing his thing. That was good. Lydia was walking around, barking orders... in her underwear. His eyes darted over to Martin Jordan, standing half clothed. Reflexes told him to throw the shield, but he knew that Marty was both depowered and that Ginnie would shut his hand off. He took a deep breath and sighed it out.
As James stepped behind Walt, he spoke. "I'm sure we'd all love to hear that, but we have things to do and people to see." And with that he let Lydia run her show. After all it was her team. James moved over to Blue Bat and started looking at the footage with him. He knew enough to know that Apocalypse was bad news. And the fact that Adam was there, was also troublesome. He knew that Adam was close to Roxy and some of the other Titans.
As she and Lydia approached, James started signing to her, not wanting to make the conversation vocal. Are you okay? I know you and Adam are close. If you need anything, let me know. He looked back at the screen. "Apocalypse. That's just wonderful news. Why is he attacking the Titans?" James tapped a few buttons on the control panel and started sending the information to the Avengers and Justice League. If they were going to need an all hands on deck scenario, he wanted everyone to be informed now.

Post by Jor on Jan 28, 2017 18:29:29 GMT -6
Jor listened to Lydia's orders. He scanned everyone briefly with his x-ray vision, making sure to pass through their skin layer in order to see injuries and not violate privacy too badly. As Blue Bat and Captain America arrived and started helping Lydia Danvers take control, Jor moved off, continuing his scans. Zoey had been absent for a few days and would be gone a few days more. The boy of steel mused to himself that it was probably for the best, since it kept her free of injury.
Then he heard a familiar heartbeat. One that he'd memorized from many nights alone in the same apartment. Jor looked up and held up a hand to Lydia. "I will be right back. Someone's about to do something rather reckless and for once it isn't Martin, Sebastian or any of the Flashes." Jor held two fingers up to his head before he disappeared in a blur. Adam had convinced him that this was the proper way to leave a room at high speeds for some reason. Jor had come to realize that there was some sort of pop culture reference there.
As the air rushed past him, Jor heard Zoey speak to Apocalypse and realized she planned to charge him on a suicide run. He heard her bodily systems flood with adrenaline and her heart pumped faster as she embraced her anger. She was experiencing a rather large emotional response and Jor wasn't sure that he could stop it. Unless he did something equally reactive...
Jor flew up to Zoey and stopped right in front of her, before she could charge. And then he did the last thing that he had planned to. He attempted to press his lips to hers in a kiss. He held it there for a few moments and then placed his hands on her waist and pulled away. "Hello, Zoey. Maybe we don't suicide charge the guy blowing up the Tower? It just seems a poor way to end the day. Also, you're back early, but I'm okay with that. I missed you." He paused for a moment. His own heart was beating very fast now and he was talking a mile a minute. He needed to control his own emotions. Ironic, considering that he'd just managed to fully comprehend them.
"The team is okay. We all went to a safe house over there." The probe mentioned, pointing over in the direction that he'd come from.

WHy was there no more air in this room? They had to be under attack here too. She watched the loop of Adam talking to Apocalypse, hitting the shrouded man then disappearing into a portal with everyone else before static. She felt like she'd been hit in the chest and realized quickly she was have a panic attack. Something that had been more frequent ever since Chari had grabbed her. She hadn't told anyone though, she hated showing weakness. She ignored James' signing and turned her attention back to the screen.
'She mentioned wanting Adam for something big.'
Roxy hadn't been able to write, let alone say Chari's name. Chari seemed to have no problem telling her nearly everything in between torture sessions. Roxy had trouble believing Adam had just decided to change teams. That didn't seem like him and he had to know about APocalypse.
'Any idea on the person in the cloak?'
She watched again as Adam began to unload on the man's torso before the person in the cloak began to glow before blowing up. Apocalypse having a suicide bomber didn't seem too unlikely. Yes Roxy wanted to attack Apocalypse for what he'd done but also knew she stood no chance. She was just human, Chari had made that clear as had her parents, her birth parents. By now she could hear cell phones ringing and other communicators going off as parents and family checked in. She grabbed her phone and sent a quick text to her parents letting them know she was alright.
'I only know bitsand pieces about Apocalypse. Maybe try some of the Xmen?'
She knew the X-Men had dealt with Apocalypse a lot in the past. She also knew Dante was also a student so he might have more information than the rest of them. Then again Dante never seemed the most useful in a fight.
'He makes no attempt to go through stuff. He came in to destroy, no stealth.'
She wrote and showed the rest. If he had broken in or began going through rooms she'd buy that. But no, he came in solely to destroy the place.

The shock of James seeing him and Lydia barely clothed, made Marty's eyes widen. He was sure that he was going to die. But then Walt chimed in instead and James backed him up. When had Flash and Cap become friendly again? Speaking of information that was missing... Marty quickly put the clothes on that Walt provided and shrugged. "Nothing happened, Walt. We went on one date after you and I got back from our little time travel adventure. The rest of our time was spent in Lydia's apartment pouring over files trying to track Adam and Roxy down. We just passed out in the bed after all the fun stuff yesterday at the Tower. Before it went kablam."
Marty moved off after Lydia read Walt the riot act and started giving orders. He started switching on the other consoles near Blue Bat and James. The systems would double for something near a monitor womb setup like they had at the Tower, but it wasn't the same. At least they had the basic equipment and they did have access to all the Avengers and League files as well from here. That would go a long way. Marty punched in a couple of keystrokes and popped up Apocalypse's information on a screen next to the live feed so Blue Bat, James and the others could peruse it at their leisure.
He looked down at the cold ring on his finger. Since the Guardians had deactivated it, there was no accessing anything except for the basic life support and translation functions. Jordan moved off the side and held it up to his lips. "This is Martin Jordan, Green Lantern of Sector 2814. I am requesting an emergency temporary reinstatement to the Green Lantern Corps. There is a threat to my homeworld and we need everyone possible to deal with it."
"Error."The ring chimed back coldly.
"I am requesting immediate intervention by the Guardians of the Universe. If my sentence cannot be temporarily commuted, then please send Lanterns."
"Error." It came again.
"Damnit. What am I supposed to do?"
"Protect Lydia Danvers and save the world."
"What did you just say?"
"Error."
Marty stared at his ring, sure that it had just spoken to him. He'd seen this before. This was one of those things though. He was sure they'd all think he was crazy and the ring wouldn't back him up. He knew quite a bit about the ring. He'd thought to ask more questions about it than his father or the other Earth Lanterns. He knew that it was a 12th generation, solid state energy weapon designed by the Guardians. He knew that it's name was Justifier and he even knew the serial number, made of numbers, letters and three symbols he couldn't name. What he didn't know was what the hell it was doing now. So he just glared at it and went back to trying to get everything up and running.

JJ continued to work as everyone went on with their own business around him. He personally didn't care about most of their personal stuff. Whatever Flash said or how James was upset his sister was sleeping with a space cop. He decided to ignore the stuff Marty said and using the words 'passed out after the fun'. He was definitely the type who acted without thinking. He expected that kind of stuff from Flash, the Flashes always simply acted, it was quite annoying. But they always proved useful in the end, not to mention he was working with the Avengers more than anything lately, so not his team.
"The robed figure is tough to tell. I've dealt with someone of similar size and exploding ability before, the King of Hearts. But he was more into robbing museums and mega-banks. Not so much world domination."
He said as he kept working on reading signatures. He wanted to see if he could track where they teleported to. So far he hadn't found much. Must've been a magic portal, and a magic he was not used to. It was much cruder when compared to the magic of Fate or Strange.
"APocalypse is usually pretty straight forward. Come in, get his Horsemen and then eliminate the humans. This is a different tactic. Even if these three are all Horsemen he's missing one. Plus he's a public kind of guy, he loves an audience. So either we have a pretender here or he's finally learning after a few millenia of trying to take over the world."
He said shaking his head.
"Also when this is all done we're doing a crash course in villains."
He didn't like this though and knew that it being over anytime soon may not happen. Apocalypse was often smart and looked at the long game. He also didn't attack until enough pieces were in play.
"We need to alert the X-Men, odds are he'll be there next. But as for why the Titans I don't know. The island isn't a tactical location and he didn't take anything. He also didn't make his presence known. This is a very different Apocalypse and that is really bad."

Despite the fact that he usually took a comfortable morning jog at Mach 3, the combination of Lydia telling him off and Marty mumbling an explanation was enough to make Walt woozy. Shortly after, as Lydia strode away to boss people around in her underwear and Marty went to argue with his jewelry, Walt was left to stand alone for a second to consider the situation.
They definitely would've told you next chance they got. Walt remained unconvinced. Definitely.
James was busy rallying the troops, and Lydia still wasn't wearing pants, so Walt gingerly picked up a pair of pants he assumed belonged to the girl before striding across the room to drop them at her feet. Providing a glance that he hoped portrayed the seriousness of her transgression, he dropped the jeans to the floor just as the drama started. Before turning with a comical look-down-get-out expression, he thought he heard somebody mention the apocalypse.
Swell, Walt thought to himself.
Making his way over to Marty, he caught the end of what seemed like a heated exchange between the Lantern and his ring.
Walt whistled, although he seemed sincerely concerned. "Trouble in paradise?" He stuffed one hand in his back pocket, using the other hand to throw a thumb over his shoulder.
"Hey, somebody said something about the apocalypse, and that being the case... do you think I should ask that girl out?"
